Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hob with at least one hob plate, wherein under the hob plate heaters are arranged and the hob also has an operating device.
  • a hob known with a hob plate advantageously made of glass ceramic.
  • This hob plate is connected by means of a sealing element to a metallic square frame.
  • This frame in turn is connected to a receptacle under the hob plate, are provided in the functional units of the hob, in particular heaters. This will ultimately allow a weight measurement on the hob plate.
  • the hob plate is at its outer edge circumferentially with a Worktop connected, in particular by means of an elastic seal, so that this connection is tight.
  • the hob plate rests on weight sensors for a weight measurement.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an aforementioned hob, can be solved with the problems of the prior art and in particular it is possible to make a weight detection on the cooktop panel as possible without distortion while the usability of the hob with respect to normal use and tightness receive.
  • the hob has at least one hob plate, advantageously a single hob plate on which all cooking zones are provided and are arranged under the all heaters.
  • the hob can have a plurality of hob plates, which are then advantageously provided per hob or per heater.
  • the cooktop panel should therefore cover the heaters so that over each heater a cooktop panel runs on which a pot can be placed.
  • the cooktop panel covers the heaters at the top thereof, thereby forming the top or the top of the cooktop over the entire width and a majority of the depth, more preferably the entire depth of the cooktop in the cooking area.
  • the hob has a hob housing under the hob plate.
  • the cooktop housing contains, among other things, the heaters or has them.
  • further functional units of the cooktop can be provided thereon or in it, for example power controllers in an induction cooktop, under certain circumstances also the operating device.
  • the cooktop panel is removable relative to the cooktop housing, in particular removable without tools. It is placed on at least three support posts in such a way that it rests only on these and advantageous only with these contact has or only these support posts touched.
  • the hob plate is movable relative to the hob housing in the vertical direction, in particular not only because it is so removable, but because it is movable on the support columns in the vertical direction.
  • weight sensors are provided for measuring the weight load of the overlying hob plate or by the overlying hob plate together with possible load or pots thereon.
  • these weight sensors or the bearing of the support supports can have or permit a certain vertical movability under weight load, in particular in connection with a force-displacement characteristic, whereby a vertical movability of the hob plate when resting on the support supports is created.
  • this path or vertical mobility can be very small, for example in the case of piezo-based weight sensors acting on pressure. Nevertheless, such a weight measurement is possible.
  • this is known in principle to the person skilled in the art.
  • the at least three support posts are distributed in this way, in particular stretched as far as possible from each other as a triangle, so that the hob plate rests securely on it.
  • four support supports are provided in a rectangular hob plate, one in each corner region.
  • a further support support including weight sensor may be provided in a central region, advantageously designed like all others.
  • the weight load and the distribution of weight load on the cooktop panel can be detected by erecting pots by evaluating all weight sensors.
  • the hob has an upper cover plate, which covers approximately or at least the surface of the hob plate.
  • the cover plate extends under the hob plate with a distance of 1 mm to 10 mm, preferably rather with a small distance.
  • the cover plate may be fixedly provided on the hob housing, advantageously on it. It should not be touched by the cooktop panel, so that a compound of the cooktop panel with the support posts, in particular the support posts themselves, passes through the cover plate. So support supports and hob plate are mechanically separated from the cover plate.
  • the cover plate may have corresponding openings, which in the sense of a sufficient tightness the entire hob should be only slightly larger than the passing through them connection or the support columns.
  • the cover plate extends from a left lateral side of the hob to a right lateral side of the hob as well as to a rear lateral side. To the front, they can protrude under the hob plate or tower over this. It is possible that the cover plate at least partially extends to a front lateral side of the hob, may have cutouts for the operating device.
  • the cover plate forms the peripheral outer edge or an outer boundary of the hob.
  • said cover plate has recesses for the heaters. These recesses are in the invention such that appropriately trained heaters protrude through these recesses and in particular until just before the underside of the hob plate rich, but just do not touch. Such a distance to the underside of the hob plate is 0.5 mm to 10 mm. This is for example possible for radiant heaters as heaters, which should be known to reach as close to the bottom of the hob plate.
  • the recesses in the cover plate are formed such that the heaters are arranged therein or within each of a recess.
  • the heaters advantageously extend below the plane of the cover plate.
  • the recesses are sealed with a cover.
  • a heater may be disposed either directly under the cover or disposed at a distance of 0.5 mm to 10 mm from the bottom of the cover.
  • the heating device can also be arranged at such a distance below a substantial level of the cover plate, so that, for example, in the case of induction heating coils, these also do not have a large distance to the underside of the hob plate for a sufficiently good efficiency of the inductive heating.
