Definitions
- the invention is based on a dosing cap for a cleaning agent container, having a cup-shaped cap body with an open end part and a closed end part and a brush device for pre-treating objects to be cleaned.
- dosing caps are well known.
- a dosing cap is known in which surface irregularities are arranged on the outer base surface of the dosing cap.
- the dosing cap has to be turned over after the detergent dose has been applied to the laundry to be cleaned so that the detergent with the surface irregularities can be distributed and rubbed into the laundry. This makes using this conventional dosing cap comparatively cumbersome.
- the brush attachment can be repositioned, it is advantageously possible to plug the brush attachment either onto the closed end part or onto the open end part, depending on your needs or intended use. If the brush attachment is to be visible on the cleaning agent container for presentation purposes, for example on a store shelf, the brush attachment is placed on the closed end part. If the brush attachment is used to pre-treat objects, such as
- the brush attachment is placed on the open end part. Therefore, with the dosing cap according to the invention it is advantageously possible to combine the advantages of both positions of the brush attachment with one another.
- the brush attachment can be placed on the closed end part in an advertising-effective way that is visible to the consumer.
- the handling of the dosing cap during pretreatment can be made much more comfortable if the brush attachment is placed on the open end part, because after applying a cleaning agent, such as liquid detergent, the dosing cap can be distributed and rubbed in directly onto the object without turning it over cleaning agent with the brush attachment.
- the brush attachment extends along a longitudinal direction, a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction. If in the following we talk about “above” or “upper” and “below” or “lower”. is meant position information with reference to the longitudinal direction. When we talk about cross-section or cross-sectional area or cross-sectional plane below, we mean cuts parallel to the plane that is spanned by the width direction and the transverse direction or that is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the brush attachment has an annular brush attachment body designed in such a way that the lower part of the brush attachment body can be plugged onto the cap body and a large number of bristles are arranged on its upper part.
- the brush attachment body is essentially rotationally symmetrical to its longitudinal axis, which extends parallel to the longitudinal direction.
- the cross-sectional plane of the brush attachment body lies perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body, thus parallel to the plane spanned by the width direction and the transverse direction.
- the brush attachment body has a larger cross section on its lower part than the cross section of the cap body in the area of the closed or open end part, so that the brush attachment can be inserted over the outer surface of the corresponding end part.
- the brush attachment body can be designed in such a way that pushing the brush attachment body onto the cap body results in a sufficiently strong connection between the brush attachment body and the cap body, so that the brush attachment remains firmly arranged on the cap body, for example when the object is pre-treated.
- the brush attachment is designed to be reversible in such a way that the brush attachment is in a first position when it is plugged onto the closed end part, or is in a second position when it is plugged into the open end part, wherein the brush attachment can be variably repositioned between the first position and the second position.
- the dosing cap is designed in such a way that it can be used to fill a partial dose of the cleaning agent contained in the cleaning agent container.
- the dosing cap can, for example, have marking lines and volume information that indicate the corresponding filling quantity.
- the dosing cap is designed such that it can close an outlet of the cleaning agent container.
- the dosing cap is designed such that it can be connected to the cleaning agent container, for example via a screw connection.
- the cleaning agent container can be any type of vessel into which a cleaning agent can be placed.
- the cleaning agent can have any type of composition that allows objects to be cleaned. It can be at
- the cleaning agent can be, for example, detergents, in particular liquid detergents, and/or dishwashing detergents, etc.
- the items to be cleaned can be, for example, laundry and/or dishes, etc.
- the cup-shaped cap body can have any shape that allows cleaning agent to be poured into the cap body and the cleaning agent to be applied to the object to be cleaned.
- the cap body has a closed shape so that the cleaning agent cannot flow out of the dosing cap.
- the dosing cap has an opening which enables the cleaning agent to be poured out of the dosing cap onto the object.
- the brush device or the brush attachment is designed in such a way that it enables the object to be pretreated.
- the brush attachment can be designed in such a way that it enables, for example, the cleaning agent to be distributed on the object and/or the cleaning agent to be rubbed into the object.
