- the stimulus-inducing structures 156 of the stimulus induction zones 154 are located for the most part, preferably more than 90%, in one of the compression regions 142 of the shirt 100. This ensures that the local compressive stress on the skin of the wearer is reinforced by the functional elements 158 of the stimulus-inducing structures 156 due to the large-area compression effect of the compression regions 142. - the knitted area 174 of the functional element 158 is thus selectively formed as a plush (sandwich or normal plush).
- This plush forms a structure raised above the basic knit 172.

- the additional plush thread 182 is introduced into a surface to be determined freely by a pattern image and cut, for example, by a saw and an upper blade of the knitting machine so that individual functional elements 158 arranged separately from one another are formed.
- a knitting machine having needles 186 and plush boards 188 as shown in FIG Fig. 10 are shown schematically.
- plush boards 188 are sandwich plush boards. Alternatively, however, other deburring boards, in particular normal plush boards, can be used.
- Each of the plush boards 188 includes a foot 190, a shank 192, a display 194 disposed between the shank 192 and the foot 190, a sinker beak 196 disposed above the shank 192, a throat 198 located above the sinker beak 196, and a throat 198 located above the throat 198 Plush nose 199 on.

- the plush yarn 182 forming combination of these materials can be prepared for example by swirling or winding.
- a twisting process is less preferred in order to obtain a substantial neutrality of the twist tendency.
- the thread structure forming the plush thread 182 can be very well processed in the knitting process due to their still existing softness in the stitch formation process.
- the hardness of the functional elements 158 produced in this way can be influenced, for example, by the choice of the treatment temperature during the heat treatment.
- a higher treatment temperature generally leads to a higher degree of hardness of the functional elements 158, since a larger proportion of the hot-melt adhesive material is melted and bonds with the other materials in the knitted area 174 of the functional element 158, whereby the functional element 158 becomes stiffer.
- the heat treatment after the knitting of the knitted area 174 of the functional element 158 can be carried out, for example, by tumbling, molding or applying hot air.

- a hot melt thread 204 (in the Fig. 11 and 12 with puncturing) are incorporated by plating.
- Such a melt adhesive thread 204 may comprise, for example, polyester or copolyamide.
- the hot-melt adhesive thread PES Grilon KE 60 made of polyester (having a softening temperature of 55 ° C. to 65 ° C.) or the hot-melt adhesive material Grilon KE 85 copolyamide made of copolyamide having a softening temperature of 80 ° C. to 90 ° C. can be used as hot-melt adhesive thread 204.
- any desired materials and combinations of materials may be used as the main thread 178 and as the plating thread 180 for the basic knit 172.
- the basic thread 178 used is the elastic binding material CT 6416, consisting of an elastane thread with the fineness dtex 17, wound with a polyamide thread with dtex 16F10, and as the plating thread 180 a polyamide yarn with dtex 78/68/2 ,

The present invention is based on the concept of exerting a proprioreceptive stimulating effect on the wearer of the upper body garment by means of the stimulus-inducing structure, whereby the proprioreceptive stimulating effect of the stimulus-inducing structure is enhanced by the simultaneous compression action of the upper body garment on the upper body of the wearer.
From the physiology it is known that a neurophysiological initiation of the proprioceptors of the wearer (that is the receptors, which allow the perception and control of the current position of the body of the wearer in space, in particular the muscle spindle, the Golgi tendon organ and the joint receptors) Stimulation via the skin can be achieved.
By stimulating the body's own proprioceptors (neurophysiologic initiation), an improved synchronization and optimization of the wearer's recruited muscles is achieved, which in turn leads to an improvement in body stability, body balance and body statics.
Thus, the stimulation of the proprioceptors not only reduces the risk of injury, especially in sports activities, but also a balance of functional dysbalances of the musculoskeletal system can be achieved.
An improvement in the body stability and / or a reduction of dysbalances of the musculoskeletal system cause a balanced, symmetrical posture of the wearer, resulting in a lower stress, a delayed fatigue tendency and a prolonged well-being tendency of the wearer.
The proprioreceptive stimulation of the musculature of the wearer of the upper body garment causes a reduction of the risk of injury due to incorrect movements and overstretching as well as an optimization and synchronization of the body coordination of the wearer.
