Das Innenrohr 12 ist an einem Ende 127 mittels eines Stopfens 122 verschlossen. Die Schraube 120 ist in die Gewindebohrung 170 der Hülse 17 eingedreht, durch das Gewebe 3 hindurchgeführt und in eine hier nicht näher dargestellte Durchgangsbohrung in der Bespannungsstange 20 eingesetzt (Figur 8.1), so dass das Gewebe 3 fest mit der Bespannungsstange 20 verbunden ist. Bei der in Figur 8.1 gezeigten Alternative klemmt die Schraube 120 das Gewebe 3 an der Bespannungsstange 20 fest, beziehungsweise drückt selbst auf die Bespannungsstange 20. Die Schraube 120 ist mit ihrem Kopf vollständig in der Bohrung 124 im Innenrohr 12 aufgenommen. Wird das Innenrohr 12 gegenüber dem Außenrohr 11 verschoben, wird über die Hülse 17 die Bespannungsstange 20 entsprechend verschoben, wodurch das Gewebe 3 in den Schlitzen 111, 121, 171 geführt und ebenfalls in Längsrichtung L verschoben wird, ohne dass sich die wirksame Fläche des Gewebes 3 dabei verändert. Seine Lage in den oberen Sitzrohren 10, 10' wird nur entsprechend verändert, die Sitzfläche des Sitzes 4 hingegen nicht. Beim Teleskopieren des oberen Sitzrohres kann also kein Faltenwurf des Gewebes 3 entstehen, sondern es bleibt gespannt. Durch die Verrastung des Innenrohres 12 gegenüber dem Außenrohres 10 mittels des Zapfens 126 ist eine schnelle und werkzeuglose Einstellung der Sitztiefe möglich. Durch Verschwenken des Klemmhebels 130 in seine entspannte Position (nicht gezeigt), wird die kraftschlüssige Verbindung gelöst, und das Innenrohr 12 kann aus dem Außenrohr 11 um die gewünschte Länge herausgezogen werden. Claims (10)

  1. Folding wheelchair having two side frames (1, 1') which are connected to one another via a cross-strut (2), each have a slit seat tube (10, 10'), have a woven fabric (3) tensioned between them in order to form a surface of a seat (4) and are of identical design, and wherein the woven fabric (3) has loops (30, 30') on two opposite edges (31, 31'), and a cover-retaining rod (20, 20') is accommodated in each of said loops, characterized by the following features:
    a) the seat tubes (10, 10') comprise an outer tube (11, 11') and an inner tube (12, 12'),
    b) the outer tube (11, 11') has a slit (111), which extends in the longitudinal direction (L) and opens out at least into one outer-tube end (117),
    c) the inner tube (12, 12') has a slit (121), which extends in the longitudinal direction (L) and opens out at least into one inner-tube end (127),
    d) each cover-retaining rod (20, 20') is accommodated in an outer tube (11, 11') and opens out into the associated inner tube (12, 12'),
    e) the woven fabric (3) is guided outward from the inner tube (12, 12') and outer tube (11, 11') through the slits (111, 121),
    f) the inner tube (12, 12'), the woven fabric (3) and the cover-retaining rod (20, 20') are connected to one another.
  2. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 1, characterized in that a sleeve (17) provided with a slit (171) which is continuous in the longitudinal direction (L) is arranged between each inner tube (12, 12') and each cover-retaining rod (20, 20').
  3. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 2, characterized in that the sleeve (17) is provided with a threaded bore (170), into which a screw (120) which fixes the woven fabric (3) on the cover-retaining rod (20, 20') can be screwed.
  4. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 3, characterized in that the sleeve (17) and the cover-retaining rod (20, 20') are connected to one another via the screw (120).
  5. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the inner tube (12, 12') is connected to the cover-retaining rod (20, 20').
  6. Folding wheelchair according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, at its end which is directed away from the woven fabric (3), the inner tube (12, 12') is closed by a stopper (122).
  7. Folding wheelchair according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer tube (11, 11') is provided with a plurality of holes (110) which are spaced apart parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction L and each interact with a pin (126), which is arranged in the inner tube (12, 12'), in order to adjust a depth of the seat (4).
  8. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 7, characterized in that the pins (126) can be displaced counter to the force of a spring (125).
  9. Folding wheelchair according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the upper seat tubes (10, 10') can be telescoped in a stepless manner.
  10. Folding wheelchair according to Claim 9, characterized by a device (13) which connects the outer tube (11, 11') to the inner tube (12, 12') in a force-fitting and/or frictionally fitting manner.
