Claims (17)
- Un appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) pour un circuit d'écoulement en communication avec un puits sous-marin d'une plate-forme de production sous-marine de pétrole et de gaz, l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) comprenant :un corps (12, 312) ;plusieurs raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) configurés pour raccorder l'appareillage (10, 150,300, 602) au circuit d'écoulement ; etune interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) pour raccorder l'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) à un appareillage de traitement sous-marin ;dans lequel le corps (12, 312) définit plusieurs circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 617), et chaque circuit d'écoulement raccordant l'un des raccord (20a, 20b, 322, 320) à l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) pour fournir un circuit d'intervention depuis l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin connecté vers le circuit d'écoulement en cours d'utilisation;dans lequel l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) est configuré pour être raccordé au circuit d'écoulement entre un raccord pour une conduite flexible, et une conduite flexible du circuit d'écoulement ;dans lequel le premier des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) est configuré pour être raccordé au raccord de la ligne d'écoulement ;et dans lequel le second des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) est configuré pour raccorder l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) à la conduite flexible de raccordement.
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à la revendication 1 dans lequel le raccord de la ligne d'écoulement est placé sur un arbre de Noël sous-marin, et dans lequel la conduite flexible est une conduite flexible en aval.
- L'appareillage (10, 150 300, 602) conforme à la revendication 1 dans, dans lequel le premier des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) est configuré pour être raccordé au raccord de la conduite élastique à un emplacement sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant : un système de manifold de collecte sous-marin ; un manifold d'extrémité de conduite sous-marine (PLEM) ; une terminaison de fin de conduite sous-marine (PLET) ; et une terminaison de fin de ligne d'écoulement sous-marine (FLET), et dans lequel le second des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) est configuré pour être raccordé en aval de la conduite flexible de raccordement.
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) comporte un seul point de raccordement et/ou un point d'atterrage pour l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin.
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) comprend plusieurs orifices d'accès dans un raccord unitaire, et dans lequel chacun des orifices de réception d'écoulement correspond à un circuit d'écoulement à travers l'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602).
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à la revendication 5 dans lequel le raccord unitaire comprend une face ou une plaque unitaire comportant plusieurs orifices de réception d'écoulement formés ici.
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps (12, 312) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) comprend deux circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 61i'), et dans lequel l'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) est un appareillage à double alésage (10, 150, 300, 60:2).
- L'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps (12, 312) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) comprend plusieurs circuits d'écoulement (15, 17,115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 1317) supérieurs à deux, et dans lequel les circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 617) sont configurés pour raccorder plusieurs puits sous-marins à l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin utilisé.
- Une plate-forme de production sous-marine de pétrole et de gaz comprenant :un puits sous-marin et un circuit d'écoulement sous-marin communiquant avec le puits sous-marin, le circuit d'écoulement sous-marin comprenant une conduite flexible de raccordement ;et l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8 ; dans lequel le premier des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) est raccordé au raccord de la conduite flexible de raccordement du circuit d'écoulement ;et dans lequel le second des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) est raccordé à la conduite flexible de raccordement.
- L'installation conforme à la revendication 9, dans laquelle le raccord de la ligne d'écoulement est placé sur un arbre de Noël sous-marin, et dans lequel la conduite flexible de raccordement est une conduite flexible en aval.
- L'installation conforme à la revendication 9, dans laquelle le premier des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) se raccorde au raccord de la conduite flexible de raccordement à un emplacement sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant : un manifold de collecte sous-marine ; un manifold d'extrémité de conduite sous-marine (PLEM) ; une terminaison d'extrémité de conduite sous-marine (PLET) ; et une terminaison d'extrémité de conduite sous-marine (FLET), et dans lequel le second des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320) est raccordé en aval à la conduite flexible de raccordement.
- L'installation conforme à l'une des revendications 9 à 11, comprenant en outre un appareillage de traitement sous-marin raccordé à l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602).
- L'installation conforme à la revendication 12, dans laquelle l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin est un appareillage d'intervention, cette appareillage d'intervention étant configuré pour assurer au moins une fonction sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant l'échantillonnage de fluide, le détournement de fluide, la récupération de fluide, l'injection de fluide, la circulation de fluide, la mesure de fluide, et/ou le comptage de fluide, et dans lequel l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) est configuré pour être raccordé à l'appareillage d'intervention sur fluide.
- L'installation conforme à l'une des revendications 9 à 13, dans laquelle le premier des circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 617) de l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) est raccordé entre un premier puits de production sous-marin et un appareillage de traitement sous-marin en cours d'utilisation, et dans lequel le second circuit d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 617) est raccordé entre l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin et une ligne de production du premier puits sous-marin.
- Une méthode pour exécuter une intervention sous-marine, la méthode consistant à :fournir un puits sous-marin et un circuit d'écoulement sous-marin en communication avec le puits, le circuit d'écoulement sous-marin comprenant une conduite flexible de raccordement ;fournir un appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) sur le circuit d'écoulement sous-marin ;l'appareillage de réception d'écoulement (10, 150, 300, 602) comprenant :un corps (12, 312) ; plusieurs raccords (20a. 20b, 322, 320) comprenant un premier et un second raccords pour raccorder l'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) entre un raccord de la conduite élastique de raccordement du circuit d'écoulement et la conduite élastique de raccordement ;et une interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) pour raccorder l'appareillage (10, 150, 300, 602) à un appareillage de traitement sous-marin ;dans lequel le corps (12, 312) définit plusieurs circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 617), et chaque circuit d'écoulement se connectant au premier raccord et au second raccord de l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 118, 318) ;fournir l'appareillage de traitement sous-marin utilisé sur l'interface de réception d'écoulement (18, 18, 318) ; etaccéder au circuit d'écoulement sous-marin via un circuit d'intervention formé à l'aide de l'un des circuits d'écoulement (15, 17, 115, 117, 315, 317, 615, 61i') défini par le corps (12, 312) vers le premier ou le second raccord (20a, 20b, 322, 320) de l'ensemble des raccords (20a, 20b, 322, 320).
- La méthode conforme à la revendication 15, la méthode consistant à effectuer au moins un échantillonnage de fluide, un détournement de fluide, une récupération de fluide, une injection de fluide, une circulation de fluide, une mesure de fluide et/ou un comptage de fluide.
- La méthode conforme à la revendication 15 ou à la revendication 16, la méthode consistant à effectuer une opération de détartrage sur le puits.