The upper body garment according to the invention makes it possible to use the positive effect of proprioceptive stimulation, especially in the recreational area, for prophylactic applications, for example in the business sector, and / or in the wellness or cosmetic sector.
The upper body garment according to the invention is a clothing worn close to the body, which enables effective proprioreceptive stimulation of the musculature of the wearer in a simple and easily applicable manner.
The upper body garment according to the invention can in particular be designed as a shirt with or without arm regions.
The proprioceptive stimulation desired according to the invention is achieved, in particular, by targeted attachment of at least one stimulus-inducing structure with functional elements which exert a sensory irritant effect on the musculature of the wearer, on the inner side of the upper body garment facing the wearer's body.
The stimulus-inducing structure is preferably disposed at a position of the upper body garment associated, in the worn state of the upper body garment, with a portion of the body of the wearer having as high a proprioceptor density as possible.
Preferred regions of the stimulus-inducing structure are the progressions of the myofascial chains, which extend from the foot over the leg area, spiraling up to the head.
In a preferred embodiment of the upper body garment according to the invention it is provided that those regions of the upper body garment which are in contact with the thoracic region, the spinous processes of the spine and / or the neck region of the wearer in the worn state of the upper body garment remain free of stimulus-inducing structures to potential false stimulation in these places as well as a possible risk of possible irritation and nerve irritation safely to avoid and to increase the wearing comfort.
By applying selective pressure to the skin of the wearer along a muscle chain of the wearer, stimulation of the muscular activity of the wearer can be achieved.
Since the compression effect of the compression region enhances the proprioceptive stimulating effect of the stimulus-inducing structure, it is favorable if the stimulus-inducing structure is at least partially, preferably substantially completely, disposed in the at least one compression region of the upper body garment.
Further, it is advantageous for the effectiveness of the proprioreceptive stimulatory effect of the irritant-inducing structure when the stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment is in direct contact with the skin of the wearer of the upper body garment.
Alternatively, it can also be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment is separated by a cover from the skin of the wearer.
In particular, it can be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure is covered by a textile construction.
Thus, it is possible, in particular depending on the design of functional elements of the stimulus-inducing structure with regard to their hardness, height and tip, to have these functional elements act indirectly on the skin of the wearer of the upper body garment.
The compression region of the upper body garment preferably comprises an elastically yielding material.
In particular, it can be provided that the compression region of the upper body garment comprises a knitted or knitted fabric.
Preferably, the compression region of the upper body garment comprises at least one elastic yarn, for example spandex.
In principle, the compression region can have a substantially constant course of the compression strength.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, however, it is provided that the compression region has a gradual course of the compression strength.
In particular, when the compression portion is disposed in a trunk portion or an arm portion of the upper body garment, it is preferable that the compression strength in the compression portion decreases toward a chest portion of the upper body garment.
When the upper body garment comprises an elbow portion which covers an elbow of the wearer in the worn state of the upper body garment, the compression portion preferably does not include the elbow portion of the upper body garment.
Die maximale Kompressionsstärke in dem Kompressionsbereich beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens ungefähr 7 mm Hg, insbesondere mindestens ungefähr 10 mm Hg.The maximum compression strength in the compression region is preferably at least about 7 mm Hg, more preferably at least about 10 mm Hg.
Furthermore, it is favorable if the maximum compression strength in the compression region is at most approximately 32 mm Hg, in particular at most approximately 25 mm Hg.
In preferred embodiments of the upper body garment according to the invention, at least one compression region comprises at least one Part of a trunk area, at least part of an upper arm area and / or at least part of a forearm area of the upper body garment.
In the torso area of the upper body garment, preferably, the relative chest compression strength is preferably from zero to about 30% of the maximum compression strength in the trunk area and the shoulder area, preferably from zero to about 60% of the maximum compression strength in the trunk area.
Die maximale Kompressionsstärke im Rumpfbereich des Oberkörperbekleidungsstücks beträgt vorzugsweise höchstens ungefähr 12 mm Hg.The maximum compression strength in the torso area of the upper body garment is preferably at most about 12 mm Hg.
