Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und dessen technische Umsetzung zur Kühlung von Einsteigetüren/ Mannlöchern/ Schautüren/ Schauöffnungen/ Explosionstüren/ Explosionsklappen/ Reinigungstüren/ Feuerungsarmaturen in quadratischer, rechteckiger, runder, ovaler Bauform oder sonstiger Varianten, verschiedenster Bauart, verschiedenster Materialien und DIN-Normen.The invention relates to a method and its technical implementation for cooling entry doors / manholes / show doors / show openings / explosion doors / explosion flaps / cleaning doors / Feuerungsarmaturen square, rectangular, round, oval design or other variants, various designs, various materials and DIN standards.
Description
Bei bekannten Einsteigetüren/Mannlöchern/Schautüren/Explosionstüren/Reinigungstüren aus Grauguss bestehend aus Türblatt 1 und Türrahmen 2 wird zusätzlich ein Schamottekasten 3 als Schutzelement zwischen Feuerraum und Außentürblatt 1 verwendet. Durch die Aufnahme der hohen Temperatur erhitzt sich die gesamte Tür und der Schamottekasten mit Schamotteauskleidung 3. Die Hitze staut sich und wird in keinster Weise abgeleitet. Bei höheren Temperaturen wird zusätzlich als Schutz eine Keramikplatte 4 und zusätzlicher Isolierstein 5 (mehrteilig) vorgesetzt. Im hochhitzebeständigen Bereich wird statt Grauguss Edelstahlguss eingesetzt. Die Konstruktion wird nachhaltig beschädigt, deformiert sich, Rissbildung im Guss, Ausbrechen der Schamotteauskleidung.
