Claims (15)
- Deckelstruktur (3) für einen Behälter mit einer Umfangswand (16), die sich bis zu einer Oberkante (18) erstreckt und einen ein Produkt enthaltenden Raum (20) definiert, wobei die Deckelstruktur umfasst:einen unteren Rahmen (8) zur Verbindung mit der Oberkante des Behälters, wobei der untere Rahmen eine Zugangsöffnung (26) definiert, die den Zugang zu dem das Produkt enthaltenden Raum ermöglicht;einen oberen Rahmen (10), der mit dem unteren Rahmen in einer Schnappverbindung verbindbar ist und mit diesem eine umlaufende erste Dichtung bildet; undeinen Deckel (12), der zum Schließen der Öffnung angeordnet ist, wobei der Deckel und der obere Rahmen ineinandergreifen und eine umlaufende zweite Dichtung bilden.
- Deckelstruktur nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schnappverbindung radial nach innen von der ersten Dichtung angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von sich nach unten erstreckenden Widerhaken (40) am oberen Rahmen umfasst, die durch Rastöffnungen (46) in den unteren Rahmen greifen.
- Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die erste Dichtung einen aufrechten ersten Rand (48) am unteren Rahmen umfasst, der in eine sich nach unten erstreckende erste Nut (54) des oberen Rahmens eingreift und/oder die zweite Dichtung einen aufrechten zweiten Rand (56) am oberen Rahmen umfasst, die in eine sich nach unten erstreckende zweite Nut (58) des Deckels eingreift und wobei die erste und/oder zweite Nut umlaufend ist/sind und vorzugsweise mit Leitstrukturen (60, 62) versehen ist/sind, die sich radial auf beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Nut mit einen Abstand erstrecken, der mindestens gleich einer Breite des jeweiligen ersten und zweiten Randes ist, die angeordnet sind, um den Eintritt des Randes in die Nut zu erleichtern.
- Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der obere Rahmen eine äußere Umfangsschürze (66) und der Deckel eine Außenfläche (64) aufweist, wobei die Außenfläche und die Schürze in der geschlossenen Position des Deckels koplanar sind.
- Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der obere Rahmen eine äußere Umfangsschürze und der untere Rahmen eine Umfangsfläche (68) aufweist, wobei die Umfangsfläche und die Schürze koplanar sind, wenn der obere Rahmen und der untere Rahmen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel schwenkbar mit dem oberen Rahmen verbunden ist und vorzugsweise um ein Scharnier (11) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, das radial nach innen von einem Außenumfang des oberen Rahmens angeordnet ist.
- Deckelstruktur nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Dichtung mit dem Eingriff beginnt, wenn der Deckel in einem Winkel von mehr als 15° zum oberen Rahmen steht.
- Deckelstruktur nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, wobei die zweite Dichtung einen aufrechten zweiten Rand am oberen Rahmen umfasst, der in eine sich nach unten erstreckende zweite Nut des Deckels mit einer umlaufenden Innenwand und einer umlaufenden Außenwand eingreift, wobei sich die umlaufende Außenwand in einem an das Scharnier angrenzenden Bereich um einen größeren Abstand als die umlaufende Innenwand nach unten erstreckt.
- Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die erste und zweite Dichtung insektendichte Dichtungen sind.
- Verpackung (1), umfassend eine Deckelstruktur nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch und einen Behälter (2) mit einer Umfangswand, die sich bis zu einer Oberkante erstreckt und einen ein Produkt enthaltenden Raum definiert, wobei der untere Rahmen mit der Oberkante des Behälters verbunden ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, ferner umfassend eine Membrandichtung (6) zum Abdichten des ein Produkt enthaltenden Raums vor der Verwendung.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 10 oder Anspruch 11, wobei der Behälter eine dünnwandige, thermogeformte Wanne mit einer Wandstärke zwischen 0,1 und 0,6 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,2 mm und 0,4 mm ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, wobei der Behälter eine Kartonhülse (4) umfasst, die eine dünnwandige, thermogeformte Wanne umschließt und trägt.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei der untere Rahmen fest mit der Oberkante des Behälters verbunden ist, vorzugsweise durch Schweißen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, ferner umfassend eine Menge an pulverförmigem Nahrungsprodukt, vorzugsweise Säuglingsmilchnahrung, die in dem ein Produkt enthaltenden Raum verschlossen ist.
