Definitions

  • the subject of the invention is the use for the manufacture of biogas of an internal hydrogenated sugar dehydration product.
  • the subject of the invention is also a particular composition which can be obtained by internal dehydration of hydrogenated sugar and which is very useful as an anaerobic digestion substrate.
  • Another subject of the invention relates to a methanation process using said internal hydrogenated sugar dehydration product.
  • Biogas is obtained by anaerobic digestion (also called anaerobic digestion) of organic matter.
  • the degradation is carried out by microorganisms under controlled conditions and absence of oxygen.
  • biogas is recovered and a wet product rich in partially stabilized organic matter, called digestate.
  • This digestate can be spread, possibly after a composting step.
  • the biogas obtained generally comprises mainly methane, carbon dioxide and some trace gases such as dinitrogen, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide. Regarding the last two, it is preferable to limit their content in the biogas as much as possible. Indeed, during the combustion of biogas, ammonia will easily turn into oxides of nitrogen (NOx) that are dangerous for humans and the environment.
  • NOx oxides of nitrogen
  • biomass As for hydrogen sulphide, it is a corrosive and toxic gas. In addition, when hydrogen sulphide is burned, it is converted into sulfur oxides (SOx) and, in the environment, sulfuric acid or other sulphates, the latter being largely responsible for the phenomenon of acid rain. It is possible to obtain biogas from many types of organic matter or "biomass", for example biomass of agro-industrial, agricultural or municipal origin. This may include manure, grease or waste from the agri-food industry. Each biomass has a defined methane potential, which represents the volume of methane that can be obtained from a determined mass of this biomass. The higher the methane potential, the better the productivity of this biomass in methane.
  • methanogenic substrate also called “methanogenic substrate” in the following description.
  • This methanogenic substrate has a high methane potential, which may be greater than that of other substrates already known such as slurry or glucose.
- jusqu'à 50 % d'au moins un monoanhydrohexitol (M) et d'au moins un dianhydrohexitol (D) ;
- au moins 50% de polymères d'anhydrohexitols (P) ;
• une étape d'introduction dans un digesteur d'un substrat méthanogène comprenant un produit de déshydratation interne d'un sucre hydrogéné, en présence d'un micro-organisme, pour former un milieu méthanogène ;
• une étape de digestion anaérobie du substrat méthanogène à une température allant de 15 à 70^, de préférence de 25 à 45^, afin de former du biogaz ;
Description détaillée de l'invention
- jusqu'à 50 % d'au moins un monoanhydrohexitol (M) et d'au moins un dianhydrohexitol (D), par exemple de 5 à 50%, notamment de 10 à 50%, avantageusement de 25 à 45%, de préférence de 30 à 40% ;
70% ;
Cette composition particulière peut être obtenue par un procédé de fabrication comprenant : - une étape d'introduction d'au moins un hexitol dans un réacteur en présence d'un catalyseur de déshydratation ; une étape de déshydratation de l'hexitol de manière à former une composition de monoanhydrohexitols (M), dianhydrohexitols (D) et polymères d'anhydrohexitols (P) et riche en polymères d'anhydrohexitols ;
une étape éventuelle de neutralisation ou d'élimination du catalyseur ;
- une étape de distillation de la composition pour réduire la quantité de dianhydrohexitol (D) ;
• 65 à 75% en masse de dianhydrohexitols (D) ; · 5 à 15% en masse de monoanhydrohexitols (M), de préférence de 8 à 12% ;
• une étape d'introduction dans un digesteur d'un substrat méthanogène comprenant un produit de déshydratation interne d'un sucre hydrogéné, en présence d'un micro-organisme, pour former un milieu méthanogène ;
• une étape de digestion anaérobie du substrat méthanogène à une température allant de 15 à 70 °C, de préférence de 25 à 45 °C, afin de former du biogaz ;
- d'une colonne de type DB1 d'une longueur de 30 m et de 0,32 mm de diamètre avec une épaisseur de film de 1 μηη ;
- d'un injecteur split-splitless chauffé à 300°C en utilisant un débit d'hélium est de 1 ,7 mL/min constant ;
- Mode d'injection : split avec « liner split » ;
- d'un détecteur FID chauffé à une température de 300 °C ;
un inoculum, qui sont des boues comprenant micro-organismes mésophiles, issues d'un méthaniseur industriel traitant des déchets de sucrerie ; la quantité de matière organique apportée par l'inoculum au milieu est de l'ordre de 10g/L ;
solutions d'oligoéléments (FeCI2, CoCI2, MnCI2, NiCI2, ZnCI2, H3B03, Na2Se04, CuCI2, Na2Mo ), macroéléments (NH CI, KH2P0 , MgCI2, CaCI2) afin de maintenir une activité bactérienne la meilleure possible ;
- Solution tampon bicarbonate afin de stabiliser le pH autour de 7,0 ;
La composition à évaluer dont la quantité est conditionnée suivant le ratio massique, exprimé en matière sèche, m(composition)/m(inoculum) = 0,3 ;
