- first and second apparatuses 10, 10' are longitudinally aligned with each other in particular according to the longitudinal direction of conveying of the products and have respective packaging means 14, 14 which are identically configured to each other.
- the first and second apparatus 10, 10' of the plant are operatively independent of each other and are, also, positioned slightly offset from each other along the longitudinal direction with the second apparatus 10' which is slightly withdrawn backwards with respect to the first packaging apparatus 10, or the apparatus positioned upstream.

- the video camera for detecting the product could be positioned beneath the mobile means, or plate, 547, in particular transversely, which provide temporary support of the product 5, at the stacking means 54, wherein the mobile plate 547 could be advantageously made of transparent material to allow vision of the product or group of products using the video camera positioned below.
