- the first opening angle can ⁇ 1 have a value of 5 ° and the second opening angle ⁇ 2 can be 8 °.
- the circuit for the contact devices 20, 21 is closed by the door contact switch 80. It must be ensured that the contact pins 29 and the contact points 25, 26 are already in contact in order to avoid an arc. If there were an air gap between the contact points 25, 26 and the respective contact pins 29, an arc would form when the circuit was closed, as a result of which the contact points 25, 26 could wear out excessively quickly. Since the door contact switch 80 responds at a first opening angle ⁇ 1 of, for example, 5 °, contact between the contact devices 20, 21 and the contact points 25, 26 should already be established at a second opening angle ⁇ 2 of 8 ° in order to have a sufficient safety factor. The same of course applies equivalently when moving the door 4 from the closed position into the open position.
- the spring of the contact pin 29 can, for example, allow a maximum spring travel of approximately 4 mm.
- the housing 32 of the contact pin 29 can, for example, have an outer diameter of 2.1 mm.
- the spring has a maximum force of, for example, 1.7 N, with which the contact section 31 is pressed against the contact point 25, 26 assigned to it. In this way, sufficient contact between the contact devices 20, 21 and the contact points 25, 26 is always ensured.
- a cable can either be soldered to the contact points 25, 26 or connected with a plug. This depends on how the lighting device is later integrated into the door 4 and whether it is necessary to detach the cables again or not.
- the Figures 12 and 13 show a development of the contact device 20.
- a cable 51 which is assigned to the circuit, is fed to the contact pin 29.
- This variant of the contact device 20 according to FIG Figures 12 and 13 is preferably suitable for household appliances 1 without a door 4 that can be pivoted under the cooking space 2.

- the contact device 20 according to FIG Figures 14 and 15 differs from the contact device 20 according to FIG Figures 12 and 13 essentially by an alternative embodiment of the housing 33.
- the base plate 34 of the housing 33 is equipped with an arcuate cable guide 52 for the cable 51 provided on the underside of the base plate 34.
- the cable guide 52 is set up to deflect the cable 51 by an angle of 90 °.
- the base plate 34 conceals the cable 51. Due to the concealed cable guide 52, the cable 51 is not visible even when the door 4 is open, but only emerges from the housing 33 after the flange 5. This results in a particularly high-quality solution visually.
- the pre-assembly of the contact device 20 corresponds to the pre-assembly of the embodiment of the contact device 20 according to FIG Figures 12 and 13 .
- the cable 51 can furthermore be clamped when exiting the housing 33 in order to better fix the cable 51 in the cable guide 52.

