Claims (15)

  1. Nichtmetallische elastische Klemme (3), umfassend:
    einen Hauptkörper (3') mit einer Innenwand (3-11) und einer Außenwand (3-12), wobei
    ein zum Einführen eines M-förmigen vertikalen Stabes vorgesehenes Loch (3-2) in einer Mitte des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet ist;
    ein sich nach außen erstreckender Flansch (3-1) an einem oberen Ende der Außenwand (3-12) ausgebildet ist;
    ein Abschnitt mit einer nach innen geneigten Fläche (3-5) an der Außenwand (3-12) unterhalb des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist;
    ein Abschnitt mit zwei geraden Wänden (3-4) an einem unteren Teil der geneigten Fläche (3-5) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Abstand zwischen den Außenflächen der zwei geraden Wände (3-4) kleiner ist als ein Außendurchmesser des Flansches (3-1) an dem oberen Ende;
    eine Klemmnut (3-6) zwischen einer oberen Stirnfläche (3-3) der geneigten Fläche (3-5) und einer unteren Stirnfläche des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist; und
    eine nach innen vorstehende Wölbung (3-7) an der Innenwand (3-11), entsprechend der geneigten Fläche (3-5) an der Außenwand (3-12), ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wölbung (3-7) sich in Form eines konvexen Bogens von oben nach unten erstreckt.
  2. Nichtmetallische elastische Klemme (3) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Nut (3-9) in einer Mitte der Wölbung (3-7) an der Innenwand (3-11) des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet ist.
  3. Nichtmetallische elastische Klemme (3) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hauptkörper (3') aus Kunststoff oder Gummi gefertigt ist.
  4. Nichtmetallische elastische Klemme (3) nach Anspruch 3, die zwei nach innen vorstehende Wölbungen (3-7) an der Innenwand (3-11) und zwei nach innen geneigte Flächen an der Außenwand (3-12) unterhalb des Flansches (3-1) umfasst.
  5. Montierter Zaun, umfassend:
    einen Querstab (10);
    einen vertikalen Stab (9) mit einem M-förmigen Querschnitt; und
    eine nichtmetallische elastische Klemme (3), die einen Hauptkörper (3') mit einer Innenwand (3-11) und einer Außenwand (3-12) umfasst, wobei
    ein zum Einführen eines M-förmigen vertikalen Stabes vorgesehenes Loch (3-2) in einer Mitte des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet und dazu ausgestaltet ist, mit dem vertikalen Stab (9) in Eingriff gebracht und verriegelt zu werden;
    die Außenwand (3-12) des Hauptkörpers (3') in ein Einführloch (3-2) des Querstabes (10) eingeführt ist;
    ein sich nach außen erstreckender Flansch (3-1) an einem oberen Ende der Außenwand (3-12) des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet ist;
    ein Abschnitt mit einer nach innen geneigten Fläche (3-5), die zu einer Innenseite hin geneigt ist, an der Außenwand (3-12) unterhalb des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist;
    ein Abschnitt mit zwei geraden Wänden (3-4) an einem unteren Teil des Abschnitts mit der nach innen geneigten Fläche (3-5) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Abstand zwischen den Außenflächen der zwei geraden Wände (3-4) kleiner ist als ein Außendurchmesser des Flansches (3-1) an dem oberen Ende;
    eine Klemmnut (3-6), die auf eine Dicke einer einzelnen Seitenwand (10-1) des Querstabes (10) abgestimmt ist, zwischen einer oberen Stirnfläche (3-3) der geneigten Fläche (3-5) und einer unteren Stirnfläche des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist; und
    eine nach innen vorstehende Wölbung (3-7) an einer Innenwand (3-11) des Hauptkörpers (3'), entsprechend der geneigten Fläche (3-5) an der Außenwand (3-12), ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wölbung (3-7) sich in Form eines konvexen Bogens von oben nach unten erstreckt; die Wölbung (3-7) sich in ein Klemmloch (9-1) an dem vertikalen Stab (9) hinein erstreckt, eine untere Stirnfläche der Wölbung (3-7) an einer Öffnung (9-3) des Klemmlochs (9-1) an dem vertikalen Stab (9) anliegt.
  6. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 5, wobei
    eine Nut (3-9) in einer Mitte der Wölbung (3-7) an der Innenwand (3-11) des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet ist; und
    ein Ansatz (9-2), der auf die Nut in der Mitte der Wölbung (3-7) abgestimmt ist, an wenigstens einem Klemmloch (9-1) des vertikalen Stabes (9) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Klemme (3) aus Kunststoff oder Gummi gefertigt ist.