- the brush attachment has a large number of bristles with a length of 4 mm to 20 mm. In this length range, a comparatively good pretreatment effect is advantageously achieved. According to a preferred development, it is provided that the bristles have a length of 6 mm to 10 mm, whereby a very efficient pretreatment can advantageously be achieved. In addition, with this length, a particularly good visibility of the bristles for the consumer can be achieved when the brush attachment is in the first position on the closed end part and the dosing cap is on the cleaning agent container, which is placed on a store shelf, for example.
- the large number of bristles can have different lengths, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same length.
- the bristles can in particular be circular cylindrical, preferably slightly conical.
- the bristles have a diameter of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. In this diameter range, a comparatively good pretreatment effect is advantageously achieved. According to a preferred development, it is provided that the bristles have a diameter of 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. This means that a very efficient pretreatment can advantageously be achieved.
- the large number of bristles can have different diameters, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same diameter.
- the bristles have a hardness in the range from 30 to 110 Shore A. This advantageously makes it possible to achieve a comparatively high level of flexibility, which means that particularly good pretreatment is possible. According to a preferred development, it is provided that the bristles have a hardness of 50 to 70 Shore A. Optimal pretreatment is possible in this area.
- the large number of bristles can have different degrees of hardness, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same degree of hardness.
- the brush attachment is made of an injection-molded material.
- the brush attachment is made of a rubber material and/or a plastic material.
- the lower part of the brush attachment body is plugged onto either the open end part or the closed end part.
- the upper part opposite the lower part accordingly has the large number of bristles.
- An outside diameter at the closed end portion of the cap body may differ from an outside diameter at the open end portion of the cap body.
- the outside diameter at the closed end part is smaller than the outside diameter at the open end part.
- a lateral surface of the cap body can be conical at least in the area of the closed end part, so that during its production the cap body with its closed end part can be thrown out of an injection mold half. The difference in the outside diameters can be at least 2 percent based on the larger outside diameter.
- the brush attachment or the cap body can have connecting means, so that a brush attachment attached to the closed end part and a brush attachment attached to the open end part can only be removed by overcoming a lifting force, even if, as in the exemplary embodiment explained above, the outer diameter is closed and open end part are different.
- the lifting force (in the axial direction of the cap body perpendicular to the cap base) should be greater than 2 N.
- the lifting force for the closed end and the open end is each greater than 20 or even 100 N.
- the connecting means include elastic restoring forces of the brush attachment body. If the brush attachment is placed on the open end part or the closed end part of the cap body, the brush attachment body expands accordingly. The resulting elastic restoring forces ensure a firm hold of the brush attachment on the cap body. With appropriate material selection (e.g. silicone, elastomeric material), a tight fit on both end parts of the cap body can be made possible, even if the outer diameters at the closed end and at the open end differ from one another.
- material selection e.g. silicone, elastomeric material
- the connecting means may include adhesive.
- adhesive can be applied between the brush attachment and the cap body.
- One possibility here is to apply the adhesive to the outer wall of the cap body and, as long as the adhesive is still liquid or not yet hardened, to slide the brush attachment onto the closed end of the cap body.
- Adhesive strips can also be used, which are arranged between the brush attachment and the cap body.
- the brush attachment has a web on which the plurality of bristles are arranged, the web being arranged in the upper region of the brush attachment body or on its upper part.
- the jetty is plate-shaped and connected to the large number of bristles.
- the bristles can be arranged perpendicular to the surface of the web.
- the bristles can be evenly spaced apart and in particular arranged in a line shape, with several lines being able to be arranged one behind the other and/or offset from one another.
- the bristles may be evenly spaced from one another at a distance of 1 mm to 2 mm.
- the web is arranged parallel to the cross-sectional area or to the cross-sectional plane of the brush attachment body.
- the web or its surface is therefore also arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body.
- the web is approximately semicircular and covers approximately 40% to 50% of the cross-sectional area of the brush attachment body, so that an approximately semicircular upper opening is formed.
- This upper opening is formed between an upper edge of the brush attachment body, which limits the brush attachment body upwards, and an edge of the web, this upper opening allowing the metered cleaning agent located in the dosing cap to exit the dosing cap on the web can be applied with the bristles onto the object to be cleaned. This advantageously enables particularly comfortable handling of the dosing cap.
- the large number of bristles are surrounded by a circumferential collar which is arranged on the web.
