Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile, et plus particulièrement un tel dispositif comportant un boîtier, un guide de lumière, un support de guide de lumière et un masque pour guide de lumière.
- Dans les dispositifs d'éclairage connus, les différents éléments sont fixés au boîtier par des moyens individuels. Cela rend complexes la structure du boitier et ses opérations de démoulage. Les opérations de montage des différents éléments dans le boîtier sont aussi complexes en raison du nombre de mouvements à réaliser dans l'espace limité de l'intérieur du boîtier.
- Un but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile qui ne présente pas ces inconvénients, permette de minimiser les mouvements à l'intérieur du boîtier, et facilite le processus d'assemblage.
- La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile, comportant un boîtier, un guide de lumière, un support de guide de lumière et un masque, dans lequel le support de guide de lumière et le masque comportent chacun une patte d'encliquetage dans le boîtier, et le boîtier comporte une gaine d'encliquetage du support de guide de lumière et du masque.
- Avantageusement, la gaine d'encliquetage du support de guide de lumière et du masque comporte une paroi latérale et deux traverses en saillie par rapport à la paroi latérale pour encliquetage des pattes d'encliquetage derrière les traverses, respectivement l'une, du support de guide de lumière, l'autre du masque.
- De manière avantageuse, les traverses sont disposées perpendiculairement à la paroi latérale.
- Avantageusement, chaque traverse porte, sur sa face accessible depuis l'ouverture du boîtier, au moins une rampe inclinée de guidage pour patte d'encliquetage.
- De manière avantageuse, la gaine d'encliquetage du support de guide de lumière et du masque comporte une ouverture d'entrée évasée pour assurer le guidage latéral des pattes d'encliquetage du support de guide de lumière et du masque.
- Avantageusement, le support de guide de lumière et le masque sont déformables élastiquement pour l'encliquetage des pattes d'encliquetage.
- De manière avantageuse, le support de guide de lumière et/ou le masque comprennent au moins deux segments présentant chacun une patte d'encliquetage, les pattes d'encliquetage des différents segments se déplaçant dans des directions différentes lors de l'encliquetage.
- Avantageusement, le support de guide de lumière et le masque comportent deux pattes se déplaçant dans des directions sensiblement opposées.
- De manière avantageuse, les pattes d'encliquetage se déplacent l'une vers l'autre.

Figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspective éclatée d'un masque pour guide de lumière, pour dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile, selon un exemple de réalisation de l'invention. - La
Figure 3 est une vue partielle en perspective d'un support de guide de lumière pour dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile, selon un exemple de réalisation de l'invention. - La
Figure 4 est une vue partielle en coupe de l'ensemble du boîtier de laFigure 1 , du masque de laFigure 2 et du support de guide de lumière de laFigure 3 en configuration de fonctionnement. - Le boîtier 1 de dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile est de forme complexe et non symétrique.
- Selon l'invention, le boîtier 1 comporte une paroi latérale 2 sensiblement plane et sensiblement perpendiculaire au fond 3 du boîtier 1.
- En configuration d'utilisation, le fond 3 du boîtier 1 est sensiblement vertical et l'ouverture du boîtier 1 est orientée vers l'avant du véhicule. L'ouverture du boîtier 1 est de forme complexe et elle est symbolisée par le bord libre 4 de la paroi latérale 2.
- En partant du fond 3 du boîtier, la paroi latérale 2 porte une première traverse 5 et une deuxième traverse 6, en saillie, par rapport à la paroi latérale 2, vers l'intérieur du boîtier 1. Les deux traverses 5 et 6 sont parallèles entre elles, et sensiblement parallèles au fond 3 du boîtier 1 dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté. Les deux traverses 5 et 6 sont disposées perpendiculairement à la paroi latérale 2.
- Sur leur face accessible depuis l'ouverture du boîtier 1, les traverses 5, 6 portent chacune au moins une rampe inclinée, 7, 8 respectivement.
- Les deux traverses 5, 6 sont logées entre deux cloisons 9, 10, sensiblement perpendiculaire à la paroi latérale 2. La paroi latérale 2, les cloisons 9, 10 et les traverses 5, 6 constituent ensemble une gaine d'encliquetage pour un support 11 de guide de lumière et un masque 12 pour guide de lumière. Entre le fond 3 du boîtier 1 et le bord libre 4 de la paroi latérale 2, les cloisons 9, 10 s'inclinent à chaque franchissement de traverse 5, 6 de façon à constituer, pour la gaine d'encliquetage, une ouverture d'entrée évasée.