Accordingly, a domestic cooking appliance, in particular an oven, is proposed. The household cooking appliance comprises a receiving area which has a loading opening, a pivotably hinged door on the receiving area to close the loading opening, a lighting device provided in or on the door for illuminating the inside of the receiving area, a first electrical contact point provided on the door, a second contact point provided on the door, a first contact device for electrically contacting the first contact point and a second contact device for electrically contacting the second contact point, wherein in a closed position of the door, in which the contact devices contact the respective contact points, a circuit comprising the lighting device is closed, wherein in an open position of the door, in which the contact devices the respective Do not contact contact points, the circuit comprising the lighting device is open, and each contact device has a housing connected to the receiving region and a K received in the housing having ontaktstift with a linearly displaceable contact portion along a longitudinal direction of the housing for contacting the respective contact point. Each contact device is attached to a hinge provided on the side of the receiving section.
The domestic cooking appliance is preferably an oven. The domestic cooking appliance can also be a microwave appliance or an oven with a microwave function. The receiving area can be an oven muffle or a muffle of the domestic cooking appliance. The housing of each contact device preferably has a cylindrical receiving section in which the contact pin is received. The receiving section of the housing is preferably designed to be rotationally symmetrical to a central axis. The longitudinal direction of the housing is arranged parallel to this central axis. The contact pin preferably comprises a housing which is fixedly fixed to the housing of the respective contact device and the contact section which can be displaced relative to this housing. A spring force is applied to the contact section. Furthermore, the contact pin also comprises a cable receiving section to which an electrical cable of the circuit is connected. The contact section preferably has a hemispherical or dome-shaped geometry on the front side. In particular, when the door is closed, the contact section rests against an inner side thereof. Furthermore, in the closed position of the door, the contact section is spring-biased against the inside of the door.
The lighting device preferably comprises a light-emitting diode (LED). The lighting device can be operated with a direct voltage. The first electric marriage The contact point and the first contact device can form a positive pole, and the second electrical contact point and the second contact device can form a negative pole or vice versa of the circuit. The circuit includes a power source, for example a direct voltage power source, the lighting device, cabling and the contact points and the contact devices assigned to the contact points. The LED is mounted on a printed circuit board, the LED preferably being received in a spacer. The light yield can be increased with the aid of the spacer, since the spacer prevents light from being radiated from the side. For this purpose, the spacer can additionally be provided with a reflective surface. The spacer is preferably arranged in a funnel shape around the diode.
The spacer can also be used to define a distance between the LED and a light-conducting glass rod. The lighting device preferably comprises a first light-guiding glass rod and a second light-guiding glass rod, which are arranged on both sides of a viewing window of the door. The light-guiding glass rods run in a vertical direction. With the help of the light-conducting glass rods, the light emitted by the LED is guided to the viewing window and from there into the interior of the receiving area. Complicated kinematics can be dispensed with because the contact section is only displaced linearly when the door is opened and closed. As a result, the contact devices are particularly durable.
According to one embodiment, the first contact point and the second contact point are arranged directly adjacent to one another.
For example, the first contact point and the second contact point are both arranged on a first side edge or both on a second side edge of the door. Complicated cabling and cable routing can thereby be dispensed with. Alternatively, the first and the second contact point can be provided at a distance from each other on two side edges of the door.
According to a further embodiment, the first contact device and the second contact device are arranged directly adjacent to one another.
For example, the first contact device and the second contact device are both arranged on the first side edge or both on the second side edge of the door. Complicated cabling and cable routing can thereby be dispensed with. Alternatively, the first and the second contact device can be provided at a distance from one another on two side edges of the door.
According to a further embodiment, the domestic cooking appliance further comprises at least one door contact switch which can be activated at a first opening angle of the door in order to apply an electrical voltage to the contact devices, the contact devices contacting the contact points at a second opening angle of the door that differs from the first opening angle and wherein the first included angle is smaller than the second included angle.
What is achieved hereby is that the contact devices and the contact points are only subjected to a voltage when the contact sections of the contact pins are in touching contact with the respective contact points. This can prevent the occurrence of an arc, since the contact sections are not yet subjected to voltage when they are shortly before contact with the contact points. This prevents excessive wear on the contact points and / or the contact sections.
According to a further embodiment, the contact points are received in receiving sections provided on the inside of the door.
The contact points can be clipped, pressed and / or glued into the receiving sections. The contact points are soldered to cables or connected to cables with the help of plugs.
According to a further embodiment, the domestic cooking appliance further comprises a contact point carrier which is fastened on the inside of the door and which has the receiving sections and which is made of a plastic material.
Because the contact point carrier is made from a plastic material, additional electrical insulation of the contact points can be dispensed with.
According to a further embodiment, the contact pin is spring-loaded.
For this purpose, as already explained above, a spring is provided in the housing of the contact pin. The spring is preferably a compression spring. This ensures that the contact sections of the contact pins are spring-biased against the door in the closed position of the door. This ensures reliable contact between the contact pins and the contact points when the door is closed.
Each contact device is fastened to a hinge provided on the side of the receiving section.
Each hinge preferably has a hinge element which is attached to the side of the receiving area. Such a hinge element is assigned to each contact device. The hinges are designed so that the door can be easily separated from the receiving area without additional tools.
According to a further embodiment, the housing has an engagement section which, for fastening the contact devices to the hinges, is designed to engage in a form-fitting manner in the respective hinge or to grip around it.
An opening is preferably provided on the respective hinge, into which the engagement section engages in a form-fitting manner. As a result, the housing of the contact devices can be mounted very easily on the hinges.
According to a further embodiment, the housing can be displaced linearly along the respective hinge in order to adjust its position.
In this way, tolerances can be compensated for, and the opening angle at which the contact devices contact the contact points assigned to them can be set easily and conveniently. To adjust the position of the housing on the respective hinge, an opening, in particular an elongated hole, can be provided on each hinge element, into which the engagement section engages and along which the engagement section can be linearly displaced. The contact devices can each with Screws are fixed to the hinges. For this purpose, fastening points, in particular threaded bores, are provided on the hinges. An elongated hole in which a screw is guided can be provided on the housing of the contact devices. This enables the contact devices to be positioned on the hinges and the opening angle to be set easily and conveniently.
According to a further embodiment, the engagement section has two gripping arms, which are designed to engage in an opening provided on the respective hinge.
The gripping arms are preferably designed as snap hooks. The gripping arms are resiliently deformable and, when the engagement section is pressed into the opening provided on the respective hinge, snap into the latter in order to connect the housing to the respective hinge with a positive fit.
According to a further embodiment, the contact pin and a stop for the contact pin are received in the housing, the housing being closed with the aid of a cap snapped into it.
The stop and the cap are preferably made of a plastic material. The cap preferably comprises snap hooks which are set up to snap into openings provided on the receiving section of the housing. This enables simple assembly of the cap. The stop preferably has a disk-shaped base section and arm section extending out of the disk-shaped base section, between which the housing of the contact pin is arranged. Recesses for cable routing can also be provided on the arm sections. Alternatively, the cap can also be formed in one piece with the receiving section.
According to a further embodiment, the housing has a base plate with a cable guide.
The cable guide is preferably provided on the back of the base plate. As a result, the cable is hidden. The cable guide can be designed to deflect the cable through an angle of 90 °.
According to a further embodiment, the housing is made of a plastic material.
For example, the housing can be made from a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). The housing can also be made from another alternative plastic material. As a result, the housing can be manufactured inexpensively in large numbers in a plastic injection molding process.
According to a further embodiment, the contact pins are arranged perpendicular to an inside of the door in the closed position of the door.
This always ensures sufficient contact pressure and sufficient contact between the contact pins and the contact points assigned to them.

The
In particular, with the help of the spring-loaded

An opening angle α in the intermediate position is, for example, 30 °. The
When the
The spring of the

Because the

The
