  • the following description relates to an elastic non-metal clip and an assembled fence including the same.
  • the vertical bar installed with the spring-type clip is inserted into a mating hole on the transverse bar; the convex parts on two sides of the spring-type clip automatically pop up inside the mating hole of the transverse bar, and are locked by being propped against the inner upper surface and the inner lower surface of the transverse steel bar.
  • the metal clip shall be installed inside the vertical bar in advance, and the vertical bar and the transverse bar shall be assembled at the installation site.
  • the spring-type clip mounted inside the vertical bar and the vertical bar with the spring-type clip mounted inside may be easily damaged, and may easily scratch other parts such as the vertical bar in the transportation process;
  • a rubber ring shall be arranged around the mating hole of the transverse bar for the vertical bar for waterproof sealing and for protecting the surface coating from being damaged due to collision between the transverse bars and the vertical bars; moreover, the metal clip itself is high in cost.
  • a method of constructing a fence where a plurality of spaced-apart posts by planting the bases of the posts in concrete footings in the ground, and connecting bearers to the posts by feeding projections on the bearers into openings in the posts and interlocking the bearers with the post by locating portions of the posts below the openings within slots in some of the bearer projections so as to form a structure having an upper bearer and a lower bearer between each pair of adjacent, spaced-apart posts.
  • a series of upright or substantially upright bars are then connected to the bearers by feeding the bars into openings in the bearers and deforming a portion of each bar so as to lock the bars to the bearers.
