Gleichzeitig soll die Bedienung der Sanitärarmatur einfach sein und sich für den Benutzer intuitiv erschließen. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind hierzu zum Beispiel mechanische Lösungen bekannt, bei denen es sich beispielsweise um Hebel oder Stellglieder der Sanitärarmatur handeln kann. Die Verstellung dieser Stellglieder erfordert zur Aktivierung einer Heißwasserentnahme einen hohen Kraftaufwand, sodass ein unbeabsichtigtes Aktivieren der Heißwasserentnahme verhindert wird.
