Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of flexible tubes comprising a cap closing off the neck prior to the first use of the tube, and a perforating cap suitable for piercing the cap.
  • Tubes are known provided with a cover associated with a perforating cap comprising a punch adapted to perforate said cover.
  • the cap makes it possible to keep the product contained in the tube hermetically during its storage prior to its first use, which represents a very important part of the overall lifespan of the tube.
  • plugs in which the punch is placed in the plug and protrudes therefrom so as to be able to perforate the cover when the plug is screwed onto the tube head. It is in particular advantageous to have a stopper, the punch of which allows partial cutting of the cover.
  • a stopper the punch of which allows partial cutting of the cover.
  • tubes have already been proposed with which three turns are necessary to go from a position where the punch is flush with the cover to an end-of-travel position. During these three turns, the cap is pierced and then gradually sheared to achieve the desired partial cut.
  • said plug is configured to go from a position in which said teeth are flush with said cover, called flush position, to a position in which said teeth have pierced said cover, called piercing position, then from said position drilling at an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of said cover, the passage from said drilling position to said end-of-cut position being effected with an angular amplitude of rotation of less than 360 °.
  • the invention is based on the observation made by the applicant that it is possible to obtain a cutout of a cover with a reduced number of turns of the stopper by distinguishing between the angular amplitude necessary to pierce the cover, which will essentially depend on the elasticity of the latter, and the angular amplitude useful for cutting.
  • an angular cutting amplitude of less than 360 ° a partial, rapid and clean cutting of the cap is obtained when the tube is used for the first time. This facilitates the handling of the assembly by the user, in particular by saving time for cutting the cover.
  • stopper is understood to mean an object enabling a receptacle to be sealed off, in particular an outlet opening for a product, in a reversible manner.
  • a stopper according to the invention can thus pass from an open position to a closed position and vice versa, mainly by a screwing movement or the like.
  • closure assemblies such as a hinged service capsule, fixed on an opening definitively or not, and comprising a passage orifice for the outlet of the product and a folding cap making it possible to close said orifice.
  • said stopper is configured so that the passage from said standby position to said end-of-stroke position is effected with an angular amplitude of rotation between one and two turns, preferably one and a half turns, and so that the passage from said drilling position to said end-of-stroke position is effected with an angular amplitude of rotation, between 90 and 200 °.
  • the invention also relates to a tube according to claim 7 comprising an assembly as described. previously.
  • the invention also relates to a stopper according to claim 8 for an assembly or a tube as described above.
  • the tube head 3 a first variant of which is presented on figures 5 and 7 at 10, a second variant is presented at figure 6 and a third variant is shown figures 11 and 12 , comprises the neck 5 defining a longitudinal axis Z-Z ', a shoulder 11 and a solid insert 12 forming in its center the cover 12'. Said cover closes said neck 5, in the lower part of the latter. As shown here, said neck 5 and said shoulder 11 are designed in one piece and are continuously continuous. As regards the insert, it may be an insert such as that described in the application FR 2 994 947 .
  • Said neck 5 is here in the form of a cylinder extending from an upper end situated towards the outside of said tube towards a lower end opposite to the upper end and directed towards the inside of said tube.
  • Said upper end has an outlet orifice 5a allowing the outlet of said product contained in the tube.
  • the lower end is adjacent to said shoulder 11.
  • Said shoulder 11 extends from the lower end of said neck 5 towards an outer periphery, here cylindrical, in a direction essentially perpendicular to the Z-Z 'axis, that is to say corresponding to the part of the head of tube 3 flaring out from said neck 5.
  • Said shoulder 11 is configured so that a tube skirt can be fixed, in particular at its periphery, to form said tube.
  • the insert comprises a peripheral section, typically of frustoconical or disc shape, and a central section forming said cover, the diameter of which typically corresponds to the internal diameter of the neck 5, at its lower end.

  • this is a partial cutout.
  • the cover thus remains linked to the rest of the insert, preventing any mixing of the material forming the insert with a product contained in the associated tube, and any possible distribution of this material to the user.
  • a longitudinal direction of the stopper 7 is defined, corresponding to the longitudinal axis ZZ 'of the neck 5 when the stopper 7 is fixed to the neck 5.
  • said punch 9 has a cylindrical section of revolution, the external diameter of which corresponds substantially. to the internal diameter of the neck, with one clearance.
  • the stopper 7 is configured to go from a position in which said teeth 25 are flush with said cover 12 ', called a flush position, to a position in which said teeth 25 have pierced said cover, without having started cutting. , called the drilling position, then from the drilling position to an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of said cover 12 ', the passage from said piercing position to said end-of-travel position being effected with an angular amplitude of rotation less than 360 °.
  • the end-of-travel position can also correspond to a closed position of said plug 7 as is the case in the figure 10 or 12 .
  • said cap In the closed position, said cap is cut and said neck 5 and said stopper 7 seal said tube.
  • said teeth 25 have a height greater than or equal to the axial travel of the plug 7 between said drilling position and said end-of-travel position.
  • the height of the teeth is measured, for example, from their large base to their opposite apex
  • said plug 25 is configured so that said partial cutout allows said cover 12 'to remain linked to said tube head by a bridge of material over an angular amplitude of between 20 and 50 °. Such an interval allows good retraction of the cover while limiting the risks that it will end up breaking during use.
  • said assembly is configured to have a standby position in which the punch 9 is kept at a distance from the cap as is the case in the figure 8 or the figure 11 .
  • said neck 5 and said stopper 7 are configured to allow themselves to maintain said stopper 7 fixed on said neck 5 in said standby position ( figure 8 or 11 ).

Said groove 13 also extends between two edges 17, extending radially from a bottom 19 of said groove 13. Preferably, said groove 13 is formed integrally with the neck 5.
  • Said stopper 7 is configured to pass from the open and / or standby position to the end-of-travel and / or closed position by at least one rotational movement, in particular screwing.
  • said rotational movement is also simultaneously accompanied by an axial movement along the Z-Z 'axis and this is a helical movement.
  • the passage of said plug 7 from the open and / or waiting position to the end-of-travel and / or closed position is reversible. It is thus possible to open said tube and then to close it after use, and vice versa.
  • said groove 13 has an inlet 131 located towards said outlet orifice 5a of said neck 5 and successive guide portions. • said first portion 132 is vertical with respect to the axis Z-Z '. It is followed by the second portion 133 which is helical with slope x, then by the third portion 134 which is helical with slope y. The slope y of the third helical portion 134 is greater than the slope x of the second helical portion 133. Said groove 13 finally ends with the last portion 135 which is horizontal with respect to the axis Z-Z '.
  • said neck 5 further comprises a guide ramp 21 configured to cooperate with at least one of the projecting elements 15 of said plug 7 to position the latter at the entrance 131 of said groove 13.

  • the large teeth 25a and the small teeth 25b are alternated.
  • Such a profile in particular the presence and the alternation of small 25b and large 25a teeth, also has the advantage of reducing and distributing the point of impact of the punch 9 on the cover during drilling and limits the risk of tearing of the operculum.
  • said teeth 25 have a triangular profile, in orthogonal projection on a plane parallel to the axis Z-Z '. They also have a bevelled profile at the level of the edge 27 shearing the cover and / or at their top. Such a triangular profile makes it possible to reinforce the tooth behind its bevelled part. This prevents the tooth from deforming during cutting. This also makes it possible to thin the tooth and consequently to obtain better shearing.
