Claims (15)

    wobei der Aufnahmeraum einen Präsentationsständer (14) zum Halten des Gegenstands umfasst, der dafür ausgebildet ist, den auszustellenden Gegenstand in einer vorbestimmten geneigten Position in dem von der Vitrine definierten Aufnahmeraum anzuordnen, und wobei das System einen Roboterarm (3), der dafür ausgebildet ist, physisch mit dem Gegenstand zu interagieren, sowie eine mit der Benutzerschnittstelle (1) in Kommunikation stehende Verarbeitungseinheit (2) umfasst, die dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Bewegung des Roboterarms (3) gemäß einer vordefinierten Sequenz (7) zur physischen Interaktion mit dem Gegenstand zu steuern, wobei die vordefinierte Sequenz (7) von dem vom Benutzer empfangenen Befehl abhängig ist, einen Speicher (6) umfassend, der unterschiedliche vordefinierte Sequenzen (7) umfasst, wobei jede der vordefinierten Sequenzen (7) einer unterschiedlichen physischen Interaktion mit dem Gegenstand entspricht,
    und wobei es sich bei dem Gegenstand um ein elektronisches Gerät handelt.
  2. Ausstellungssystem nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Benutzerschnittstelle (1) dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Befehlen zu empfangen, wobei jeder der Befehle einer vordefinierten Sequenz (7) entspricht.
  3. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Benutzerschnittstelle (1) mindestens einen Interaktionsbereich (4) umfasst, von denen jeder dafür ausgebildet ist, mindestens einen Befehl zu empfangen, und wobei die Interaktionsbereiche (4) vorzugsweise mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente umfassen: eine Drucktaste, einen Bedienhebel, einen Grafikcode-Leser, einen Anwesenheits- und/oder Bewegungssensor, einen berührungsempfindlichen Bildschirm, einen Schieber, einen Schalter oder einen Wippschalter, einen Sensorschalter, einen Drucksensor, einen kapazitiven Sensor, ein Daumenrad, einen Joystick, ein Spracherkennungssystem.
  4. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Benutzerschnittstelle (1) drahtlose Kommunikationsmittel umfasst, die dafür ausgebildet sind, einen Befehl zu empfangen.
  5. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Roboterarm (3) einen Teil zum Berühren des Gegenstands aus einem Material umfasst, das dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Interaktion zu ermöglichen, die von einem berührungsempfindlichen Bildschirm erkannt werden kann.
  6. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Präsentationsständer (14) ein drahtloses Ladesystem (12) oder ein drahtgebundenes Ladesystem (12) für den Gegenstand umfasst.
  7. Ausstellungssystem nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Ausstellungsständer (14) ein Hardware-Bezugssystem (11) zum Positionieren des Produkts umfasst.
  8. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend das Parametrieren der vordefinierten Sequenzen (7), die ein skaliertes Raster (13) zum Programmieren der Sequenzen umfasst, das dafür ausgebildet ist, unterschiedliche Interaktionsbereiche des Gegenstands zu verorten.
  9. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das mehrere auszustellende Gegenstände umfasst, und wobei ein Roboterarm (3) mit den ausgestellten Gegenständen interagiert.
  10. Ausstellungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Roboterarm (3) eine Anzahl von Motoren umfasst, die ausreicht, um Bewegungen in bis zu sechs Achsen auszuführen.
  11. Verfahren zum Ausstellen eines Gegenstands, das die Verwendung eines Systems nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst, und umfassend:
    - ein Speichern von unterschiedlichen vordefinierten Sequenzen zur physischen Interaktion (7) im Speicher der Verarbeitungseinheit (2);
    - das Aufnehmen eines Gegenstands, der ausgestellt werden soll, in einem Aufnahmeraum, indem derselbe auf einem Präsentationsständer (14) zum Halten des Gegenstands angeordnet wird, der dafür ausgebildet ist, den auszustellenden Gegenstand in einer vorbestimmten geneigten Position in dem von der Vitrine definierten Aufnahmeraum anzuordnen;
    - das Empfangen eines Befehls auf Ebene einer Benutzerschnittstelle (1);
    - das Starten einer Interaktion zwischen einer Vorrichtung und dem auszustellenden Gegenstand bei Empfang des Befehls;
    wobei es sich bei dem auszustellenden Gegenstand um ein elektronisches Gerät handelt, und wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    - ein Übertragen des Befehls an eine Verarbeitungseinheit (2);
    - ein Bestimmen der einen der vordefinierten Sequenzen zur physischen Interaktion (7), die mit dem Befehl verknüpft ist;
    - ein Steuern eines Roboterarms (3), der dafür ausgebildet ist, gemäß der vordefinierten Sequenz zur physischen Interaktion (7) physisch mit dem Gegenstand zu interagieren.
  12. Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das Ausführen eines Schritts zum Vorbestimmen der Sequenzen umfasst:
    - ein Positionieren des Gegenstands in Abhängigkeit von einem Hardware-Bezugssystem (11);
    - ein Positionieren eines skalierten Rasters zum Programmieren der Sequenzen (13) am interaktiven Teil des Gegenstands;
    - ein Bestimmen einer Sequenz von Punktkoordinaten mithilfe des Rasters zum Programmieren der Sequenzen (13);
    - ein Aufzeichnen der Sequenz in einem Speicher (6).
  13. Verfahren nach einem der zwei vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    - ein Anzeigen eines Grafikcodes;
    - das Scannen des Grafikcodes durch ein tragbares Gerät;
    - ein Anzeigen der Befehle auf dem Bildschirm des tragbaren Geräts;
    - das Übertragen des ausgewählten Befehls durch drahtlose Kommunikationsmittel an die Benutzerschnittstelle (1).
  14. Verfahren nach einem der drei vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei bei jedem Empfang eines Befehls auf Ebene der Benutzerschnittstelle (1) statistische Daten aus dem Befehl extrahiert und dieselben zu Zwecken der statistischen Analyse gespeichert werden.
  15. Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das Speichern der Nutzungsstatistiken des Ausstellungssystems durch das Ereignisprotokoll ausgeführt wird, wobei das Ereignisprotokoll in der Verarbeitungseinheit (2) umfasst ist, und wobei das Exportieren des Ereignisprotokolls vorzugweise durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (2) ausgeführt wird.
