The variety of board games is great. Usually there is a playing surface which is printed or painted with specifications and on which game pieces are moved in accordance with a game rule. There are board games for one person. Usually, however, they are designed as a party game for two or more people. Examples of such board games are chess, mill, lady, goose game or human-annoying you.

Also popular is a game called "Carrom". It is a board and skill game for two or four people. The aim of the game is to sink with the help of the weft stone, the stones of their own color in the corner holes. Carrom is therefore also called Fingerbillard.

WO 97/11761 discloses a revolving board game that mimics ball games like football, basketball and squat in interchangeable playfields.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the invention to provide a portable board game that allows for great flexibility during a game of skill and allows playing with new rules of the game.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein portables Brettspiel mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.This object is achieved by a portable board game with the features of patent claim 1.

The inventive portable board game for resting on a table surface has a base body with a frame, a limited by the frame game level with a visible playing field and several game pieces on. The frame has on its inside an at least partially circumferential band, wherein the game pieces are movable by manual flicking over the game plane with the visible playing field and wherein the band and the game pieces are formed so that the flipped over the game level tokens on the bands elastic bounce. According to the invention, the board game is provided with means with which the base body is pivotable or rotatable relative to the table surface, wherein the pivoting or rotation axis is perpendicular to the game plane.

The term "portable" in this context means that the board game can be carried by one person alone, without the need for aids would be necessary.

The inventive portable board game allows the individual players to bring the field during the game in an optimal for the next move or game step position without the individual player has to get up from the table.

In a simplest embodiment, the bottom of the board game is designed so smooth that it can be easily rotated on a normal table surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the board game on a base plate on which the base body rests, wherein the frame and the field are manually pivotable or rotatable relative to this base plate and wherein the pivoting or rotation axis is perpendicular to the game level. This allows the board to be placed on any surface, as this is not for the rotation or pivoting of the Board game is needed.

In a preferred embodiment, the bottom plate has a recess or an opening into which an upwardly projecting nose of the base plate engages, wherein the bottom plate is pivotable or rotatable about this nose. This is a structurally simple, but robust and effective means for pivoting or rotation of the frame and thus the game level. The game level preferably runs horizontally and is only rotated about a vertical axis.

The band is completely encircling, so that the game pieces always hit this band when they touch the edge. The band allows an elastic shock. It consists of a soft plastic.

In a preferred embodiment, the playing field is preferably held interchangeable in the main body. As a result, different games can be played with the same basic body, also called game console. Preferably, there is a playing field plate which is received in the frame and which either forms the playing plane or runs parallel to it.

The main body can not be used only for games whose rules require a flipping of the pieces to the gangs. In addition, it can also be used for classic games, such as chess, checkers, or mills, by providing corresponding alternative playing fields with the markings and lines corresponding to these games.

The playing field plate may itself have a playing field on one or both surfaces. Preferably, however, the playing fields are printed or glued on separate surface elements. The surface elements can be provided on one side or on both sides with playing fields. Preferably, more than two playing fields are present, each surface element is printed on both sides and is printed on each side of one of the aforementioned playing fields.

The playing plane is in one embodiment through the surface of the visible and currently used playing field formed, this playing field preferably rests on the playing field plate. However, in a more preferred embodiment, the game level is formed by the playing field itself. The game pieces are placed directly on the field board and slide directly over the surface of the field board. The surface of the playing field plate is designed to be correspondingly smooth. The playing field plate is preferably made of glass. Preferably, the playing field plate is transparent, so that the currently used game field can be visible, but protected below the playing field and still remains well visible for the gameplay. It is of course located above the alternative playing fields so that only the currently used playing field is visible.

The at least one alternative playing field is preferably arranged visibly below the playing field plate. The base body preferably has a bottom plate, wherein the at least one alternative playing field within the frame rests directly on this bottom plate and is covered by the playing field plate. Preferably, a plurality of alternative playing fields are present, which are stacked one above the other arranged under the playing field plate.

So that the playing fields can be easily replaced and the field plate can be easily removed and reinserted into the frame, the bottom plate has at least one through hole. The playing field plate can be pushed out of the frame with one finger.

Preferably, the playing field plate is arranged loosely and without fixation with respect to the base body in the frame.

The use of this field tile together with the various playing fields in the form of surface elements allows a highly flexible and varied board game, which can still be produced inexpensively and is easy to use. Furthermore, it is robust and does not require much storage space.

The main body of the game and the base plate are preferably made of metal, especially aluminum. Embodiments of other materials, in particular of Wood or plastic, however, are possible.

The visible and the at least one alternative playing field are preferably each a printed cardboard or a printed paper. If no playing field plate is present and / or the surface of the playing fields forms the playing surface, then the surface elements of the playing fields are preferably coated or laminated on at least one side, so that the game pieces optimally, i. as smoothly as possible or with well-defined friction, can slide over the game level. However, the playing fields can also consist of non-coated material, in particular of paper.

As game pieces known types can be used. Preferably, they are flat circular cylindrical portions having an upper surface which has a mark and an opposite lower surface which is formed as a sliding surface. The sliding surface may be coated, e.g. with Teflon, or by suitable surface treatment: e.g. by polishing, grinding or honing the surface.

