Claims (7)

  1. Brûleur radiant (8) pour traiter un flux de gaz effluent en provenance d'un outil de procédé de fabrication, ledit brûleur radiant comprenant :
    une entrée (10) pour recevoir ledit flux de gaz effluent,
    un manchon en fibre de métal fritté (20) à travers lequel, en utilisation, des matériaux de combustion passent pour une combustion à proximité d'une surface de combustion intérieure (21) dudit manchon en fibre de métal fritté pour une combustion dans une chambre de combustion (14) ;
    le brûleur radiant étant caractérisé par un manchon isolant de couverture en fibre de céramique (130) entourant ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté et à travers lequel, en utilisation, lesdits matériaux de combustion passent.
  2. Brûleur radiant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté a au moins une parmi une porosité de 80 à 90 %, une perméabilité à l'air de 9 000 à 18 000 cm3/s/cm2 (150 à 300 cc/min/cm2) et une densité de 690 à 1 110 kg/m3.
  3. Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon isolant a une densité de 100 à 150 kg/m3.
  4. Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté est retenu de manière concentrique dans ledit manchon isolant.
  5. Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, comprenant un support pouvant servir à retenir ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté et ledit manchon isolant.
  6. Brûleur radiant selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit manchon isolant est retenu de manière concentrique dans ledit support.
  7. Brûleur radiant selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit manchon en fibre de métal fritté comprend un pli s'étendant de manière circonférentielle.