- This collar advantageously prevents the cleaning agent from accidentally flowing off the bridge or the bristles.
- the collar has a height of 2 mm to 10 mm.
- the collar extends perpendicular to the surface of the web and the height of the collar is the vertical extent of the collar in relation to the surface of the web. According to a preferred embodiment, the collar height is 3.0 mm to 4.0 mm.
- the brush attachment has a corrugation arranged laterally on the outer wall of the brush attachment body, the corrugation having indentations with a depth of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.
- the ribbing allows the user to grip the brush attachment better during pre-treatment.
- the corrugation with the indentations also enables the cleaning agent to be finely distributed on the object and thus improves the pre-treatment options of the brush attachment or the dosing cap.
- the indentations and projections on the outer wall of the brush attachment body alternate regularly, so that a particularly efficient gripping or pre-treatment surface is created.
- the distance between adjacent indentations can be approximately 1 mm.
- the corrugation comprises at least one corrugated area which extends in an angular range of 40° to 60° on the outside or outer wall of the brush attachment body.
- This angular range refers to a circular arc segment which is arranged on the outer wall of the annular brush attachment body.
- the corrugated angular area allows efficient distribution of the cleaning agent.
- the corrugation on the outer wall of the brush attachment body can comprise two spaced apart corrugated areas which lie opposite one another with respect to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body. With this arrangement of the corrugated areas, a particularly efficient pretreatment is possible.
- a further subject of the present invention relates to a cleaning agent container, having a dosing cap according to one of the preceding embodiments, wherein the brush attachment is either in a presentation state of the cleaning agent container on the closed end part of the dosing cap or is in a use state of the cleaning agent container on the open end part of the dosing cap.
- the presentation state can, for example, be the state in which the container is located if the brush attachment is to be particularly clearly visible to the consumer on a store shelf.
- the state of use is the state in which the container is when the brush attachment or the dosing cap is to be used for pre-treatment. It can be provided that, when in use, the brush attachment is arranged inside the container and is therefore not visible from the outside. Furthermore, please refer to the information on the dosing cap.
- Another subject of the present invention relates to a use of a dosing cap according to one of the preceding embodiments for the pretreatment of laundry to be cleaned, wherein a partial amount of a detergent from a liquid detergent container is filled into the dosing cap, the partial amount being applied from the dosing cap to the laundry to be cleaned , whereby the applied detergent is distributed over the laundry to be cleaned using the brush attachment placed on the open end part of the cap body and rubbed into the laundry to be cleaned. It is advantageously possible to attach the brush attachment to the open end part for pre-treatment of the laundry, so that the dosing cap does not have to be turned over after the detergent has been applied. Please refer to the information on the dosing cap and the cleaning agent container.

Therefore, with the dosing cap according to the invention it is advantageously possible to combine the advantages of both positions of the brush attachment with one another. On the one hand, the brush attachment can be placed on the closed end part in an advertising-effective way that is visible to the consumer. On the other hand, the handling of the dosing cap during pretreatment can be made much more comfortable if the brush attachment is placed on the open end part, because after applying a cleaning agent, such as liquid detergent, the dosing cap can be distributed and rubbed in directly onto the object without turning it over cleaning agent with the brush attachment.
The brush attachment extends along a longitudinal direction, a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction.
According to the invention it is provided that the brush attachment has an annular brush attachment body designed in such a way that the lower part of the brush attachment body can be plugged onto the cap body and a large number of bristles are arranged on its upper part. With this annular design, a particularly efficient implementation of the brush attachment is advantageously possible. The brush attachment body is essentially rotationally symmetrical to its longitudinal axis, which extends parallel to the longitudinal direction. The cross-sectional plane of the brush attachment body lies perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body, thus parallel to the plane spanned by the width direction and the transverse direction.
Furthermore, it is provided that the brush attachment body has a larger cross section on its lower part than the cross section of the cap body in the area of the closed or open end part, so that the brush attachment can be inserted over the outer surface of the corresponding end part. The brush attachment body can be designed in such a way that pushing the brush attachment body onto the cap body results in a sufficiently strong connection between the brush attachment body and the cap body, so that the brush attachment remains firmly arranged on the cap body, for example when the object is pre-treated.