BESCHREIBUNG BEVORZUGTER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMENDESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The board game according to the invention has a main body 1. The main body 1 consists of a flat bottom plate 11, which is surrounded by a self-contained frame 10. The bottom plate 11 and the frame 10 are preferably formed square. Other shapes, in particular a round, a triangular or a hexagonal or octagonal shape are also possible.

The frame 10 is formed of profile elements. The profile elements have a U-shaped cross-section, whose open side is directed to an interior or cavity formed by the frame 10. In this open side a band 12 is held. The band 12 is made of a soft plastic. It allows an elastic bouncing of tiles 5. Alternatively, the band 12 is glued or molded onto the frame 10, wherein the frame 10 in this case preferably has planar, directed to the cavity side walls.

On the top of the frame 10 side markings 15 are present. They can be printed, painted, glued, scratched or otherwise applied. These marks 15 denote the individual pages, so that the player knows when playing, over which band a game piece 5 must or can be shot. The corresponding page can for example be defined by cubes. The exact procedure depends on the game rule for the current game. Below in the text corresponding examples are given.

Alternatively or additionally, side markings 15 'can also be present on the playing field 3.

As in the Figures 2 and 3 is clearly visible, a playing field plate 4 is disposed within the frame 10. It forms with its surface a game level 6, on which the game pieces 5 rest and over which the game pieces 5 movable, in particular with the fingers flipping, are.

The playing field plate 4 is preferably transparent. Preferably, it is made of glass or Plexiglas. Between the bottom plate 12 and the playing field plate 4 a plurality of game fields 3,3 'in the frame 10 are arranged. The playing fields 3, 3 'are stacked on top of each other. They are preferably made of cardboard or of paper or of other types of surface elements. The playing field 3 currently used for a game is at the top, i. As a result, the playing field 3 is visible to the players and the playing pieces 5 can be set according to the markings of the visible playing field 3. The alternative, currently unused playing fields 3 'are stored protected below the visible playing field 3.

The playing fields 3, 3 'can be replaced by the playing field plate 4 is removed from the base body 1. For this purpose, at least one engagement hole 13 is present in the bottom plate 11, through which a human finger can be inserted from below and so the playing fields 3, 3 'and the playing field plate 4 can be raised. The engagement hole also facilitates the insertion of the field plate 4 analogously.

Playing field plate 4 and playing fields 3, 3 'are preferably not otherwise connected to the base body 1 or fixed in it. In other embodiments, however, additional fixatives are present, e.g. Rubber bands or clamping elements, which hold the glass plate clamped in the frame.

The main body 1 of the preferred embodiment is as in FIG. 1 is clearly visible on a base plate 2 on. The base plate 2 is preferably smaller than the bottom plate 11 so that they are inserted into the frame when the game is not in use can. It can also be designed so that it can be used as end cap to keep closed the field plate and the playing fields when not in use of the board game in the body.

The base plate 2 has an upwardly projecting nose 20 in the center. This is preferably circular cylindrical. The bottom plate 11 also has centrally a recess or a passage opening. This recess or passage opening forms a rotary opening 14, in which the nose 20 is received. The compound may be solid or detachable by hand. In both cases, however, it is such that the base body 1 is pivotable or rotatable relative to the base plate 2, wherein the pivot axis or axis of rotation extends in the vertical direction to the base plate 2 and the game level 6 and centrally through the nose 20.

Since the position of the base body 1 relative to the base plate 2 can be changed, each player can assume an optimal position for him to deliver the next shot, i. he can flip the token in a comfortable position without having to get up from the table.

The game pieces 5 are preferably simple circular cylinder sections, as shown in the FIGS. 4 to 6 is visible. They are preferably made of plastic, plastic with metal or glass core, metal, wood or glass. Each game piece 5 has an upper surface 50, which is provided with a marking 52. Depending on the embodiment of the board game, the lower side of the game pieces also has markings. In this case, the possibilities of applying new rules or even inventing oneself are increased.

Examples of a set of tiles 5, as they may be assigned to a player, is in FIG. 7 shown. The tile set of another player may have a different color, but be the same design. Preferably, the base color of one set is light, eg white and the base color of another set is dark, eg black. In the FIG. 7 displayed pieces can also be used for a game of chess.

Preferably, the game pieces are designed to suit the most diverse Playing fields 3, 3 ', which affect different types of games, can be used.

Each game piece 5 has on its underside a plane sliding surface 51. The sliding surface 51 is formed depending on the Ausführungsfonn by a coating, such as Teflon, or it is formed by the smooth surface of the base material of the game piece.

As in FIG. 6 can be seen, each piece of stone 5 has a sufficiently large thickness, which allows a flicking of the piece with two fingers of a human hand.

The game pieces 5 are on the game level 6 on. They are moved or snapped in accordance with the rules of the visible playing field 3. If the rule of the visible playing field 3 provides that playing pieces 5 are flipped, then the band 12 allows an approximately elastic impact so that the playing piece 5 can bounce off the band 12 and reach a position targeted by the player. The visible playing field 3 has corresponding markings. Such markings of the visible playing field and the alternative playing fields 3 'are in FIG. 3 recognizable. Thanks to the interchangeability of the fields 3, 3 'and the ability to remove fields 3, 3' from the base body 1 and / or added later, the board game can at any time and in a simple manner provided with new games and new rules.

In FIG. 8 a first example of a playing field 3 for two players is shown, which bears for example the name UKENIKE.
