Claims (17)

  1. Swing-door arrangement (100) having a pivotably mounted door leaf (110) which, with the aid of a pivoting device which can be operated by means of a drive device, can be pivoted in a reversible manner from a first position, in which the door leaf (110) is open, into a second position, in which the door leaf (110), in the region of its outer edge, flanks a door frame (120), which has two horizontal frame struts (121) and two vertical frame struts (122), and thus closes the door frame (120), wherein, in the closed state of the door leaf (110), a door-frame-stop rail (123), which is arranged in the lower region of the periphery of the door frame (110), is located opposite a door-leaf-sealing strip (124), wherein at least one spindle (190), which is mounted such that it can be displaced perpendicularly to the surface normal of the door leaf (110), is fitted in the region of the inner surface of the door leaf (110) and can be transferred from a neutral position, in which a lower end of the spindle (190) is exposed, into a sealing position, in which the lower end of the spindle (190) engages behind a door-frame-stop rail (123) in the vicinity of the floor, so that the door leaf pushes the door-leaf-sealing strip (124) against the door-frame-stop rail (123) for the purposes of a water-tight termination between the door-leaf-sealing strip (124) and the door-frame-stop rail (123), characterized in that the lower end of the spindle (190) tapers to a point, wherein the spindle (190) is mounted in the region of the inner surface of the door leaf (110) such that, when the spindle (190) is being transferred into a sealing position, the tapered point of the spindle (190) ends up located, for engagement behind the door-frame-stop rail (123), in the region of the inner surface of the door-frame-stop rail (123), said inner surface being remote from the door leaf (110).
  2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in a sealing position of the door leaf (110), the spindle (190) is mounted in a vertically displaceable manner.
  3. Arrangement according to Claim 2, characterized in that the spindle (190) is mounted in a reciprocally displaceable manner in a guide (112) fastened on the inner surface of the door leaf (110) .
  4. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that that lower end of the spindle (190) which tapers to a point has a flank (191) which runs at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the spindle (190) and, as a result of contact with the door-frame-stop rail (123) during the operation of the spindle (190) being transferred into a sealing position, subjects the door-leaf-sealing strip (124), which is connected to the door leaf, to a lever action to produce a water-tight termination between the door-leaf-sealing strip (124) and door-frame-stop rail (123).
  5. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a manually actuable rotary element (195) is fitted in the region of the inner surface of the door leaf (110) and has its rotary-pin member oriented normal to the surface of the door leaf (110) and provided with tooth elements, which interact with tooth elements fitted in the upper region of the spindle (190) so that rotation of the rotary element (195) gives rise to linearly vertical displacement of the spindle (190).
  6. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an aperture (196) for accommodating the lower end of the spindle (190) located in the sealing position is provided in that region behind the door-frame-stop rail (123) in which the spindle (190) engages behind the door-frame-stop rail (123) in the sealing position.
  7. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a respective fixing means for a rotary-point bearing (130) of the door leaf (110) is provided in a respective central portion of the two vertical frame struts (122), and the two rotary-point bearings (130) each interact with a lever element (140), which is arranged in a respectively central portion of a lateral part (111) of the door leaf (110), wherein a stop rail (123) is provided in the region of parts of the outer edge of the door frame (122) and, in the closed state of the door leaf (110), flanks a sealing strip (124), which is arranged in those outer peripheral regions of the outer surface of the door leaf (110) which are arranged beneath the two lever elements (140), and wherein the lever elements (140, 140'), in interaction with the force of the drive device, give rise to a water-tight termination between the stop rail (123) and sealing strip (124).
  8. Arrangement according to Claim 7, characterized in that a rotary-point bearing (130) is arranged outside the plane (125) of the door frame (120), at a specifically predefined distance (126) from the plane of the door frame (120).
  9. Arrangement according to Claim 8, characterized in that, starting from the plane of the door frame (120), a rotary-point bearing (130) is offset out of the plane of the door frame (120) in the direction of the interior which is to be protected by the door leaf (110).
  10. Arrangement according to either of Claims 8 and 9, characterized in that a rotary-point bearing (130) is arranged at a distance of 3 cm to 30 cm from the plane of the door frame (120).
  11. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a rotary-point bearing (130) contains a respective rotatably mounted disc (132), which interacts with a lever element (140).
  12. Arrangement according to Claim 11, characterized in that the disc (132) is mounted such that it can be rotated about a horizontal pin (131), wherein the pin bearing is fixed to a relevant vertical frame strut (122) via a retaining element (150).
  13. Arrangement according to either of Claims 11 and 12, characterized in that a lever element (140) is designed in the form of a vertically arranged panel (140), with a flanking surface (141) which, upon closure of the door leaf (110), flanks the periphery of the rotatable disc (132) tangentially.
  14. Arrangement according to Claim 13, characterized in that a panel (140) is designed in the form of part of a partially open cage (133).
  15. Arrangement according to one of Claims 11-14, characterized in that a cage (133), for interaction between the disc (132) and the flanking surface (141) of the panel (140), said flanking surface being provided in the interior of the cage (133), is open in the downward direction and is fixed via a supporting panel (134) to a lateral part of the door leaf (110), said lateral part being designed in the form of leaf struts (111) .
  16. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral struts (111) of the door leaf (110) are connected, above the lever elements (140), at least indirectly to rollers (160) that are mounted such that they can be rotated about a horizontal axis, wherein the rollers (160) are guided in respective guide rails (170) in order for the door leaf (110) to be transported in a reversible manner, by means of the drive device, from a horizontal position, in which the door frame (120) is open, into a vertical position, in which the door frame (120) is closed, wherein the lateral struts (111) of the door leaf (110) are oriented parallel to the vertical struts (122) of the door frame (120).
  17. Arrangement according to Claim 16, characterized in that the pivoting device contains two lever arms (180) which can each be pivoted about a horizontal pin bearing, wherein the lateral struts (111) of the door leaf (110) are connected, beneath the lever elements (140), in each case at least indirectly to a rotatably mounted end (181) of a corresponding lever arm (180), which can be pivoted in the region of its other end (183) about a horizontal pin bearing (182), and wherein a respective pin bearing (182) is fastened on a respective vertical frame strut (122), beneath a fixing means for a rotary-point bearing (130) of the door leaf (110).
