Claims (12)

  1. Flammenzündsteuervorrichtung mit mit einer Gasversorgungsquelle über mindestens ein Ventil (2) verbindbaren Flammeneinstellmitteln, wobei die Einstellmittel ein Antriebsglied umfassen, das aus einer Antriebswelle (1) besteht, die um ihre eigene Längsachse drehbar gelagert und in Richtung ihrer eigenen Längsachse derart verschiebbar gelagert ist, dass sie sich zwischen zwei Extrempositionen bewegen kann, um sich jeweils von einem maximal ausgefahrenen Zustand in einen maximalen eingefahrenen Zustand zu bewegen, wobei eine zur Erzeugung eines Funkens vorgesehene Steuereinheit (3) vorgesehen ist, welche Steuereinheit (3) zwei an eine elektrische Versorgungsquelle anschließbare Leiterelemente (31, 32) und einen Schalter (4) umfasst, welcher Schalter (4) einen geschlossenen Zustand, in dem die beiden Leiterelemente (31, 32) miteinander verbunden sind, und einen offenen Zustand, in dem die beiden Leiterelemente (31, 32) nicht miteinander verbunden sind, aufweist, wobei der Schalter (4) durch die Bewegung eines den Zustand des Schalters (4) schaltenden Organs aus dem geschlossenen Zustand in den geöffneten Zustand übergeht, wobei das Schaltglied durch die Verschiebung der Antriebswelle (1) bewegt wird, so dass der geschlossene Zustand des Schalters (4) dem maximalen eingefahrenen Zustand der Antriebswelle (1) entspricht, wobei das Schaltglied koaxial zu der Antriebswelle (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltglied aus einem unterhalb der Antriebswelle (1), zwischen die Antriebswelle (1) und einen Körper des Ventils (2) angeordneten Tragkörper (5) besteht, welcher Tragkörper (5) die Steuereinheit (3) und mindestens einen darin befindlichen Antriebszapfen (51) aufnimmt, welcher Antriebszapfen (51) von einem in den Tragkörper (5) eingefahrenen Zustand, in dem der Antriebszapfen (51) gegen die Wände des Ventilkörpers (2) anliegt, in einen vom Tragkörper (5) ausgefahrenen Zustand übergeht, wobei der eingefahrene Zustand des Antriebszapfen (51) dem maximalen eingefahrenen Zustand der Antriebswelle (1) entspricht, wobei Mittel zur Befestigung des Tragkörpers (5) an der Antriebswelle (1) vorgesehen sind, so dass der Tragkörper (5) während der Translationsbewegung mit der Antriebswelle (1) einstückig verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Antriebszapfen (51) durch mindestens ein elastisches Element (52) im ausgefahrenen Zustand fest gehalten ist, so dass der Übergang von dem ausgefahrenen Zustand in den eingefahrenen Zustand des Antriebszapfen (51) einen Antriebshebel (53) bewegt, welcher Antriebshebel (53) auf den Schalter (4) einwirkt, um einen Übergang von dem geöffneten Zustand in den geschlossenen Zustand zu bewirken.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei Verriegelungsmittel (58) für den Tragkörper (5) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (58) den Tragkörper (5) an dem Körper des Ventils (2) derart befestigen, dass der Tragkörper (5) sich einstückig mit der Antriebswelle (1) in Richtung der Längsachse der Antriebswelle (1) verschieben kann und die Drehung des Tragkörpers (5) verhindert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Tragkörper (5) ein Außengehäuse mit einer im Wesentlichen quaderförmigen Form aufweist, wobei das Außengehäuse zumindest an der Unterseite geöffnet ist, wobei das Außengehäuse ein Bereich zur Aufnahme der Steuereinheit (3) aufweist, wobei das Außengehäuse mindestens eine obere Wand (55) und mindestens einen Befestigungszahn (56) aufweist, der sich von dieser oberen Wand (54) zur Befestigung des äußeren Gehäuses an der Antriebswelle (1) erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Antriebswelle (1) an ihrem unteren Ende eine ringförmige Verengung aufweist, wobei der mindestens eine Befestigungszahn (56) an der ringförmigen Verengung befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Außengehäuse ein Unterteil mit einer zu dem Ventilkörper (2) komplementären Form aufweist, um die Drehung des Außengehäuses gegenüber dem Ventilkörper (2) während des Betriebs der Antriebswelle (1) zu vermeiden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die obere Wand (55) in Richtung des Ventilkörpers (2) geneigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die obere Wand (55) ein Ringelement (551) aufweist, das sich in Richtung der Antriebswelle (1) erstreckt, welches Ringelement (551) koaxial zur Antriebswelle (1) angeordnet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schalter (4) aus zwei flächigen Elementen zusammengesetzt ist, nämlich einem feststehenden Element (41) und einem beweglichen Element (42) aus elastisch verformbarem leitfähigem Material, wobei das bewegliche Element (42) durch das Schaltglied derart bewegt wird, dass das feststehende Element (41) im geschlossenen Zustand des Schalters (4) mit dem beweglichen Element (42) in Kontakt steht, und das feststehende Element (41) im geöffneten Zustand des Schalters (4) gegenüber dem beweglichen Element (42) getrennt ist, wobei Verhakungselemente vorgesehen sind zur Befestigung des beweglichen Elements (42) und/oder des feststehenden Elements (41) mit mindestens einem der beiden Leiterelemente (31, 32).
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Verhakungselemente aus Aufnahmesitzen (43) bestehen, die in der Dicke der Wände des beweglichen Elements (42) und des feststehenden Elements (41) eingeformt sind, welche Aufnahmesitze (43) einen Einführbereich und einen Aufnahmebereich mit einem zu wenigstens einem Teil des Querschnitts der Leiterelemente (31, 32) komplementären Profil aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Sensor vorgesehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Position der Antriebswelle (1) zu erfassen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Sensor vorgesehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Betrieb der Steuereinheit (3) zu erfassen.
