Claims (6)

  1. Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung, die dazu eingerichtet ist, Rundfunk zu empfangen, wobei die Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung umfasst:
    ein erstes Empfangssystem (1), das dazu eingerichtet ist, Rundfunk zu empfangen;
    ein zweites Empfangssystem (2), das dazu eingerichtet ist, Rundfunk zu empfangen;
    eine Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13), die dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Diversity-Empfang von Rundfunk unter Verwendung des ersten Empfangssystems (1) und des zweiten Empfangssystems (2) durchzuführen;
    eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6), die dazu eingerichtet ist, Inhalt des empfangenen Rundfunks auszugeben; und
    eine Steuereinheit (7), und
    wobei die Steuereinheit (7) einen ersten Betriebsmodus und einen zweiten Betriebsmodus als Betriebsmodus umfasst,
    im ersten Betriebsmodus die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist, eines des ersten Empfangssystems (1) und des zweiten Empfangssystems (2) als aktuelles Empfangssystem und das andere als Hintergrundempfangssystem zu bestimmen, zu bewirken, dass das aktuelle Empfangssystem zu empfangenden Rundfunk empfängt, zu bewirken, dass die Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6) Inhalt des Rundfunks ausgibt, der durch das aktuelle Empfangssystem empfangen wird, zu bewirken, dass das Hintergrundempfangssystem Empfangszustände von jeweiligen Teilen von Rundfunk detektiert, die denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk ausgestrahlt haben, und zu bewirken, dass der zu empfangende Rundfunk auf irgendwelche von Teilen des Rundfunks, die denselben Inhalt wie den Rundfunk ausgestrahlt haben, in einem Empfangszustand mit einer Empfangsqualität, die günstiger ist als die Empfangsqualität des Rundfunks, der durch das aktuelle Empfangssystem empfangen wird, zu einem vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt (T2) umschaltet,
    im zweiten Betriebsmodus die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist zu bewirken, dass die Diversity-Empfangseinheit einen Diversity-Empfang des zu empfangenden Rundfunks unter Verwendung des ersten Empfangssystems (1) und des zweiten Empfangssystems (2) durchführt, und zu bewirken, dass die Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6) Inhalt des Rundfunks ausgibt, der durch die Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13) empfangen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,
    wenn sich der Betriebsmodus im ersten Betriebsmodus befindet, in einem Fall, in dem der Empfangszustand des zu empfangenden Rundfunks im aktuellen Empfangssystem sich mehr als ein vorbestimmtes erstes Niveau (Th1) verschlechtert, und nur in einem Fall, in dem ein alternativer Rundfunkkandidat nicht vorhanden ist, wobei der alternative Rundfunkkandidat ausstrahlt, wobei der Empfangszustand, der durch das Hintergrundempfangssystem detektiert wird, günstiger ist als ein vorbestimmtes zweites Niveau (Qa), und der denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk ausgestrahlt hat, wobei als Wert des vorbestimmten zweiten Niveaus (Qa) ein minimaler Wert der Empfangsqualität, in der der alternative Rundfunkkandidat korrekt empfangen werden kann, vorher festgelegt wird, und das vorbestimmte zweite Niveau (Qa) niedriger ist als das vorbestimmte erste Niveau (Th1), die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Betriebsmodus auf den zweiten Betriebsmodus umzuschalten, und in einem Fall, in dem der alternative Rundfunkkandidat vorhanden ist, die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Betriebsmodus im ersten Betriebsmodus zu halten.
  2. Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei im ersten Betriebsmodus die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist, den zu empfangenden Rundfunk auf alternativen Rundfunk zum vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt umzuschalten, zu dem der alternative Rundfunk durch das Hintergrundempfangssystem detektiert wird, wobei der alternative Rundfunk denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk im Empfangszustand ausstrahlt, der günstiger ist als der Empfangszustand des zu empfangenden Rundfunks im aktuellen Empfangssystem.
  3. Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei, wenn sich der Betriebsmodus im zweiten Betriebsmodus befindet, die Steuereinheit (7) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Betriebsmodus auf den ersten Betriebsmodus in mindestens einem Fall eines Falls, in dem die Dauer des zweiten Betriebsmodus über eine vorbestimmte Zeit vergangen ist, und einem Fall, in dem der zu empfangende Rundfunk durch den Diversity-Empfang der Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13) nicht korrekt empfangen werden kann, umzuschalten.