In the case of arm portions of the upper body garment fixedly connected to a trunk portion of the upper body garment and covering the entire arm to the wrist, the maximum compression strength in the arm portion is preferably at most about 32 mm Hg, more preferably at most about 25 mm Hg.
In den langen Armbereichen nimmt die Kompressionsstärke vorzugsweise vom Bereich des Handgelenks bis zum Bereich des Schultergelenks graduell ab.In the long arm regions, the compression strength preferably decreases gradually from the area of the wrist to the area of the shoulder joint.
In the area of the elbow joint, the upper body garment preferably has no compression.
When the upper body garment has a trunk portion and arm portions, preferably, the compression strength in the shoulder region of the arm portions is substantially equal to the compression strength in the shoulder portion of the trunk portion.
Im Falle von fest mit einem Rumpfbereich des Oberkörperbekleidungsstücks verbundenen kurzen Armbereichen, welche erst oberhalb des Ellenbogengelenks beginnen, beträgt die maximale Kompressionsstärke in den Armbereichen vorzugsweise höchstens ungefähr 18 mm Hg, besonders bevorzugt höchstens ungefähr 15 mm Hg.In the case of short arm portions fixedly connected to a trunk portion of the upper body garment, which start only above the elbow joint, the maximum compression strength in the arm portions is preferably at most about 18 mm Hg, more preferably at most about 15 mm Hg.
In the case of arm portions not connected to a trunk portion, which preferably cover the arm of the wearer substantially from the wrist to the upper arm, the maximum compression strength is preferably at most about 32 mm Hg, more preferably at most about 25 mm Hg.
The compression strength of the arm warmers gradually decreases, preferably from the wrist to the shoulder joint. Furthermore, it can be provided that the arm warmers have no compression in the region of the elbow joint.
Die Kompressionsstärke beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens ungefähr 10 mm Hg.The compression strength is preferably at least about 10 mm Hg.
The proprioreceptive stimulating effect of the stimulus-inducing structure is preferably achieved by the stimulus-inducing structure comprising at least one stimulus-inducing functional element.
In preferred embodiments of the invention, the stimulus-inducing structure comprises a plurality of such functional elements.
In this case, the various functional elements of the stimulus-inducing structure can be isolated from one another or, in particular at end regions of the functional elements, adjoin one another.
Preferably, at least one functional element of a stimulus-inducing structure is formed as a protrusion.
The functional elements may be formed by attaching or incorporating materials or constructions into a body, in particular, a basic knit, of the upper body garment, which results in a punctiform elevation of the textile structure, which becomes noticeable when wearing the upper body garment as a local pressure point.
Preferably, the functional elements are directly connected to a textile material of the upper body garment. As a result, the stimulus-inducing structure can be optimally positioned on the upper body garment.
For the formation of the functional elements are basically all materials and constructions suitable, which lead to a local pressure point on the skin of the wearer when wearing the upper body garment.
Basically, these may be both hard, compact materials, such as wood, plastic of any kind or metal, as well as soft, flexible, plastic materials, such as silicone-based plastics, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) -based or based on polyurethane (PUR).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least one functional element contains an elastic polymer, a thermoplastic polymer (in particular a thermoplastic elastomer) and / or a thermosetting polymer.
In particular, it can be provided that at least one functional element contains a silicone, a polyurethane, a plastisol (in particular a PVC-based plastisol), a polyurethane-based polymer, a polytetrafluoroethylene-based polymer and / or a thermoplastic elastomer.
Alternatively or additionally, it can also be provided that at least one functional element is formed by a textile construction, for example by plush, by a spacer fabric, by a spacer fabric or by a point-wise two-layered knitted or knitted fabric.
Alternatively or additionally, it can also be provided that at least one functional element comprises a knitted region of the upper body garment, which differs in terms of its type of binding from a knitted portion of the upper body garment adjacent to the functional element.
It can be provided, for example, that the knitted area of the functional element is designed as a plush.
Alternatively, it can be provided that the knitted region of the functional element is designed as a catching knit.
To increase the mechanical strength and hardness of the functional element can be provided that the knitted portion of the functional element contains a hot melt adhesive thread.
Such a hot-melt adhesive thread may comprise, for example, polyester and / or copolyamide, preferably formed essentially entirely of polyester and / or copolyamide.
