To prevent this, the cutting torches must be housed in an enclosure that allows extraction and filtration of the air. The burner scrap can thus be collected first. In the meantime, the mobile housing can be used on another junkyard. Stand der TechnikState of the art

Devices of the aforementioned type are known from the prior art and are used in particular as a folding container or as a mobile housing.

Such folding containers go for example from the DE 10 2008 000 493 A1 , of the DE 299 14 390 U1 and the EP 1 277 673 A1 show, all of these folding containers have a floor, a ceiling, two walls and a front wall and a rear wall.

To the in the DE 299 14 390 U1 illustrated folding container to be transferred from a use position to a transport position, it is provided that the front and the rear wall are first folded in an interior formed by the folding container in the direction of the bottom element, so that their surfaces are arranged parallel to each other. Subsequently, the walls, each consisting of two wall parts, folded together, by facing away from the interior sides of the respective wall portion are guided towards each other. Consequently, the ceiling is in the transport position of Faltcontainers only at a small distance to the ground. The movably mounted parts of the folding container are connected to each other via hinges.

The in DE 10 2008 000 493 A1 Folding container shown differs only to the effect of the folding container according to the DE 299 14 390 U1 in that the front and rear walls are not folded down towards the floor, but upwards towards the ceiling, in order to move the folding container from its position of use into its own Transfer transport position. An assembly of the folding container takes place with the help of winches.

Another very similar constructed folding container goes out of the EP 1 277 673 A1 show, a distinguishing feature is that the front and the rear wall are formed by a roller door. In order to transfer the folding container from its position of use to its transport position, the folding of the side walls takes place in this case as in the DE 299 14 390 U1 and the DE 10 2008 000 493 A1 ,

In the DE 7 102 932 U a collapsible and transportable building is shown. In a transport position of the building is a filling of the two-part roof with a filling of the walls in connection. The roof, which consists of two roof parts, is lowered downwards in the middle, which is why the walls each move to the corresponding ceiling part.

The AU 2010 224 333 A1 describes a transportable emergency shelter, with a base plate consisting of two floor parts, two side walls each with two wall parts, four ceiling elements and a front and a rear wall, each consisting of two parts. In the use position, for example, water cans can be accommodated in the bottom plate, thus complaining to the emergency shelter. The individual elements are connected to each other via pivot axes such that the emergency shelter is folded in a transport state along the pivot axes. To get from the position of use in the transport position, it is provided that initially the front wall and the rear wall are folded in the direction of the bottom plate. By lowering the ceiling elements, the side walls are folded. Finally, both floor parts are placed on top of each other so that the other elements of the enclosure are protected by the floor slab.

The US 5,493,818 A discloses a foldable enclosure, with two ceiling elements, two side walls, a bottom plate and a front and a rear wall. The housing can be transferred from a position of use in a transport position and in the opposite direction. For this purpose, it is provided that the front and rear walls are folded in the direction of the bottom plate. Subsequently, the left and the right side wall, each consisting of two wall parts, which are connected to each other by means of hinges, folded along these hinges in the direction of the bottom plate. The ceiling, which consists of two ceiling parts, thereby also lowers in the direction of the bottom plate. An object of this enclosure is that airborne particles, such as paint particles, do not enter an environment outside the enclosure. Furthermore, the enclosure can also be used as a transportable emergency shelter.

In the CA 2 227 003 A1 An arrangement of a hinge is described, which can be used for collapsible housings. It also goes out of the CA 2 227 003 A1 a foldable enclosure, the two side walls, each consisting of two wall parts, and a ceiling, which consists of two parts of the ceiling out. The wall parts and ceiling parts are each connected to each other via hinges, wherein the two lower wall parts are fastened by means of hinges to a base plate.

Aufgabetask

The present invention is based on the object of designing an alternative foldable housing for variable purposes.

Starting from a device of the type described above, the underlying object is achieved in that there is a breakthrough in the ceiling, which extends on both sides of the fifth pivot axis, which is interrupted by the breakthrough.

The fact that the walls each consist of two wall parts and the ceiling of two ceiling parts, brings with it the advantage that the foldable housing can be folded very compact in the transport position. Nevertheless, the walls and the ceiling in the position of use can surround a large interior, which can be not only very wide, but also very high. As a result, even large machines can be accommodated in the enclosure.