- Le support 11 de guide de lumière comporte un plateau 13 portant le guide 14 de lumière, et des pattes d'accrochage au boîtier 1. En particulier, il comporte une patte 15 d'encliquetage présentant au voisinage de son extrémité libre un palier 16 apte à coopérer avec la traverse 5 pour assurer le maintien du support 11 de guide de lumière dans le boîtier 1.
- Le masque 12 pour guide de lumière assure la protection latérale du guide de lumière 14 et la limitation de son champ de rayonnement. Il comporte des pattes d'accrochage au boîtier 1.
- En particulier, il comporte une patte 17 d'encliquetage présentant au voisinage de son extrémité libre un palier 18 apte à coopérer avec la traverse 6 pour assurer le maintien du masque 12 pour guide de lumière dans le boîtier 1.
- Le boîtier 1 étant en position stable, sur le véhicule automobile par exemple, le support 11 de guide de lumière est présent pour sa mise en place. Le support 11 de guide de lumière est élastiquement déformable.
- Avantageusement, il comprend au moins deux segments présentant chacun une patte d'accrochage au boîtier. Ces pattes d'accrochage se déplacent dans des directions différentes lors de leur accrochage sur le boîtier. Avantageusement ces directions sont sensiblement opposées, et de préférence les pattes d'accrochage se déplacent l'une vers l'autre pour l'encliquetage.
- Pour sa mise en place dans le boîtier 1, le support 11 de guide de lumière est rapproché du boîtier. La patte 15 d'encliquetage est insérée dans la gaine d'encliquetage dont l'ouverture d'entrée évasée assure le guidage latéral de la patte 15. Les rampes inclinées 8 et 7 assurent à l'extrémité de la patte 15 d'encliquetage le franchissement des traverses 6 et 5, respectivement. Le palier 16 est alors repoussé, par l'élasticité du support 11 de guide de lumière, derrière la traverse 5 et il assure le maintien en position du support 11.
- Pour le masque 12 pour guide de lumière, la mise en place se déroule de la même manière avec le seul franchissement de la traverse 6 derrière laquelle s'applique le palier 17. Les positions relatives du boîtier 1, du support 11 de guide de lumière et du masque 12 pour guide de lumière sont alors celles représentées à la
figure 4 . - Le dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile selon l'invention présente plusieurs avantages. Le boîtier comporte une gaine d'encliquetage pour deux constituants différents, le support de guide de lumière et le masque. La gaine d'encliquetage a une ouverture d'entrée évasée qui assure la mise en place aisée et le guidage latéral du support de guide de lumière et du masque.
- Les traverses d'encliquetage des pattes du support de guide de lumière et du masque sont disposées sur la même paroi latérale, et parallèlement entre elles, ce qui d'une part simplifie la structure du boîtier, d'autre part assure pour le boîtier un démoulage aisé en un seul mouvement.
- La fixation par encliquetage du support de guide de lumière et du masque assure la réduction au minimum des mouvements de pièces dans le boîtier, la réduction sensible de l'outillage nécessaire à la mise en place des pièces, et la réduction des coûts correspondants.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile, comportant un boîtier (1), un guide de lumière (14), un support (11) de guide de lumière et un masque (12), dans lequel le support (11) de guide de lumière et le masque (12) comportent chacun une patte (15, 17) d'encliquetage dans le boîtier (1), et le boîtier (1) comporte une gaine d'encliquetage du support (11) de guide de lumière et du masque (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la gaine d'encliquetage du support (11) de guide de lumière et du masque (12) comporte une paroi (2) latérale et deux traverses (5, 6) en saillie par rapport à la paroi latérale pour encliquetage des pattes (15, 17) d'encliquetage derrière les traverses (5, 6), respectivement l'une (15), du support (11) de guide de lumière, l'autre (17) du masque (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les traverses (5, 6) sont disposées perpendiculairement à la paroi (2) latérale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel chaque traverse (5, 6) porte, sur sa face accessible depuis l'ouverture du boîtier (1), au moins une rampe (7, 8) inclinée de guidage pour patte d'encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la gaine d'encliquetage du support (11) de guide de lumière et du masque (12) comporte une ouverture d'entrée évasée pour assurer le guidage latéral des pattes (15, 17) d'encliquetage du support (11) de guide de lumière et du masque (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support (11) de guide de lumière et le masque (12) sont déformables élastiquement pour l'encliquetage des pattes (15, 17) d'encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 dans lequel le support de guide de lumière et/ou le masque comprennent au moins deux segments présentant chacun une patte d'encliquetage, les pattes d'encliquetage des différents segments se déplaçant dans des directions différentes lors de l'encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 dans lequel le support de guide de lumière et le masque comportent chacun deux pattes se déplaçant dans des directions sensiblement opposées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 dans lequel les pattes d'encliquetage se déplacent l'une vers l'autre.