The hot melt adhesive material from which such a hot melt adhesive thread is formed may have, for example, a softening temperature of 50 ° C or higher, especially 80 ° C or higher.
After a knitting operation, by which the respective functional element is produced, the area of the upper body garment in which the functional element has been produced can be subjected to a heat treatment be heated by which the hotmelt adhesive material to a temperature above its softening temperature.
The treatment temperature may be 70 ° C. or higher, in particular 100 ° C. or higher.
The higher the treatment temperature is chosen, the more intimately the hot-melt adhesive material is bonded to the other materials of the functional element, and the harder the functional element thus produced becomes.
The heat treatment can be carried out, for example, by tumbling, shaping or applying hot air.
At least one functional element, preferably a multiplicity of functional elements, has a teardrop-shaped or knob-shaped form.
It is particularly favorable for the proprioreceptive stimulating effect when the functional elements exert a punctual pressure load on the skin of the wearer.
It is therefore advantageous if at least one functional element of a stimulus-inducing structure has a locally limited, in particular substantially punctiform, design.
Preferably, all functional elements of at least one stimulus-inducing structure, in particular all functional elements of all stimulus-inducing structures of the upper body garment, are locally limited, in particular substantially point-shaped.
It is particularly favorable if at least one functional element has a maximum extent (along the main body of the upper body garment) of at most approximately 1.0 cm, preferably at most approximately 0.7 cm, in particular of at most about 0.6 cm, more preferably of at most about 0.3 cm. It is particularly favorable if all functional elements of a stimulus-inducing structure have such a greatest extent.
Furthermore, it has proved favorable if at least one functional element has a maximum extent (along the body of the upper body garment) of at least approximately 0.2 cm. It is particularly favorable if all functional elements of a stimulus-inducing structure have such a greatest extent.
A functional element of a stimulus-inducing structure may, for example, have a substantially circular outer contour.
Each functional element, in particular each locally limited functional element, may in principle also have any other outer contour, for example a polygonal outer contour, a triangular outer contour, a square outer contour, a rectangular outer contour or an angular outer contour.
Locally limited functional elements differ from linear elements that have a large dimension in one dimension and large area elements that have a large extent in two dimensions.
If functional elements of a stimulus-inducing structure, which are in particular web-shaped, adjoin one another at their end regions and thus form a coherent stimulus-inducing structure, such a stimulus-inducing structure can be in particular honeycomb-shaped.
For a local, selective proprioreceptive stimulation of the musculature of the wearer, it is essential that between the functional elements of a stimulus-inducing structure, which are formed in particular point or line-shaped, remain of the functional elements free surface portions of the upper body garment, which exert no pressure on the skin of the wearer in the worn state of the upper body garment.
The height of at least one functional element, that is to say its extent perpendicular to the main body of the upper body garment, about which the functional element projects towards the skin of the wearer, is preferably at least approximately 0.1 cm, in particular at least approximately 0.2 cm.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the height of at least one functional element is at most approximately 0.6 cm, preferably at most approximately 0.4 cm, in particular at most approximately 0.3 cm.
Furthermore, it has proved favorable if the Shore A hardness of the material of at least one functional element is at least approximately 20, preferably at least approximately 30.
Preferably, at least one functional element is formed of a material having a Shore A hardness of at most about 90.
The Shore A hardness can be determined according to DIN 53505 or DIN EN ISO 868.
Alternatively or additionally, it can also be provided that at least one functional element is formed from a material having a Shore D hardness of at least approximately 20.
Die Shore-D-Härte beträgt vorzugsweise höchstens ungefähr 90.The Shore D hardness is preferably at most about 90.
The Shore D hardness can be determined according to DIN 53505 or DIN ISO 7619-1.
In a particular embodiment of the invention it is provided that at least one functional element is fixed to a main body of the upper body garment. Preferably, all functional elements are fixed to the main body of the upper body garment.
In particular, it can be provided that at least one functional element is firmly connected directly to a textile material of the item of clothing. Thereby, the stimulus-inducing structure formed by the functional elements can be optimally positioned on the upper body garment.
The attachment of functional elements that are not based on a textile construction, on the body of the upper body garment can be done for example by a printing process, such as a stencil printing method or a screen printing method, followed by thermal fixation of the functional elements on the body of the upper body garment.