At the respective pivot axes, the wall parts and the ceiling parts, preferably via hinges, coupled together. That is, to transfer the housing from the use position to the transport position or in the opposite direction, not only the wall parts and the ceiling parts must be connected to each other, a mere unfolding and possibly fixing the wall parts and the ceiling parts on the pivot axes, for example by a bolt the hinges, is sufficient. Consequently, the construction and dismantling can be simplified and accelerated. Due to this design, the enclosure can be used very flexibly at changing locations.

The breakthrough located in the ceiling may be suitable, for example, for objects to be lifted through the aperture or for a suction tube to be attached thereto.

Logically, it is provided that the fifth pivot axis is formed so that a pivoting of the two ceiling parts to each other only in such a direction is possible that an interior space enclosed by the housing interior surfaces of the ceiling parts come into abutment in a transport position of the enclosure. So that the ceiling parts are transferred into this position, it is preferably provided that the fifth pivot axis is lowered downwards. It is therefore not absolutely necessary that a crane to assemble and disassemble the enclosure is much higher than the enclosure itself.

Furthermore, a further development according to the invention provides that the first and / or the second pivot axis are designed so that in each case a pivoting of the two adjacent wall parts to each other only in such a direction is possible that an interior space enclosed by the housing interior facing surfaces of adjacent wall parts in a transport position of the housing to each other come to the plant.

This means that the enclosure, due to the folding of the wall and ceiling parts according to the invention, in its transport position "accordion" can be folded-shaped. As a result, not only a particularly space-saving transport of the enclosure can be made possible, but it can also be a quick transfer of the housing from the transport position to the use position or in the reverse direction can be achieved.

According to the invention, it is provided that a width of the two ceiling parts measured perpendicular to an associated pivot axis and / or a height of adjacent wall parts measured perpendicular to an associated pivot axis are identical. This means that a width of the respective ceiling part corresponds to a height of the adjacent wall part. The two wall parts, which are connected only to the other wall parts and not with a ceiling part (that is, have a lower free longitudinal edge), can also be a smaller or greater height than the wall parts, with the Cover parts are connected, have, so that the enclosure can be configured, for example, very high and narrow.

It should be mentioned at this point that the lower wall parts, that is to say the wall parts which are connected via the first and the second pivot axis to the third and the fourth wall part, can be exchanged if necessary in order to achieve a higher or lower height of the enclosure. It is also conceivable that these two lower wall parts have different heights, so that the ceiling is still aligned horizontally on an odd ground.

Advantageously, a further development of the invention provides that the height of all wall parts and widths of all ceiling parts measured in each case relative to the vertically assigned pivot axes is identical. A resulting advantage is that in the transport position no outstanding edge regions of the wall parts or the ceiling parts are present, but the respective wall parts and ceiling parts completely rest on each other and thus can support each other. This can prevent that possible breakages and damage in the wall or ceiling parts can occur.

In constructive terms, an advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the sum of two perpendicular to the associated pivot axis measured heights of two adjacent wall parts, which adjoin the third pivot axis, the sum of two measured perpendicular to the associated pivot axis heights of adjacent wall parts corresponding to the connect the fourth pivot axis. Consequently, the blanket is at least approximately horizontally disposed on a level surface. However, if the surface is not quite straight, the ceiling would possibly be arranged like a pent roof. Advantageously, the height is still sufficient to accommodate large items in the enclosure.

According to the invention, it is provided that lengths of all wall parts and all ceiling parts measured in each case relative to the pivot axes assigned in parallel are identical. This has the advantage that the respective lengths can support each other in the transport position and the risk of possible damage is minimized.

Alternatively, it is provided in a further development according to the invention that at least one length of a wall part or ceiling part measured relative to the parallel associated pivot axis is not identical to the other lengths of the wall parts or ceiling parts measured in each case in relation to the pivot axes assigned in parallel. This is particularly advantageous in cases in which, for example, an opening in one of the wall parts or ceiling parts should be present. Consequently, in this embodiment would have no extra opening in the ceiling part or wall part are created. The corresponding wall portion or ceiling portion may be formed shorter than the other, so that automatically results in an opening in the use position of the housing.

The device according to the invention provides that the walls have at their ends remote from the housing in the use of the enclosure edges free ends for installation on a substrate. Due to the free ends of the enclosure in the transport position "accordion" -shaped folded. Advantageously, the free ends are fixed directly to the ground. A floor is not mandatory in the housing according to the invention. The lack of a floor has the advantage of reducing transport costs and increasing the speed of assembly and disassembly of the enclosure.

