Claims (10)

  1. Anschlussverbinder für wenigstens zwei elektrische Kabel (23, 24), umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (11) aus leitendem Material, in dem für jedes elektrische Kabel (23, 24) ein Aufnahmeraum (22) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Gehäuse (11) für jede Aufnahme (22) wenigstens ein Gewindedurchgangsloch (27) aufweist;
    - in jedem Durchgangsloch (27) einen Gewindeschaft (14) eines Klemmorgans (13), wobei das distale Ende des Gewindeschaftes (14) der Aufnahme (22) zugewandt ist; und
    - in jeder Aufnahme (22) ein Kontaktorgan (12) aus leitendem Material, das eine Zahnreihe (29) umfasst, die quer zu der Aufnahme (22) ausgerichtet und dem Gewindeschaft (14) zugewandt ist;
    wobei der Verbinder dazu ausgelegt ist, ein Ende eines Kabels (23, 24) in jeder Aufnahme (22) in einem zwischen der Zahnreihe (29) des Kontaktorgans (12) und dem Gewindeschaft (14) gelegenen Raum aufzunehmen, und ausgelegt ist, damit durch Einschrauben des Gewindeschaftes (14) das so in der Aufnahme (22) aufgenommene Ende eines Kabels (23, 24) durch den Schaft (14) in Richtung der Zahnreihe (29) geschoben wird und dass eine leitende Seele (25) dieses Kabelendes von der Zahnreihe (29) durchdrungen wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Kontaktorgan (12):
    - auf einer von der Zahnreihe (29) abgewandten Seite eine Rückseite (67) umfasst, die konvex gekrümmt ist und gegenüber einer Innenfläche (66) des Gehäuses (11), welche konkav gekrümmt ist, angeordnet ist;
    - an dem Gehäuse (11) durch zwei Einhakorgane (54) eingehakt ist, wobei die Zahnreihe (29) zwischen den beiden Einhakorganen (54) angeordnet ist;
    - ausgelegt ist, damit die Rückseite (67) bei nicht vorhandener Belastung um einen vorbestimmten Abstand (J) von der Innenfläche (66) des Gehäuses (11) beabstandet ist; und
    - dazu ausgelegt ist, zwischen den Einhakorganen (54) elastisch nachzugeben, wenn durch Einschrauben des Schaftes (14) das Ende eines Kabels (23, 24) in Richtung der Zahnreihe (29) geschoben wird, wobei die Rückseite (67) sich der Innenfläche (66) des Gehäuses (11) nähert und hieran in Anlage gelangt.
  2. Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnreihe eine mittlere Unterbrechung (55) mit einem ersten gezahnten Block (56) zwischen einem ersten Einhakorgan (54) und der mittleren Unterbrechung (55) und mit einem zweiten gezahnten Block (56) zwischen der mittleren Unterbrechung (55) und dem zweiten Einhakorgan (54) umfasst.
  3. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktorgan (12) einen Boden (53) umfasst, welcher die Einhakorgane (54) an ihren Enden trägt, wobei der Boden (53) die Rückseite (67) bildet und die Zahnreihe (29) auf der von der Rückseite (67) abgewandten Seite trägt.
  4. Verbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktorgan (12) zwei gegenüberliegende Zahnreihen (29) jeweils entlang eines jeweiligen Längsrandes des Bodens (53) umfasst.
  5. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (53) die Form eines auf der Seite der Zahnreihe (29) konvex gekrümmten Streifens aufweist.
  6. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (53) wenigstens einen Abschnitt (58) mit reduzierter Breite, der zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Auskerbungen (57) gelegen ist, umfasst.
  7. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11) für jede Aufnahme zwei gegenüberliegende Längsnuten (65) umfasst, wobei die Einhakorgane des Kontaktorgans (12) Einhaklaschen (54) sind, die jeweils in einer jeweiligen Nut (65) in Eingriff stehen.
  8. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in wenigstens einer Aufnahme eine Vielzahl von ähnlichen Kontaktorganen (12) umfasst.
  9. Verbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktorgane (12) jeweils wenigstens einen vorspringenden Steg (51, 52), der in Längsrichtung der Aufnahme (12) ausgerichtet ist, umfassen.
  10. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Abstand (J) zwischen 0,5 mm und 1 mm beträgt.