Alternatively or additionally, it may be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure comprises at least one carrier element on which a plurality of functional elements are formed.
In particular, it can be provided that the plurality of functional elements are formed integrally with the carrier element.
In this case, at least one carrier element can be permanently fixed to a main body of the upper body garment.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that at least one carrier element is releasably connected to a main body of the upper body garment.
Several stimulus-inducing functional elements can be connected in a separate process to form a coherent unit, and this unit can be fixed to the main body of the upper body garment, for example, by gluing, welding or sewing.
The carrier element may be a prefabricated part which has a plurality of functional elements.
The support member may be formed, for example, as an injection molded part.
A stimulus-inducing structure may be formed by such a carrier element or by a plurality of such carrier elements.
The outer contour of such a support element may correspond to the outer contour of an entire stimulus-inducing structure.
The carrier element may be formed, for example, as a foil or as a textile construction.
A carrier element, which preferably comprises the stimulus-inducing functional elements of an entire stimulus-inducing structure and is preferably based on a textile construction, can be flexibly and / or releasably connected to the main body of the upper body garment by known manufacturing techniques.
The upper body garment may be provided with indicia offset in color from a base material of the upper body garment that attracts the wearer of the upper body garment of the upper body garment serve as a guide to achieve optimal positioning of the stimulus-inducing structures on the body of the wearer.
Since the stimulating effect of the functional elements is based on a proprioreceptive stimulation of muscles and tendon ligaments, the functional elements are preferably arranged in regions of the upper body garment which in the worn state of the upper body garment abut areas of the body of the wearer with the highest possible receptor density.
Muscle and tendon courses, which are relevant for body posture and movement coordination according to physiological and medical criteria, are particularly preferred.
In the case of a, in particular shirt-like, upper body garment with a trunk area, an attachment of stimulus-inducing structures in the lower back area in the area of the thoracolumbar fascia and along the spinal extensor muscle group Erector spinae parallel to the spine, preferably beginning from the tailbone, has proven to be particularly favorable for a proprioreceptive stimulation to about the level of the thoracic vertebra designated Th 10.
In this case, a stimulus-inducing structure is preferably provided with such an extent that, in the worn state of the upper body garment, the greatest possible and optimum overlap with the thoracolumbar fascia results.
In one possible embodiment of such a stimulus-inducing region, the stimulus-inducing region, hereinafter also referred to as irritation induction zone, is designed as a rectangular quadrilateral, preferably with an edge length of at least approximately 8 cm.
Alternativ hierzu kann die Reizinduktionszone auch eine andere Außenkontur aufweisen, beispielsweise eine kreisförmige Außenkontur oder eine polygonale Außenkontur als n-Eck (insbesondere mit n = 3 oder 5 bis 8).Alternatively, the stimulus induction zone can also have a different outer contour, for example a circular outer contour or a polygonal outer contour as an n-corner (in particular with n = 3 or 5 to 8).
Further, it has been found to be convenient to arrange to the left and right of the spine parallel to the same two strip-shaped stimulus inducing areas or Reizinduktionszonen in such a way that these areas overlap the muscle group Erector Spinae in particular to about the height of the vertebra Th 10 as well as possible.
It is particularly favorable if these strip-shaped stimulus induction zones, each with a narrow side, are directly adjacent to the irritation induction zone, which at least partially overlaps the thoracolumbar fascia.
The spacing of the stimulus induction zones extending parallel to the spinal column from each other is selected so that in the worn state of the upper body garment an overlap with the spinous processes of the spine is avoided in order to prevent nerve irritation.
The stripe-shaped stimulus induction zones preferably have a width of at most approximately 6 cm, in particular at most approximately 5 cm.
The distance between the left and right of the spine parallel to the same and substantially parallel stripe-shaped Reizinduktionszonen is preferably at least about 1 cm and at most about 4 cm.
In a preferred embodiment of the upper body garment according to the invention, it is thus provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment overlaps at least partially with the thoracolumbar fascia of the wearer of the upper body garment.
It is particularly favorable if a stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment substantially completely covers the thoracolumbar fascia.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment at least partially overlaps with the muscle group Erector spinae. In particular, it can be provided that an outer contour of at least one stimulus-inducing structure substantially corresponds to an outer contour of the muscle group Erector spinae.