For example, it can be provided in particular that the brush attachment is designed to be reversible in such a way that the brush attachment is in a first position when it is plugged onto the closed end part, or is in a second position when it is plugged into the open end part, wherein the brush attachment can be variably repositioned between the first position and the second position. This advantageously enables particularly comfortable use of the dosing cap.
The dosing cap is designed in such a way that it can be used to fill a partial dose of the cleaning agent contained in the cleaning agent container. For this purpose, the dosing cap can, for example, have marking lines and volume information that indicate the corresponding filling quantity. In addition, the dosing cap is designed such that it can close an outlet of the cleaning agent container. In addition, the dosing cap is designed such that it can be connected to the cleaning agent container, for example via a screw connection. The cleaning agent container can be any type of vessel into which a cleaning agent can be placed. The cleaning agent can have any type of composition that allows objects to be cleaned. It can be at The cleaning agent can be, for example, detergents, in particular liquid detergents, and/or dishwashing detergents, etc. The items to be cleaned can be, for example, laundry and/or dishes, etc.
The cup-shaped cap body can have any shape that allows cleaning agent to be poured into the cap body and the cleaning agent to be applied to the object to be cleaned. At the closed end part, the cap body has a closed shape so that the cleaning agent cannot flow out of the dosing cap. At the open end part, the dosing cap has an opening which enables the cleaning agent to be poured out of the dosing cap onto the object. The brush device or the brush attachment is designed in such a way that it enables the object to be pretreated. The brush attachment can be designed in such a way that it enables, for example, the cleaning agent to be distributed on the object and/or the cleaning agent to be rubbed into the object.
Advantageous refinements and further developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims and the description with reference to the drawings.
According to an exemplary development, it is provided that the brush attachment has a large number of bristles with a length of 4 mm to 20 mm. The large number of bristles can have different lengths, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same length. The bristles can in particular be circular cylindrical, preferably slightly conical.
According to another exemplary development, it is provided that the bristles have a diameter of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. In this diameter range, a comparatively good pretreatment effect is advantageously achieved. According to a preferred development, it is provided that the bristles have a diameter of 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. This means that a very efficient pretreatment can advantageously be achieved. The large number of bristles can have different diameters, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same diameter.
According to another exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the bristles have a hardness in the range from 30 to 110 Shore A. This advantageously makes it possible to achieve a comparatively high level of flexibility, which means that particularly good pretreatment is possible. According to a preferred development, it is provided that the bristles have a hardness of 50 to 70 Shore A. Optimal pretreatment is possible in this area. The large number of bristles can have different degrees of hardness, but it can in particular be provided that all bristles have the same degree of hardness.
In particular, it can be provided that the brush attachment is made of an injection-molded material. In particular, the brush attachment is made of a rubber material and/or a plastic material. The lower part of the brush attachment body is plugged onto either the open end part or the closed end part. The upper part opposite the lower part accordingly has the large number of bristles.
An outside diameter at the closed end portion of the cap body may differ from an outside diameter at the open end portion of the cap body. Preferably the outside diameter at the closed end part is smaller than the outside diameter at the open end part. A lateral surface of the cap body can be conical at least in the area of the closed end part, so that during its production the cap body with its closed end part can be thrown out of an injection mold half. The difference in the outside diameters can be at least 2 percent based on the larger outside diameter.
The brush attachment or the cap body can have connecting means, so that a brush attachment attached to the closed end part and a brush attachment attached to the open end part can only be removed by overcoming a lifting force, even if, as in the exemplary embodiment explained above, the outer diameter is closed and open end part are different. The lifting force (in the axial direction of the cap body perpendicular to the cap base) should be greater than 2 N. Preferably, the lifting force for the closed end and the open end is each greater than 20 or even 100 N.
In one embodiment, the connecting means include elastic restoring forces of the brush attachment body.
The connecting means may include adhesive. Alternatively or in addition to the elasticity of the brush attachment body, appropriate adhesive can be applied between the brush attachment and the cap body. One possibility here is to apply the adhesive to the outer wall of the cap body and, as long as the adhesive is still liquid or not yet hardened, to slide the brush attachment onto the closed end of the cap body. Adhesive strips can also be used, which are arranged between the brush attachment and the cap body.
