Claims (14)

    - les zones d'aspiration (15k) étant subdivisées en plusieurs segments d'aspiration (10i) successifs dans le sens de défilement des feuilles (X) et
    - les segments d'aspiration étant respectivement reliés à une source de vide (14) par une conduite d'amenée de vide (12i) par le biais d'un élément de commutation de vide (13i) et pouvant être commandés au moyen de la commande de machine,
    - de sorte qu'après le gaufrage, tous les segments d'aspiration (10i) qui sont recouverts par la feuille peuvent être mis sous vide en premier et ensuite, lors de la sortie de la feuille (5) gaufrée, les segments d'aspiration (10i) qui ne sont plus recouverts par la feuille peuvent être déconnectés l'un après l'autre de la source de vide (14).

Machine de gaufrage à plat selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de contrepression (9) possède comme plateau supérieur (9a) dans les zones d'aspiration (15k) des barres d'aspiration (20k) munies de chambres à vide (11i) et d'ouvertures d'aspiration (22) ainsi qu'un masque d'application (24) qui entoure les barres d'aspiration (20k) .
  8. Machine de gaufrage à plat selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les barres d'aspiration (20k) sont positionnables, le masque d'application (24) étant adapté en conséquence.
  9. Machine de gaufrage à plat selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le vide dans les zones d'aspiration (15k) est mis en service lors de l'immobilité de la feuille et mis hors service après que le dernier segment d'aspiration ne soit plus recouvert par la feuille qui sort.
  10. Machine de gaufrage à plat selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces des zones d'aspiration (15k) présentent une adhérence accrue pour les feuilles (5).

Machine de gaufrage à plat selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des buses à air de séparation (34), munies de conduites d'arrivée d'air comprimé (35), sont disposées du côté de l'entrée du plateau de contrepression, directement derrière la feuille (5) et sous les bandes de film (6k), lesquelles soufflent un jet d'air entre les bandes de film et la feuille après le gaufrage dès que le plateau de contrepression est abaissé.

Machine de gaufrage à plat selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de contrepression possède du côté de l'entrée, sous le bord arrière de la feuille(5), une zone d'aspiration (36), pourvue d'une conduite d'amenée de vide (37), qui s'étend dans le sens transversal (Y).
  13. Plateau de contrepression pour une machine de gaufrage à plat comprenant un guidage de bandes de film pour plusieurs bandes de film, un guidage de feuilles et une commande de machine (19), caractérisé en ce que
    - le plateau de contrepression (9) peut être mis sous vide au moyen de zones d'aspiration (15k), pourvues d'ouvertures d'aspiration (22), qui s'étendent dans le sens de défilement des feuilles (X),
    - et les zones d'aspiration sont disposées à côté et entre des zones de gaufrage (16k) dans lesquelles s'étendent les bandes de film (6k), et
    - les zones d'aspiration (15k) étant subdivisées en plusieurs segments d'aspiration (10i) successifs dans le sens de défilement des feuilles (X) et
    - les segments d'aspiration étant respectivement reliés à une source de vide (14) par une conduite d'amenée de vide (12i) par le biais d'un élément de commutation de vide (13i) et pouvant être commandés au moyen de la commande de machine,