It is particularly favorable if at least one stimulus-inducing structure at least partially overlapping the muscle group Erector Spinae extends in the worn state of the upper body garment to approximately the height of the thoracic vertebra Th 10.
When the upper body garment comprises at least one arm region, it is advantageous if at least one stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment at least partially overlaps with the muscles Triceps brachii. In particular, it can be provided that an outer contour of at least one stimulus-inducing structure essentially corresponds to an outer contour of the muscles Triceps brachii.
Alternatively or additionally, it can also be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure in the worn state of the upper body garment overlaps at least partially with the extensors of the forearm of the wearer. In particular, it can be provided that an outer contour of at least one stimulus-inducing structure substantially corresponds to an outer contour of the extensors of the forearm of the wearer.
In order to increase the wearing comfort and to avoid a possible risk of possible irritation and irritation, it is preferably provided that in the worn state of the upper body garment, the thoracic region, the spinous processes of the spine and / or the neck region of the wearer of the upper body garment not in contact with a stimulus inducing structure of the Upper body garment stand.
All of the stimulus inducing structures discussed above provide proprioceptive stimulation of each or all of the covered muscles or fibrous structures.
The proprioreceptive stimulation achieves an improved synchronization of the muscles recruited for a movement.
In order to achieve selective proprioceptive stimulation and to avoid potential false stimulation, it is beneficial for the upper body garment to have at least two stimulus-inducing structures separated by a region having no stimulus-inducing structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the upper body garment according to the invention, it is provided that the stimulus induction zones in which the stimulus-inducing structures are arranged at most half, preferably at most one third, in particular at most a quarter, of the inner surface of the upper body garment facing the wearer's body in the worn state of the upper body garment cover.
Furthermore, it is favorable if at least one stimulus-inducing structure is arranged outside waist regions of the upper body garment.
In order to visualize the position of the stimulus-inducing structures from the outside of the upper body garment, it may be provided that at least one stimulus-inducing structure is arranged in a stimulus induction zone, which is bounded at least in sections by a boundary strip.
Such a boundary strip can stand out in particular by a contrasting with the color of the body of the upper body garment color from the body.
Further, the upper body garment is preferably provided with at least one mark serving as a positioning aid for positioning at least one irritation-inducing structure of the upper body garment relative to the body of the wearer when donning the upper body garment. In this way, the most accurate positioning of the stimulus-inducing structures relative to the body of the wearer when wearing the upper body garment can be achieved.
In particular, such a marking may be offset in color from a base material of the upper body garment.
At least one stimulus-inducing structure of the upper body garment according to the invention is preferably substantially strip-shaped.
Furthermore, it can be provided that such a strip-shaped stimulus-inducing structure has a width (that is to say an extent perpendicular to its longitudinal extension) of at most approximately 4 cm, in particular of at most approximately 2 cm.
The stimulus-inducing structure is preferably fixedly connected to a base body, in particular a basic knit or a basic knit, of the upper body garment.
Die Flächendichte der Funktionselemente innerhalb einer reizinduzierenden Struktur des Oberkörperbekleidungsstücks beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens ungefähr 1 pro cm2, insbesondere mindestens ungefähr 4 pro cm2, besonders bevorzugt mindestens ungefähr 8 pro cm2.The surface density of the functional elements within a stimulus-inducing structure of the upper body garment is preferably at least about 1 per cm 2 , more preferably at least about 4 per cm 2 , more preferably at least about 8 per cm 2 .
Ferner beträgt die Flächendichte der Funktionselemente innerhalb einer reizinduzierenden Struktur vorzugsweise höchstens ungefähr 25 pro cm2, insbesondere höchstens ungefähr 16 pro cm2, besonders bevorzugt höchstens ungefähr 12 pro cm2.Furthermore, the surface density of the functional elements within a stimulus-inducing structure is preferably at most about 25 per cm 2 , more preferably at most about 16 per cm 2 , more preferably at most about 12 per cm 2 .
The above preferred embodiments of the functional elements and the stimulus-inducing structure take into account both the efficiency of the stimulus and the wearing comfort for the wearer.