  4. Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Rundfunk FM-Audiorundfunk oder digitaler Audiofundfunk ist.
  5. Rundfunkempfangssteuerverfahren zum Steuern von Rundfunkempfang in einer Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung, die umfasst: ein erstes Empfangssystem (1), das dazu eingerichtet ist, Rundfunk zu empfangen; ein zweites Empfangssystem (2), das dazu eingerichtet ist, Rundfunk zu empfangen; eine Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13), die dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Diversity-Empfang von Rundfunk unter Verwendung des ersten Empfangssystems (1) und des zweiten Empfangssystems (2) durchzuführen; und eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6), die dazu eingerichtet ist, Inhalt des empfangenen Rundfunks auszugeben, wobei das Rundfunkempfangssteuerverfahren umfasst:
    Umschalten von zu empfangendem Rundfunk auf irgendeinen von Teilen von Rundfunk, die denselben Inhalt wie den Rundfunk in einem Empfangszustand mit einer Empfangsqualität ausgestrahlt haben, die günstiger ist als die Empfangsqualität des empfangenen Rundfunks, zu einem vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt (T2) durch Bestimmen von einem des ersten Empfangssystems (1) und des zweiten Empfangssystems (2) als aktuelles Empfangssystem und des anderen als Hintergrundempfangssystem, Bewirken, dass das aktuelle Empfangssystem den zu empfangenden Rundfunk empfängt, Bewirken, dass die Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6) Inhalt des Rundfunks ausgibt, der durch das aktuelle Empfangssystem empfangen wird, und dann Bewirken, dass das Hintergrundempfangssystem Empfangszustände von jeweiligen Teilen von Rundfunk detektiert, die denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk ausgestrahlt haben, während einer Periode, während der ein erster Betriebsmodus als Betriebsmodus festgelegt wurde, durch die Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung;
    Bewirken, dass die Ausgabeeinrichtung (4, 5, 6) Inhalt von Rundfunk ausgibt, der durch die Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13) empfangen wird, durch Bewirken, dass die Diversity-Empfangseinheit (13) den Diversity-Empfang des zu empfangenden Rundfunks mit dem ersten Empfangssystem (1) und dem zweiten Empfangssystem (2) durchführt, während einer Periode, während der ein zweiter Betriebsmodus als Betriebsmodus festgelegt wurde, durch die Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rundfunkempfangssteuerverfahren ferner umfasst:
    Umschalten des Betriebsmodus auf den zweiten Betriebsmodus, wenn sich der Betriebsmodus im ersten Betriebsmodus befindet, in einem Fall, in dem ein Empfangszustand des zu empfangenden Rundfunks im aktuellen Empfangssystem sich mehr als ein vorbestimmtes erstes Niveau (Th1) verschlechtert, und nur in einem Fall, in dem ein alternativer Rundfunkkandidat nicht vorhanden ist, wobei der alternative Rundfunkkandidat ausstrahlt, wobei der durch das Hintergrundempfangssystem detektierte Empfangszustand günstiger ist als ein vorbestimmtes zweites Niveau (Qa), und der denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk ausgestrahlt hat, wobei als Wert des vorbestimmten zweiten Niveaus (Qa) ein minimaler Wert der Empfangsqualität, in der der alternative Rundfunkkandidat korrekt empfangen werden kann, vorher festgelegt wird, und das vorbestimmte zweite Niveau (Qa) niedriger ist als das vorbestimmte erste Niveau (Th1), und Halten des Betriebsmodus im ersten Betriebsmodus in einem Fall, in dem der alternative Rundfunkkandidat vorhanden ist, durch die Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung.
  6. Rundfunkempfangssteuerverfahren nach Anspruch 5, das ferner das Umschalten des zu empfangenden Rundfunks auf alternativen Rundfunk zum vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt umfasst, zu dem der alternative Rundfunk durch das Hintergrundempfangssystem detektiert wird, wobei der alternative Rundfunk denselben Inhalt wie den zu empfangenden Rundfunk im Empfangszustand ausstrahlt, der günstiger ist als der Empfangszustand des zu empfangenden Rundfunks im aktuellen Empfangssystem, während der Periode, während der der erste Betriebsmodus festgelegt wurde, durch die Rundfunkempfangsvorrichtung.
