- Pressing device (1, 1', 1", 1''' , 1'''') comprising:at least one carrier element (2) with at least one carrier opening (3, 3'),at least one pressing element (5, 5') with at least one bearing opening (6, 6'), for applying a pressing force to a workpiece, wherein the at least one pressing element (5, 5') is mounted on the carrier element (2) such that it can be pivoted about at least one pivot axis (A1, A2),wherein a respective bolt (8, 8') extends through the at least one carrier opening (3, 3') and the bearing opening (6, 6'), said bolt providing the bearing means and the pivot axis (A1, A2), wherein the bolt (8, 8') is secured at the end, by a non-releasable securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12'; 13, 13'), in respect of axial displacement in relation to the carrier element (2) in the bearing opening (6, 6') and the carrier opening (3, 3'),characterizedin that the securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') has an interior (16, 16'; 17, 17') which is delimited by an inner wall (14, 14'; 15, 15') and is intended for accommodating the bolt end (9, 9'), and wherein the interior (16, 16'; 17, 17') contains at least one securing part (18, 18'), which acts on the bolt end (9, 9'), in particular on the lateral surface (10, 10') of the bolt end.
- Pressing device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12'; 13, 13') cannot be released in a non-destructive manner.
- Pressing device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized
in that the pressing device is in the form of a press sling, wherein both the at least one pressing element (5, 5') and the carrier element (2) are in the form of a sling part which can apply a pressing force to a workpiece, or
in that the pressing device is in the form of a press sling, wherein the at least one pressing element (5, 5') is in the form of a sling part which can apply a pressing force to a workpiece, and wherein the carrier element (2) is an element which connects two sling parts; or
in that the at least one pressing element is designed in the form of an intermediate jaw with two bearing openings (6, 6') and can be connected in particular to a press sling, and in that the carrier element (2) has two carrier openings (3, 3'), wherein the bolt (8, 8') extends through in each case one of the carrier openings (3, 3') and of the bearing openings (6, 6'). - Pressing device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that two pressing elements (5, 5') in the form of pressing levers are provided, and in that the at least one carrier element (2) has two carrier openings (3, 3'), wherein the bolt (8, 8') extends through in each case one of the carrier openings (3, 3') and of the bearing openings (6, 6').
- Pressing device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the two pressing elements (5, 5') are arranged between two spaced-apart carrier elements (2, 2'), wherein each of the carrier elements (2, 2') has respectively two bearing openings (6, 6').
- Pressing device according to either of Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the two pressing levers (5, 5') have at least two pressing jaws (4, 4') for applying the pressing force to the workpiece, and in that the pivot axes (A1, A2) are located parallel to one another, wherein the one pressing lever (5) can be pivoted about the one pivot axis (A1), and the other pressing lever (5') can be pivoted about the other pivot axis (A2), from a starting position into a pressing position such that, at the end of the pressing operation, the pressing jaws (4, 4') together form an essentially closed circle, as seen along the pivot axes (A1, A2).
- Pressing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') is a securing element which is positioned on the bolt end (9, 9') and encloses the bolt end (9, 9') at least to some extent, preferably in full.
- Pressing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the securing part is a spring washer (18, 18'), which is placed in a groove (19, 19'; 20, 20') running in an encircling manner within the inner wall (14, 14'; 15, 15'), which spring washer engages in a recess (21, 21') extending circumferentially around the bolt (8, 8').
- Pressing device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the securing part is in the form of a plurality of lugs which project into the interior (16, 16'; 17, 17') from the inner wall (14, 14'; 15, 15') and, when the securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') is subjected to a severing force, act as barbs, or in that the securing part is a lock washer.
- Pressing device according to one of Claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the inner wall (14, 14') completely surrounds those parts of the bolt (8, 8') which project from the carrier element (2).
- Pressing device according to one of Claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the securing element has an outer wall (25, 25'; 26, 26') on its outside, which outer wall (25, 25'; 26, 26') is of frustoconical design around the said pivot axis (A1, A2), in particular such that the outer wall (25, 25'; 26, 26') cannot be gripped, or cannot be gripped effectively, by a pliers-like tool.
- Pressing device according to Claim 11, characterized in that the outer wall (25, 25'; 26, 26') of the securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') is of rounded design with rounding around the said pivot axis (A1, A2).
- Pressing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that both ends of the bolt (8, 8') have in each case a preferably identical, non-releasable securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') arranged thereon, or
in that the bolt (8, 8') has an integrally formed bolt end at one end, wherein the integral bolt end has a diameter which is greater than the diameter (DB) of the bolt, wherein the said non-releasable securing element (11, 11'; 12, 12') is arranged at the other end. - Pressing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bolt (8, 8') is designed in the form of a hollow bolt with a bolt opening passing through in the direction of the pivot axis (A1, A2), or in that the bolt (8, 8') has a solid cross section over its entire length.
