Claims (5)

  1. Manchon d'impression (1), avec
    une première couche radialement intérieure (11) avec
    un côté intérieur (11a) prévu pour le contact direct avec le côté extérieur d'un cylindre d'impression (10), et
    un côté extérieur (11b), qui est radialement opposé au côté intérieur (11a), et
    une deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12) avec
    un côté extérieur (12b) pour la formation d'une surface d'impression, et
    un côté intérieur (12a), qui est radialement opposé au côté extérieur (12b),
    dans lequel le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11) et le côté intérieur (12a) de la deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12) sont appliqués directement l'un sur l'autre, et
    dans lequel la première couche radialement intérieure (11) est configurée, de façon à pouvoir reprendre aussi bien des forces agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou en direction longitudinale (L) que des pressions agissant en direction radiale (R),
    caractérisé en ce que la première couche radialement intérieure (11) présente un mélange compressible renforcé par des fibres (de verre), de telle manière que les fibres (de verre) puissent reprendre les forces agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou en direction longitudinale (L) et que les éléments du mélange compressibles puissent reprendre les pressions agissant en direction radiale (R).
  2. Manchon d'impression (1), avec
    une première couche radialement intérieure (11) avec
    un côté intérieur (11a) prévu pour le contact direct avec le côté extérieur d'un cylindre d'impression (10), et
    un côté extérieur (11b), qui est radialement opposé au côté intérieur (11a), et
    une deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12) avec
    un côté extérieur (12b) pour la formation d'une surface d'impression, et
    un côté intérieur (12a), qui est radialement opposé au côté extérieur (12b),
    dans lequel le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11) et le côté intérieur (12a) de la deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12) sont appliqués directement l'un sur l'autre, et
    dans lequel la première couche radialement intérieure (11) est configurée, de façon à pouvoir reprendre aussi bien des forces agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou en direction longitudinale (L) que des pressions agissant en direction radiale (R),
    caractérisé en ce que la première couche radialement intérieure (11) présente un non-tissé et/ou un tissu à pores ouverts et/ou une structure de grille, qui présente un mélange de caoutchouc compressible, de telle manière que le non-tissé et/ou le tissu à pores ouverts et/ou la structure de grille puisse(nt) reprendre les force agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou en direction longitudinale (L) et que le mélange de caoutchouc compressible puisse reprendre les pressions agissant en direction radiale (R).
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un manchon d'impression (1) selon la revendication 1, avec les étapes suivantes:
    déposer un premier mélange compressible renforcé par des fibres (de verre) sur un cylindre,
    mouler le premier mélange sur le cylindre en une première couche radialement intérieure (11), qui peut reprendre aussi bien des forces agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou longitudinale (L) que des pressions agissant en direction radiale (R),
    déposer un deuxième mélange sur le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11), et
    mouler le deuxième mélange sur le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11) en une deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12), dont le côté extérieur (12b) est réalisé en tant que surface d'impression.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel on effectue le dépôt du premier mélange compressible renforcé par des fibres (de verre) sur le cylindre au moyen d'un processus de calandrage, de telle manière que les fibres soient orientées par le processus de calandrage.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un manchon d'impression (1) selon la revendication 2, avec les étapes suivantes:
    déposer un non-tissé et/ou un tissu à pores ouverts et/ou une structure de grille sur un cylindre,
    introduire un mélange de caoutchouc compressible dans le non-tissé et/ou le tissu à pores ouverts et/ou la structure de grille de façon à former une première couche radialement intérieure (11), qui peut reprendre aussi bien des forces agissant en direction périphérique (U) et/ou en direction longitudinale (L) que des pressions agissant en direction radiale (R),
    déposer un deuxième mélange sur le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11), et
    mouler le deuxième mélange sur le côté extérieur (11b) de la première couche radialement intérieure (11) en une deuxième couche radialement extérieure (12), dont le côté extérieur (12b) est réalisé en tant que surface d'impression.
