Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de nettoyer des clichés en forme de plaque (2) comprenant les actions de procédé suivantes consistant à : introduire des clichés en forme de plaque (2) dans une première chambre de nettoyage (4) et les faire passer à travers cette dernière ; pulvériser un fluide de nettoyage sur au moins le côté d'impression du cliché en forme de plaque (2) lorsque celui-ci est travaillé par des brosses de nettoyage (16) ; introduire les clichés en forme de plaque dans une autre chambre de nettoyage (6) et les faire passer à travers cette dernière pour ensuite rincer et sécher les clichés en forme de plaque (2) ; appliquer de l'air chaud provenant d'une soufflante d'air chaud (26) sur au moins ledit côté d'impression des clichés en forme de plaque (2) ; le procédé comprenant les autres actions consistant à : introduire les clichés en forme de plaque (2) dans une chambre de nettoyage à haute pression (8) et les passer à travers cette chambre qui est agencée entre ladite première chambre de nettoyage (2) et ladite autre chambre de nettoyage (6) ; pulvériser dans ladite chambre de nettoyage à haute pression (8) un fluide de nettoyage haute pression à une plage comprise entre 30 et 120 bars sur au moins ledit côté d'impression des clichés en forme de plaque (2). Grâce à un procédé et des moyens assez simples, il devient de ce fait possible d'obtenir un nettoyage suffisant des clichés en forme de plaque dont le côté d'impression a été à l'avance coupé au laser avec le motif d'impression souhaité, de telle sorte qu'une quantité éliminée suffisante de la poussière de métal résultante puisse être rincée efficacement et retirée du côté avant des clichés en forme de plaque par un processus de nettoyage en continu efficace et sûr.
