Claims (7)
- Brûleur radiant (8) pour traiter un flux de gaz effluent en provenance d'un outil de procédé de fabrication, ledit brûleur radiant comprenant :une entrée (10) pour recevoir ledit flux de gaz effluent,un manchon en fibre de métal fritté (20) à travers lequel, en utilisation, des matériaux de combustion passent pour une combustion à proximité d'une surface de combustion intérieure (21) dudit manchon en fibre de métal fritté pour une combustion dans une chambre de combustion (14) ;le brûleur radiant étant caractérisé par un manchon isolant de couverture en fibre de céramique (130) entourant ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté et à travers lequel, en utilisation, lesdits matériaux de combustion passent.
- Brûleur radiant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté a au moins une parmi une porosité de 80 à 90 %, une perméabilité à l'air de 9 000 à 18 000 cm3/s/cm2 (150 à 300 cc/min/cm2) et une densité de 690 à 1 110 kg/m3.
- Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon isolant a une densité de 100 à 150 kg/m3.
- Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté est retenu de manière concentrique dans ledit manchon isolant.
- Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, comprenant un support pouvant servir à retenir ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté et ledit manchon isolant.
- Brûleur radiant selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit manchon isolant est retenu de manière concentrique dans ledit support.
- Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté comprend un pli s'étendant de manière circonférentielle.