  8. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 5, wobei ein Querschnitt des Querstabes (10) die Form eines umgekehrten U aufweist.
  9. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 5, wobei ein Querschnitt des Querstabes (10) die Form eines Rechtecks aufweist.
  10. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Querstab (10) ein erstes Einführloch (42-1) an einer ersten Stirnfläche des Querstabes (10) und ein zweites Einführloch (42-2), das vertikal mit dem ersten Einführloch (42-1) ausgerichtet ist, an einer zweiten Stirnfläche des Querstabes (10) umfasst, und ein dem ersten Einführloch zugehöriger Durchmesser des ersten Einführlochs (42-1) kleiner ist als ein dem zweiten Einführloch zugehöriger Durchmesser des zweiten Einführlochs (42-2).
  11. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Querstab (10) ein Einführloch (42-1) an einer ersten Stirnfläche des Querstabes und kein Einführloch an einer zweiten Stirnfläche des Querstabes (10), die der ersten Stirnfläche gegenüberliegt, umfasst.
  12. Montierter Zaun nach Anspruch 5, wobei der vertikale Stab (9) ein hohler Stab oder ein massiver Stab ist.
  13. Verfahren zur Montage eines Zaunes, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    Bereitstellen einer nichtmetallischen elastischen Klemme (3), die einen Hauptkörper (3') mit einer Innenwand (3-11) und einer Außenwand (3-12) umfasst, wobei ein zum Einführen eines M-förmigen vertikalen Stabes vorgesehenes Loch (3-2) in einer Mitte des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet und dazu ausgestaltet ist, mit einem vertikalen Stab (9) in Eingriff gebracht und verriegelt zu werden; die Außenwand (3-12) des Hauptkörpers (3') dazu ausgestaltet ist, in ein Einführloch (42-1) eines Querstabes (10) eingeführt zu werden; ein sich nach außen erstreckender Flansch (3-1) an einem oberen Ende der Außenwand (3-12) des Hauptkörpers (3') ausgebildet ist; ein Abschnitt mit einer nach innen geneigten Fläche (3-5), die zu einer Innenseite hin geneigt ist, an der Außenwand (3-12) unterhalb des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist; ein Abschnitt mit zwei geraden Wänden (3-4) an einem unteren Teil des Abschnitts mit der nach innen geneigten Fläche (3-5) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Abstand zwischen den Außenflächen der zwei geraden Wände (3-4) kleiner ist als ein Außendurchmesser des Flansches (3-1) an dem oberen Ende; eine Klemmnut (3-6), die auf eine Dicke einer einzelnen Seitenwand (10-1) des Querstabes (10) abgestimmt ist, zwischen einer oberen Stirnfläche (3-3) der geneigten Fläche und einer unteren Stirnfläche des Flansches (3-1) ausgebildet ist; und eine nach innen vorstehende Wölbung (3-7) an einer Innenwand (3-11) des Hauptkörpers (3'), entsprechend der geneigten Fläche an der Außenwand (3-12), ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wölbung (3-7) sich in Form eines konvexen Bogens von oben nach unten erstreckt; die Wölbung (3-7) dazu ausgestaltet ist, sich in ein Klemmloch (9-1) an dem vertikalen Stab (9) hinein zu erstrecken, eine untere Stirnfläche der Wölbung (3-7) dazu ausgestaltet ist, an einer Öffnung (9-3) des Klemmlochs (9-1) an dem vertikalen Stab (9) anzuliegen;
    Einführen der Klemme (3) nach unten in ein Einführloch (42-1) eines ersten Zaunstabes (10), bis die Klemmnut (3-6) der Klemme (3) mit einer Lochwand des Einführlochs (42-1) des ersten Zaunstabes (10) verriegelt ist; und
    Einführen eines zweiten Zaunstabes (9) in das zum Einführen eines vertikalen Stabes vorgesehene Loch (3-2) der Klemme (3), bis die nach innen vorstehende Wölbung (3-7) der Klemme (3) mit einem Klemmloch (9-1) des zweiten Zaunstabes (9) verriegelt ist.
  14. Verfahren zur Montage des Zaunes nach Anspruch 13, wobei der erste Zaunstab (10) ein Querstab, ein Türpfosten oder ein Pfosten eines Zaunes ist.
  15. Verfahren zur Montage des Zaunes nach Anspruch 13, wobei der zweite Zaunstab (9) ein vertikaler Stab oder ein Querstab eines Zaunes ist.