  • an elongated recess in the cover plate is provided at least in a front region of the hob or the hob plate, which extends parallel to the front edge of the hob plate.
  • This recess is designed in the manner of a gutter or gutter with a width between 2 mm and 20 mm and a depth between 2 mm and 20 mm.
  • Such a recess may be offset between 1 mm and 30 mm away from the front edge of the cooktop panel to a central area or inwardly so that the recess is directly covered by the cooktop panel, either wholly or partially.
  • Such a recess serves to drain liquid that has leaked out on the hob plate over a front edge of the hob plate toward the cover plate extending thereunder.
  • the recess is advantageously sealed or formed watertight, ie closed and without openings.
  • a corresponding depression can also be provided on the left and the right lateral side of the hob or under the hob plate in the cover plate, advantageously also on the rear lateral side.
  • the recess serves to catch running down from the cooktop plate liquid so that it forms a kind of seal, in particular a kind of labyrinth seal.
  • the depression of the Lateral sides, where it is present run continuously, in particular as a circumferential recess. It can rotate or enclose an aforementioned heating area, within which the heating devices are arranged.
  • a sealing of the hob is done here so not by a closed connection of the hob plate as the top with the other hob or hob housing, but by a kind of labyrinth seal including gutter odgl .. Especially the collection function is important here.
  • a temperature sensor is provided below the hob plate, advantageously at a cooking place or in a region above a heating device.
  • the temperature sensor should be elastically or resiliently pressed against the underside of the hob plate, as is known per se, for example, from temperature sensors for Indutationswespulen.
  • an elastic or resilient pressure springs can be provided, in particular electrical contact springs, which therefore also simultaneously take over an electrical contact with the temperature sensor. So it is possible that the temperature sensors in addition to the above-mentioned support posts are the only parts of the hob that touch the hob plate. However, if such a spring force of the temperature sensors is very low, then the resulting error is very low.
  • the spring force is just in the use of metallic springs instead of springs made of highly elastic materials, preferably silicone or elastomers, known and consistent, with a corresponding design of the springs also constant.
  • One corresponding error in the weight detection on the cooktop panel by the weight sensors can therefore be calculated relatively easily.
  • a temperature sensor is a conventional resistance temperature sensor, for example an NTC.
  • NTC resistance temperature sensor
  • a temperature sensor is advantageously arranged in a central region of the heating device. If induction heating coils are used as the heating device, the temperature sensor can, as usual, be provided in a middle region without turns.
  • the temperature sensor is arranged in a central recess in a cover described above. It should be noted that the temperature sensor should be on one side of the cover, namely above, and a corresponding control and evaluation on the other side. Thus, electrical contacts or a control for the temperature sensor are provided, which extend through the cover, advantageously also within the recess.
  • the arrangement of the temperature sensors in a central region of a heater but it is ensured that the distance to an edge of the hob plate or to an aforementioned recess in the cover plate is so large that it is hardly to be feared that liquid to the temperature sensor below the hob plate forced out.
  • a tight feedthrough is easily possible, for example, by subsequent attachment of adhesive, sealing elements, sealant or inserting the bushings in a multi-component manufacturing process. Incidentally, these may also be used to attach and seal a cover within the cover plate.
  • An operating device for the cooktop can be provided in a front region of the cooktop, advantageously outside the cooktop plate, especially in front of it or also next to it. This has the advantage that then no complicated electrical contact is made to make the hob plate removable. Furthermore, an operation of the operating device can not falsify the result of a weight measurement on the cooktop panel, for example by applying or pressed fingers in an operating device with touch switches.
  • the operating device may have its own operating cover as a control surface, said operating cover advantageously consists of the same material as the hotplate with the same color or the same material thickness. Although it could also be provided in a section in the hob plate an advantageous rectangular operating cover of the operating device.
  • the operating cover but extends over the entire width of the hob, so from a left to a right lateral side of the hob plate, or over the entire depth, so from the rear lateral side of the hob plate to the front.
  • the depth or width of the operating cover should be constant and may be, for example, 5 cm to 10 cm or even 15 cm.
  • the control unit can also be arranged in the removable part of the hob plate, it would be removed in this case with.
  • a suitable wired and detachable or wireless connection could be provided in this case.
  • the operating cover is advantageously sealed connected to the hob housing, so there is no risk of ingress of liquid here.
  • a rigid attachment and permanent sealing is also easily possible because the operating cover does not have to be movable, such as a bond.
  • a distance between such an operating cover and the aforementioned cooktop panel may be relatively small, for example 1 mm to 10 mm. Through this relatively narrow gap passing liquid can at most, since the operating cover is so sealed connected to the control device or the hob housing, run only below the hob plate or crawl.
