Abstract
Pumpe mit verstellbarem Fördervolumen, wobei die Pumpe (1) Folgendes umfasst:
(a) ein Pumpengehäuse (2) mit einer Förderkammer (5),
(b) einen in der Förderkammer (5) um eine Rotationsachse drehbaren Förderrotor (10) zur Förderung des Fluids,
(c) eine Verstelleinrichtung mit
(c1) einem zur Verstellung des Fördervolumens der Pumpe (1) im Pumpengehäuse (2) verstellbaren Verstellorgan (20),
(c2) einer ersten Stellkammer (K1) zur Erzeugung eines ersten Stelldrucks zur Verstellung des Verstellorgans (20)
(c3) und einer zweiten Stellkammer (K2) zur Erzeugung eines zweiten Stelldrucks zur Verstellung des Verstellorgans (20),
(d) ein fluidisch betätigbares Ventil (30) zur Verstellung des Stelldrucks der ersten Stellkammer
(e) und ein Elektromagnetventil (40) mit einem Druckanschluss (P) für ein von der Hochdruckseite abgezweigtes Stellfluid und einem Entlastungsanschluss (S) für das Stellfluid.
Adjustable displacement pump, the pump (1) comprising:
(a) a pump housing (2) having a delivery chamber (5),
(B) in the delivery chamber (5) rotatable about a rotation axis conveying rotor (10) for conveying the fluid,
(c) an adjusting device with
(c1) an adjustment member (20) adjustable for adjusting the delivery volume of the pump (1) in the pump housing (2),
(c2) a first control chamber (K1) for generating a first control pressure for adjusting the adjusting member (20)
(C3) and a second actuating chamber (K2) for generating a second actuating pressure for adjusting the adjusting member (20),
(D) a fluid-operated valve (30) for adjusting the control pressure of the first actuating chamber
(E) and a solenoid valve (40) having a pressure port (P) for a branched off from the high pressure side actuating fluid and a discharge port (S) for the actuating fluid.