Nevertheless, should a floor be present, it would be advantageous if it consisted of two parts of the ground. These can be mounted, for example, along a sixth pivot axis, which is arranged parallel to the other pivot axes, pivotally. Alternatively, it would be conceivable that the first bottom part is connected via a seventh pivot axis with the first wall part and the second bottom part via an eighth pivot axis with the second wall part. Also, the seventh and the eighth pivot axis are mounted parallel to the other pivot axes. A sixth pivot axis would not exist in this case between the two bottom parts, so that a "concertina" -shaped folding is still possible.

To delineate the interior, which is formed by the enclosure, from an external environment, provides an advantageous development that opening cross-sections, which are limited in the use position of the housing each of the ceiling, the two walls and the ground, each with at least one Door element can be closed, which are preferably detachably connected to a wall, preferably with two adjacent wall parts, connectable, preferably can be suspended and pivoted. The door elements according to the invention can be opened and closed, whereby the interior can also be entered after the construction. Preferably, the door elements are dismantled before folding the housing. The at least one door element can be attached to the corresponding wall parts and / or the ceiling parts.

The invention further embodied, it is provided that at the opposite ends of the ceiling free ends of the two walls each have at least two moving devices, preferably in the form of rollers or wheels, wherein at least one, preferably per wall at least one, traversing a traction drive, preferably in the form of an electric motor. This results in the advantage that the housing in the position of use can be moved from one place to another without the housing having to be dismantled and rebuilt. This is particularly advantageous for short distances to be covered.

Based on a method of the type described above, the invention provides that the ceiling consists of two ceiling parts, which are coupled to each other via a fifth pivot axis and folded along this pivot axis, wherein a first ceiling portion on the third pivot axis with the wall portion and a second Ceiling part are coupled via the fourth pivot axis with the wall part and the corresponding wall part and ceiling part along the third pivot axis and the fourth pivot axis can be folded.

The resulting advantages correspond to the previously described advantages of the device according to the invention.

According to the invention, it is provided that a shredding installation or a shredding machine can be accommodated in the enclosure. For the aforementioned machines, it is imperative that they are arranged within a noise protection and dust-proof housing, as it comes with their use to a high noise and dust. Since there may be explosions during a shredding process to objects emanating from the objects to be shredded, the enclosure may also constitute an explosion protection. The enclosure thus protects the environment from flying parts which may arise due to the explosions.

The enclosure according to the invention is therefore particularly suitable as an enclosure for shredders or shredders, because the objects to be shredded are often very bulky, whereby a transport of these items is very costly and expensive. With the aid of the enclosure according to the invention, the objects can be shredded immediately after their disassembly by the shredding installation located in the enclosure, without thereby ensuring the necessary noise, dust and explosion protection must be waived. The transport of shredded objects is not only cheaper, but also easier to handle.

At this point it should be mentioned that the wall parts and ceiling parts of the housing according to the invention are formed such that they meet the requirements for noise, dust, and explosion protection according to the relevant rules and regulations, for example, according to DIN 4109-1, BlmSchV, DIN 18005 , TA noise, VDI 2058 suffice.

Due to the breakthrough in the ceiling, the items to be shredded shredder or shredder could be supplied.

Furthermore, the mobile housing can also be used as a burner housing. Especially at scrap yards so-called burner scrap is crushed directly on the junkyard and fed to a smelting furnace. However, it can not be guaranteed that the burner scrap is free of oil and lubricants or plastics. Due to the combustion pollutants can thus enter the environment. To prevent this, the cutting torches must be housed in an enclosure that allows extraction and filtration of the air. Such enclosures are very expensive, especially since they are not constantly in use. For the junkyard it can therefore be cheaper if a mobile housing would be available, which can be built only when needed, namely, when a large amount of scrap is crushed with the cutting torch. The burner scrap can thus be collected first. In the meantime, the mobile housing can be used on another junkyard. Due to the execution of the invention housing a faster assembly and disassembly and a simple transport is possible. This variant is economically more profitable than the purchase of a non-mobile housing.

Advantageously located in at least one of the door parts an opening to which a suction tube can be attached.

The FIG. 1 shows an inventive housing 1 in a position of use, with a ceiling 2, a first wall 3 and a second wall 4, which are arranged on two opposite sides 5, 6 of the ceiling 2 . The housing 1 surrounds an interior 36.