  • advantageous first provided once the aforementioned circumferential recess, which catches the liquid and thus represents a kind of seal inside in the hob housing.
  • the support supports are firmly mounted in the hob or in the hob housing, the hob plate is just so to speak loosely placed on it.
  • the hob plate is just so to speak loosely placed on it.
  • the hob plate can be provided that on the underside of the hob plate and the top of the support supports mutually corresponding projections and depressions are provided, in particular concentric.
  • a lateral displacement of the hob plate can be prevented by accidental bumping.
  • These elements advantageously have different shapes for different support posts, so that incorrect placement of the hob plate can be excluded.
  • above-described simple weight sensors can be provided on fixed support supports above or below, for example, previously mentioned piezo weight sensors or weight sensors with a pressure-dependent variable electrical resistance.
  • elongated carrier are provided in the hob housing, which extend substantially horizontally.
  • the carriers are fixed, whereby they run approximately horizontally.
  • a carrier a projecting up through the cover plate support support.
  • a mobility for generating the aforementioned movement path for the weight measurement can be achieved here by a certain flexibility of the wearer. This bending is in a fixed relationship with a force acting on the support post weight, so that it can be calculated so.
  • at least one strain gauge can be used.
  • Such weight sensors are also known as load cells in the form of a bending beam. Likewise, however, other designs or forms of load cells can be used.
  • a longitudinally, ie horizontally extending slot is provided in the carrier. Above and below each of the ends of the slot horizontally aligned strain gauges are provided, a total of four pieces. If a weight force is exerted on a support support attached to a free end of the support, then the support does not simply bend downwards, but is displaced by the slit quasi parallel. This can be further enhanced by the fact that in the end regions of the slot extensions can be provided as a kind of broadening of the slot, in which case said strain gauges are arranged above and below these extensions.
  • By this design of the slot a special deformation of the carrier is possible, which in turn can be evaluated very well. This structure is known to the person skilled in the art.
  • the signals of the strain gauges can be evaluated in a known manner, different ways.
  • four strain gauges can be interconnected as a Wheatstone bridge for electrical evaluation.
  • a circumferential frame or even individual side parts are provided with a length substantially corresponding to a side length of the hob plate.
  • these side parts or frames may also be provided on the underside of the hob plate and prevent undesired bending of the hob plate.
  • far inward drawn frame or side panels can even be provided that the support posts do not attack directly on the underside of the hob plate, but just to frame or side panels.
  • a special support geometry in particular with the aforementioned projections and recesses, are easier to form than directly on a bottom of the hob plate, which usually consists of glass ceramic, so that more functional parts are glued would.
  • a combination of decoration in the outer area and stiffening or support geometries on the underside in the form of one or more components is conceivable.
  • An evaluation of the weight sensors in particular as part of a control of the entire cooktop, can develop from the sensor signals of the weight sensors in a manner known per se a multiplicity of information and instructions as well as safety functions. So not only a relative change in the weight load on the weight sensors or support posts can be used, but also an absolute. Basically, an evaluation of the weight sensors in their entirety and their relationship to each other as in the above DE 102012216935 A1 is described.
  • a safety function can be provided, for example, that no weight load by a laid on the support brackets hob plate operation of the hob is not possible or is possible only to a limited extent. Under certain circumstances, signals from the temperature sensors described above can also be used for this purpose.
  • the temperature sensors could also be damaged when removing and reassembling the glass-ceramic.
  • a cooktop control system must therefore also check that they are present or functioning and are in contact with the glass ceramic.
  • a presence can be checked in a simple manner by checking its measured value or resistance value before operating a heating device. If it is within the range of a plausible ambient temperature or even plausible temperature rise speeds with power output by the heaters, the temperature sensors are likely to be undamaged.
  • a concern on the underside of the hob plate can be checked by the weight measurement. Both the weight of the removable hob plate and the contact pressure of the temperature sensors can be stored in a hob control. Without the concern of the temperature sensors on the cooktop panel, the weight sensors must therefore measure their weight minus the sum of the contact forces, so in absolute terms, slightly more weight than with pressed temperature sensors.
  • the invention can be used in a hob with a plurality of individual or discrete heating devices as cooking zones, for example with four to six heaters and a corresponding number of separate cooking zones.
  • a plurality of heating devices may be provided for a so-called surface cooking according to the WO 2006/032292 A1 or zone cooking according to the DE 102011083125 A1 , Then it can be because these heaters are very close are arranged together and cover a total of a large area, that the cover plate is more a kind of peripheral cover frame with the aforementioned recess to catch liquid. Within the depression, such a cover frame but then runs only with a small width, since then either a very large or more recesses are provided for the heaters.
