Claims (9)
- Schläger (1) für ein Ballspiel, insbesondere für Paddle- oder Beachtennis, umfassend einen Kopf (2) und einen Stiel (3), wobei der Stiel (3) in der Verlängerung des Kopfes (2) angebracht ist und einen Griff (4) beinhaltet, wobei der Kopf (2) zwei entgegengesetzte und im Wesentlichen parallele Schlagflächen (12, 14) und eine Kante (18) aufweist, welche die beiden Schlagflächen (12, 14) umfänglich verbindet, wobei der Kopf durch ein verformbares Kernmaterial (20) gebildet ist, das von mindestens einer steifen Deckschicht (22) abgedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel (3) ebenfalls durch ein verformbares Kernmaterial (24) gebildet ist, das von mindestens einer steifen Deckschicht (26) abgedeckt ist, dass die verformbaren Kernmaterialien (20, 24) ausgewählt sind aus: einem Schaumstoff, Kork, einem Elastomer, Latex, und dass:- entweder das verformbare Kernmaterial (20) des Kopfes (2) auf der Seite der beiden Schlagflächen (12, 14) und an der Kante (18) von einer Deckschicht (22) aus Verbundmaterial umgeben ist und das verformbare Kernmaterial (24) des Stiels (3) von einer Deckschicht (26) aus Verbundmaterial umgeben ist- oder die steife Deckschicht (26) des Stiels (3) aus thermoplastischen oder wärmehärtbaren Deckfolien gebildet ist und die steife Deckschicht (22) des Kopfes (2) zwei thermoplastische oder wärmehärtbare Deckfolien umfasst, die jeweils eine Seite des Kerns (20) abdecken, um die zwei Schlagflächen (12, 14) zu bilden, und einen Abschnitt der Kante des Kerns (20) abdecken mit:* einer der Deckfolien (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns (20) abgedeckt wurde, während sich die andere Deckfolie (22) mit der ersten Folie auf Höhe der Kante des Kerns derart überlappt, dass die Kante (18) des Schlägers durch die Überlagerung der beiden Deckfolien (22) gebildet wird, oder aber* jeder Deckfolie (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns (20) teilweise abgedeckt wurde, wobei sich die beiden Deckfolien nur auf einem Teil der Kante des Kerns überlappen, oder aber* jeder Deckfolie (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns teilweise abgedeckt wurde, ohne dass sie sich überlappen, mit einem Einsatz, mit dem die Kante des Schlägers abgedeckt wurde, wobei er sich mit jeder der Deckfolien überlappt, oder aber* den beiden Folien, die miteinander auf Stoß an ihren Rändern oder an ihren Innenseiten verbunden sind, die gegenüber dem Kern (20) angeordnet sind.
- Schläger (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das verformbare Kernmaterial (20) des Kopfes (2) identisch mit dem (24) des Stiels (3), gegebenenfalls mit unterschiedlichen Dicken, ist.
- Schläger (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Material der Deckschicht (22) des Kopfes (2) identisch mit dem (26) des Stiels (3) ist.
- Schläger (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das verformbare Kernmaterial (20) des Kopfes (2) und das verformbare Kernmaterial (24) des Stiels (3) ein einstückiges Material bilden.
- Schläger (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Deckschicht (22) des Kopfes (2) und die Deckschicht (26) des Stiels (3) eine einzige Deckschicht bilden.
- Schläger (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Stiel (3) den Griff (4) und einen Verbindungsabschnitt (6, 8), der zwischen dem Griff (4) und dem Kopf des Schlägers (2) angeordnet ist, umfasst und wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt massiv ist oder eine mittige Durchgangsöffnung (10) zum Durchlassen der Luft aufweist.
- Schläger (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend ein Mittel zur reversiblen Befestigung des Griffs (4) an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (6, 8) oder des Verbindungsabschnitts an dem Kopf (2).
- Schläger (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die steife Deckschicht (22) des Kopfes (2) zwei Deckfolien umfasst und wobei das Material der steifen Deckschicht (22, 26) ausgewählt ist aus: Polycarbonat, Polyethylen.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schlägers (1) für ein Ballspiel, insbesondere für Paddle- oder Beachtennis, umfassend einen Kopf (2) und einen Stiel (3), wobei der Stiel (3) in der Verlängerung des Kopfes (2) angebracht ist und einen Griff (4) beinhaltet, wobei der Kopf (2) zwei entgegengesetzte und im Wesentlichen parallele Schlagflächen (12, 14) und eine Kante (18) aufweist, welche die beiden Schlagflächen (12, 14) umfänglich verbindet, wobei zum Beispiel durch Formen oder durch Schneiden und/oder Bearbeiten in einer Platte ein Teil aus verformbarem Kernmaterial (20, 24) gebildet wird, der die Form des Schlägers aufweist, und der Teil (20, 24) mit mindestens einer steifen Deckschicht (22, 26) abgedeckt wird, wobei das verformbare Kernmaterial (20, 24) ausgewählt ist aus: einem Schaumstoff, Kork, einem Elastomer, Latex, und wobei:- entweder das verformbare Kernmaterial (20) des Kopfes (2) auf der Seite der beiden Schlagflächen (12, 14) und an der Kante (18) von einer Deckschicht (22) aus Verbundmaterial umgeben ist und das verformbare Kernmaterial (24) des Stiels (3) von einer Deckschicht (26) aus Verbundmaterial umgeben ist- oder die steife Deckschicht (26) des Stiels (3) aus thermoplastischen oder wärmehärtbaren Deckfolien gebildet ist und die steife Deckschicht (22) des Kopfes (2) zwei thermoplastische oder wärmehärtbare Deckfolien umfasst, die jeweils eine Seite des Kerns (20) abdecken, um die zwei Schlagflächen (12, 14) zu bilden, und einen Abschnitt der Kante des Kerns (20) abdecken mit:* einer der Deckfolien (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns (20) abgedeckt wurde, während sich die andere Deckfolie (22) mit der ersten Folie auf Höhe der Kante des Kerns derart überlappt, dass die Kante (18) des Schlägers durch die Überlagerung der beiden Deckfolien (22) gebildet wird, oder aber* jeder Deckfolie (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns (20) teilweise abgedeckt wurde, wobei sich die beiden Deckfolien nur auf einem Teil der Kante des Kerns überlappen, oder aber* jeder Deckfolie (22), mit der die Kante des Kerns teilweise abgedeckt wurde, ohne dass sie sich überlappen, mit einem Einsatz, mit dem die Kante des Schlägers abgedeckt wurde, wobei er sich mit jeder der Deckfolien überlappt, oder aber* den beiden Folien, die miteinander auf Stoß an ihren Rändern oder an ihren Innenseiten verbunden sind, die gegenüber dem Kern (20) angeordnet sind.