The first wall 3 is composed of a first wall part 7 and a second wall part 8 , wherein both wall parts 7, 8 are connected to each other via a first pivot axis 9 . The second wall 4 is composed analogously to a third wall portion 10 and a fourth wall portion 11 , which in turn are interconnected via a second pivot axis 12 . The ceiling 2 has a first ceiling part 13, which is connected via a third pivot axis 14 with the second wall part 8 , and a second ceiling part 15 which is connected via a fourth pivot axis 16 with the fourth wall part 11 on. The two ceiling parts 13, 14 are in turn connected via a fifth pivot axis 17 with each other.

An angle between the first ceiling part 13 and the second wall part 8 and an angle between the second ceiling part 15 and the fourth wall part 11 corresponds to 90 °.

The first wall part 7 and the third wall part 10 have the ceiling 2 facing away from edges 18, 19 with free ends 20, 21 , which are arranged on a substrate, not shown here. At these free ends 20, 21 are moving devices 22, in the form of wheels, which are driven by a traction drive 23, in the form of an electric motor 24 .

A width B1 of the respective ceiling part 13, 15 corresponds to a height H1 of the respective wall part 7, 8, 10, 11 and is about 2.5 m, which is why a width B2 of the entire ceiling 2 with a height H2 of the two walls 3, 4th coincides and is 5 m. A length L1 of the respective wall parts 7, 8, 10, 11 is identical to a length L2 of the two ceiling parts 13, 15. The lengths L1, L2 have in this embodiment a measure of 10 m.

The ceiling 2, the two walls 3, 4 and the substrate surround a front opening cross section 25 and a rear opening cross-section 26 according to FIG. 2 , In order to close this opening cross-sections 25, 26 openable, are at the opening cross-sections 25 two door elements 27 , 28 and at the opening cross-section 26 two door elements 29 , 30 according to FIG. 2 attached, which are pivotally mounted on the walls 3, 4 .

Again FIG. 2 can be seen, surround the two door elements 29, 30 which close the rear opening cross-section 26 , in a closed state, an opening 31, to which a not shown here suction can be connected.

In the ceiling 2 is also a breakthrough 32, which extends on both sides of the fifth pivot axis 17 . The fifth pivot axis 17 is interrupted. This breakthrough 32 is suitable, for example, for introducing objects to be shredded if, for example, a shredder system is arranged in the housing 1 .

On the pivot axes 9, 12 , 14 , 16 , 17 between the individual wall parts 7, 8, 10, 11 and the ceiling parts 13, 15 are hinges 33, wherein the corresponding wall parts 7, 8 , 10, 11 and ceiling parts 13, 15th along the pivot axes defined by these hinges 33 9, 12, 14, 16, 17 can be pivoted. In the use position, the hinges 33 are bolted, whereby a pivoting is no longer possible.

In the FIG. 3 the foldable housing 1 is shown in its transport position. Again FIG. 3 can be seen, the door element 27, 28, 29, 30 are no longer connected to the wall parts 7, 8, 10, 11 .

By removing the bolts not visible here, the wall parts 7, 8 , 10, 11 and the ceiling parts 7, 8 , 10, 11 pivotally arranged again about the hinges 33 to each other.

To the enclosure 1 from the position of use according to FIG. 1 in the transport position according to FIG. 3 to transfer, the fifth pivot axis 17 is lowered down so that surfaces 34, 35 of the ceiling parts 13, 15, which are remote from the interior 36 , are pivoted toward each other. A the interior space 36 facing surface 37 of the first top part 13 and the internal space 36-facing surface 38 of the second cover member 15 comes into contact with the interior space 36 facing surfaces 39, 40 of the second wall part 8 and the fourth wall portion. 11 The interior 36 remote from surfaces 41, 42 of the second wall portion 8 and the fourth wall portion 11 and the interior 36 facing away from surfaces 43, 44 of the first wall portion 7 and the third wall portion 10 are approximated to each other, so that the enclosure 1 is finally in the transport position ,

Again FIG. 3 can be seen, a folding of the ceiling parts 13 , 15 takes place along the pivot axis 17 . The wall parts 8, 11 are along the pivot axes 14, 16 to the ceiling parts 13, 15 folded and the wall parts 7 , 10 are in turn folded along the pivot axis 9, 12 to the wall parts 8, 11 .

The FIG. 4 shows the door elements 27, 28, 29, 30, which have been removed in the transport position of the housing 1 . The door elements 27, 28, 29, 30 can also be placed on each other so that they can be transported as compact as possible.

Finally, it should be noted that the various features may be implemented individually for themselves or for a plurality of combinations in variants of the invention.
