Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Unterbrechen der Zufuhr eines Vorgarns (12), wenn während des Prozesses des Spinnens des Umspinnungszwirns ein Bruch eines Fadens (11) auftritt, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Rolle (4) umfasst, die als eine Führung für den Faden (11) des Umspinnungszwirns wirkt, wobei die Rolle (4) an einem Ende eines Hebels (5) befestigt ist, und wobei die Vorrichtung einen Mechanismus (3, 4, 5, 7) zum Aktivieren der Verlagerung eines Keils (2) in Richtung einer aktiven Stellung, wenn ein Bruch des Fadens auftritt, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Keil (2) dafür ausgelegt ist, in seiner aktiven Stellung zwischen ein Paar Zufuhrrollen (6a, 6b) des Vorgarns (12) eingefügt zu sein, wobei der Keil (2) dafür konfiguriert ist, durch Einwirken auf die Zufuhrrollen (6a, 6b) das Unterbrechen der Zufuhr des Vorgarns (12) zu ermöglichen, dass:
    - der Keil (2) mit einem Stützschlitten (3), der der Rolle (4), die als eine Führung für den Faden (11) des Garns wirkt, zugeordnet ist, gelenkig verbunden ist, wobei der Stützschlitten (3) zu einer Verlagerung fähig ist, um den Keil (2) bei Wegfall der Spannung des Fadens (11) an der Rolle (4), wenn ein Bruch des Fadens (11) auftritt, in seine aktive Stellung zu bewegen, dass:
    - das gegenüberliegende Ende des Hebels (5), an dessen Ende die Rolle (4) befestigt ist, einem Halteauslöser (7) für den Stützschlitten (3) zugeordnet ist, und dass
    - der Hebel (5) ein als ein Nocken wirkendes Element (8) enthält, das dafür ausgelegt ist, die Verlagerung des Schlittens (3) zu aktivieren, wenn die Spannung des Fadens (11) an der Rolle (4) aufhört und das Element (8) den Halteauslöser (7) freigibt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stützschlitten (3) für die Speicherung elastischer potentieller Energie, die von der auf eine Feder (10) ausgeübten Druckkraft abgeleitet ist, geeignet ist, wobei der Schlitten (3) für eine Verlagerung, um den Keil (2) in seine aktive Stellung zu bewegen, wenn der Wegfall der Druckkraft und der Spannung des Fadens (11) an der Rolle (4) aufhört, geeignet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Stützschlitten (3) des Keils (2) eine Kerbe (9) für den Halteauslöser (7) umfasst und wobei die Feder (10) in der Weise ausgelegt ist, dass sie dafür geeignet ist, durch manuelles Verlagern des Schlittens (3) zusammengedrückt zu werden, bis der Auslöser (7) in der obenerwähnten Kerbe (9) verriegelt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Keil (2) einen Körper (2a) mit einer gekrümmten Oberfläche, der dafür konfiguriert ist, einen Abschnitt der Wand der unteren Zufuhrrolle (6a) des Vorgarns (12) zu umgeben, und einen Stiel (22) zum gelenkigen Verbinden des Körpers (2a) mit dem Stützschlitten (3) des Keils (2) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei in ihrer aktiven Stellung ein Abschnitt des Körpers (2a) mit einer gekrümmten Oberfläche zwischen die untere Zufuhrrolle (6a) und die obere Rolle (6b) des Vorgarns (12) eingeführt ist, wobei der Abschnitt des Körpers (2a) die Drehung der oberen Rolle (6b) unterbricht, während sich die untere Rolle (6a) weiterdreht.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 und 5, wobei der Stützschlitten (3) mehrere Schlitze (21) zum Befestigen des Stiels (22) des Keils (2) in mehreren Stellungen umfasst, wobei jeder der Schlitze (21) eine vorgegebene Stellung des Keils (2) gemäß der Entfernung, die Lagerdruckarme (20) eines Stabs (18) von den Zufuhrrollen (6a, 6b) trennt, bestimmt.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, die einen Kasten (15) umfasst, der mit einem Gehäuse (16) und mit einer Klemme (17) derart versehen ist, dass der Kasten (15) an einem Stab (18), an dem eine Anzahl von Druckarmen (20) einer Spinnmaschine (19) montiert sind, befestigt werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, die wenigstens einen Sensor zum Detektieren der Längsverlagerung des Stützschlittens (3) des Keils (2), wenn die Spannung des Fadens (11) aufhört, und eine Lampe (23), die außerhalb des Kastens (15) vorgesehen ist, um ein Lichtsignal zu erzeugen, wenn der Sensor die Bewegung des Stützschlittens (3) detektiert, umfasst.
  9. Endlosumspinnungszwirn-Spinnmaschine (19), die mehrere Spinnstellungen umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bei jeder Spinnstellung eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Unterbrechen der Zufuhr eines Vorgarns (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, um die Zufuhr des Vorgarns (12) im Fall eines Bruches des Fadens (11) zu unterbrechen, umfasst.
  10. Endlosumspinnungszwirn-Spinnmaschine (19) nach Anspruch 9, zusammen mit der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor in der Weise konfiguriert ist, dass er an eine Sammelwarnleuchte, die sich an einem Ende der Spinnmaschine (19) befindet, ein Warnsignal in der Weise sendet, dass diese Warnleuchte ebenfalls ein Lichtsignal erzeugt.
