Claims (15)
- Procédé de façonnage à chaud ou à basse température d'une pièce (1), le procédé présentant les étapes de traitement suivantes :préparation de la pièce (1),prétraitement au moins partiel de la pièce (1),chauffage au moins partiel de la pièce (1) à une température cible dans un poste de chauffage (20) etfaçonnage et/ou durcissement au moins partiel de la pièce (1),la pièce (1) étant nettoyée au moins en partie dans une étape de nettoyage qui se déroule entre le prétraitement et le chauffage de la pièce (1),
caractérisé en ce que
la pièce (1) est traitée thermiquement au moins en partie au cours de l'étape de nettoyage, la pièce (1) étant chauffée à une température de nettoyage par un brûleur (2) au cours de l'étape de nettoyage. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pièce (1) est traitée au moins en partie chimiquement et/ou mécaniquement au cours de l'étape de nettoyage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pièce (1) est nettoyée au moins en partie dans un bain de nettoyage au cours de l'étape de nettoyage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pièce (1) est brossée au cours de l'étape de nettoyage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au cours du chauffage, le brûleur (2) est déplacé de préférence de manière oscillante le sens transversal ou le sens longitudinal de la pièce (1).

caractérisée en ce que
le poste de nettoyage (10) convient pour traiter thermiquement la pièce (1) et le poste de nettoyage (10) présente un brûleur (2). - Installation de fabrication selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle l'installation de fabrication comporte un dispositif de transport (4).
- Installation de fabrication selon les revendications 13 ou 14, dans laquelle le poste de nettoyage (10) est structurellement séparé du poste de chauffage (20).