According to another exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the brush attachment has a web on which the plurality of bristles are arranged, the web being arranged in the upper region of the brush attachment body or on its upper part. The jetty is plate-shaped and connected to the large number of bristles. In particular, the bristles can be arranged perpendicular to the surface of the web. The bristles can be evenly spaced apart and in particular arranged in a line shape, with several lines being able to be arranged one behind the other and/or offset from one another. For example, the bristles may be evenly spaced from one another at a distance of 1 mm to 2 mm.
It can be provided that the web is arranged parallel to the cross-sectional area or to the cross-sectional plane of the brush attachment body. The web or its surface is therefore also arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body. According to an exemplary embodiment, the web is approximately semicircular and covers approximately 40% to 50% of the cross-sectional area of the brush attachment body, so that an approximately semicircular upper opening is formed. This upper opening is formed between an upper edge of the brush attachment body, which limits the brush attachment body upwards, and an edge of the web, this upper opening allowing the metered cleaning agent located in the dosing cap to exit the dosing cap on the web can be applied with the bristles onto the object to be cleaned. This advantageously enables particularly comfortable handling of the dosing cap.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsformen beträgt die Kragenhöhe 3,0 mm bis 4,0 mm.In particular, it can be provided that the large number of bristles are surrounded by a circumferential collar which is arranged on the web. This collar advantageously prevents the cleaning agent from accidentally flowing off the bridge or the bristles. In particular, it can be provided that the collar has a height of 2 mm to 10 mm. The collar extends perpendicular to the surface of the web and the height of the collar is the vertical extent of the collar in relation to the surface of the web. According to a preferred embodiment, the collar height is 3.0 mm to 4.0 mm.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the brush attachment has a corrugation arranged laterally on the outer wall of the brush attachment body, the corrugation having indentations with a depth of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. The ribbing allows the user to grip the brush attachment better during pre-treatment. The corrugation with the indentations also enables the cleaning agent to be finely distributed on the object and thus improves the pre-treatment options of the brush attachment or the dosing cap. In particular, it can be provided that the indentations and projections on the outer wall of the brush attachment body alternate regularly, so that a particularly efficient gripping or pre-treatment surface is created. For example, the distance between adjacent indentations can be approximately 1 mm.
In particular, it can be provided that the corrugation comprises at least one corrugated area which extends in an angular range of 40° to 60° on the outside or outer wall of the brush attachment body. This angular range refers to a circular arc segment which is arranged on the outer wall of the annular brush attachment body. With this For example, the corrugated angular area allows efficient distribution of the cleaning agent. In particular, the corrugation on the outer wall of the brush attachment body can comprise two spaced apart corrugated areas which lie opposite one another with respect to the longitudinal axis of the brush attachment body. With this arrangement of the corrugated areas, a particularly efficient pretreatment is possible.
A further subject of the present invention relates to a cleaning agent container, having a dosing cap according to one of the preceding embodiments, wherein the brush attachment is either in a presentation state of the cleaning agent container on the closed end part of the dosing cap or is in a use state of the cleaning agent container on the open end part of the dosing cap. The presentation state can, for example, be the state in which the container is located if the brush attachment is to be particularly clearly visible to the consumer on a store shelf. The state of use is the state in which the container is when the brush attachment or the dosing cap is to be used for pre-treatment. It can be provided that, when in use, the brush attachment is arranged inside the container and is therefore not visible from the outside. Furthermore, please refer to the information on the dosing cap.
Another subject of the present invention relates to a use of a dosing cap according to one of the preceding embodiments for the pretreatment of laundry to be cleaned, wherein a partial amount of a detergent from a liquid detergent container is filled into the dosing cap, the partial amount being applied from the dosing cap to the laundry to be cleaned , whereby the applied detergent is distributed over the laundry to be cleaned using the brush attachment placed on the open end part of the cap body and rubbed into the laundry to be cleaned. It is advantageously possible to attach the brush attachment to the open end part for pre-treatment of the laundry, so that the dosing cap does not have to be turned over after the detergent has been applied. Please refer to the information on the dosing cap and the cleaning agent container.
