Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for operating a workstation of a spinning and / or winding machine, which has a spinning device for producing a thread or a cop for supplying a thread and a winding device for producing a cross-wound bobbin on a sleeve, wherein the winding device a pivotable Having mounted coil holder with reel plate for receiving the sleeve and for catching the thread, a driven winding roller for rotating the sleeve or the spool and a Fadenchangier alike and the job with a first, directed towards the circumference of the suction nozzle and further with a second on the of arranged opposite the cross-coil side of the reel disc and substantially directed against the first suction nozzle and spaced therefrom suction nozzle is equipped and a corresponding job of a spinning and / or winding machine.
- a method for operating jobs of an open-end rotor spinning machine and a corresponding job for performing the method is known in which a first, pivotally mounted suction nozzle and a second, movably mounted suction nozzle are present.
- the first, pivotally mounted suction nozzle picks up a thread from a cross-wound bobbin and transfers the thread in the area of the spinning device to the workstation.
- the winding process is interrupted and initiated a cheese / sleeve change.
- the produced thread is disposed of by the second suction nozzle which can be positioned as required.
- the movably mounted second suction nozzle is positioned at the transfer of the incoming thread to an empty sleeve so that the thread can be held in the appropriate position.
- the disadvantage here is that two movably mounted suction nozzles are needed.
- the required design effort for the storage of the suction nozzles is complex and requires a lot of control.
- the movement of the suction nozzles is time-consuming and at the expense of the productivity of the job.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus with which a thread can be applied to an empty shell of a spinning and / or winding machine quickly and structurally simple.
- the inventive method for operating a job of a spinning and / or winding machine is used for applying a thread to an empty sleeve.
- a suitable spinning machine may be an open-end rotor spinning machine or an air-spinning machine.
- a winding machine which instead of a spinning device for producing a thread has a cop from which yarn is supplied and is wound on a cross-wound bobbin, is suitable for the application of the method according to the invention.
- the work station has a spinning device for producing a thread or a cop for supplying a thread and a winding device for producing a cross-wound bobbin on a sleeve.
- the winding device has a pivotally mounted reel holder with reel disc for receiving the sleeve and for catching the thread, a driven winding roller for rotating the sleeve or the reel, and a thread-changing device.
- the workstation is arranged with a first, directed onto the coil circumference suction nozzle and further with a second, arranged on the side facing away from the cross-wound side of the reel disc and substantially directed against the first suction nozzle and spaced therefrom suction nozzle.
- the thread is arranged for application to an empty sleeve in the two suction nozzles and clamped therebetween in particular by means of negative pressure in at least the second suction nozzle.
- the other end of the thread can pass through the first suction nozzle and also be held by means of vacuum or by means of a clamping device, for example between pinch rollers.
- the clamping of the thread can also be done on both sides by means of a clamping device, which is arranged for example in or in the region of the suction nozzles.
- a clamping device which is arranged for example in or in the region of the suction nozzles.
- the spanned between the two suction nozzles thread is detected by a catching device to catch the thread and then wind on the sleeve.
- the catcher engages the tensioned thread and moves it toward the sleeve as soon as the spool plate rotates.
- the thread can be clamped in a very simple manner. If the thread is then crossed with the winding unit, the catching device intercepts the thread and can then fix it on the sleeve in such a way that the thread is wound onto the sleeve.
- the process can be very fast, since only a few movements are required. The productivity of the job can thus be significantly increased compared to corresponding methods of the prior art.
- both suction nozzles are not moved, that is, fixedly and stationarily arranged at the work site. This is an even faster Fixation of the thread on the empty sleeve possible. The procedure is thereby simplified and faster to carry out than in the prior art
- the reel plate and / or the sleeve are at least part of the catching device.
- the spanned thread is crossed with the reel plate and / or the sleeve to catch the thread and then wind on the sleeve.
- the coil plate and / or the sleeve and the thread crossing each other the coil plate and / or the sleeve can take the thread and ensure that the thread is then wound onto the sleeve.
- the reel plate may have various known features.
- a hook-shaped design on the reel disc wherein the corresponding hook can engage in the tensioned thread and moves it in the direction of the sleeve as soon as the reel disc rotates. If the thread is then crossed with the winding unit, the hook catches the thread and can then fix it on the sleeve in such a way that the thread is wound onto the sleeve.
- the thread can also be crossed with the sleeve. He is either clamped in appropriately prepared, for example, slotted or roughened sleeves, clamped on this or again alternatively between the sleeve and the coil plate and thereby caught.
- the thread is guided between the two suction nozzles by means of a guide device, then it can be clamped in a suitable manner in order to be reliably and easily grasped by the coil plate.
- the guide device can also be provided that the thread is sufficiently tensioned to ensure a secure gripping of the thread through the reel plate.
- the reel disc in particular if it has hooks on the circumference, can grasp the thread easily and securely.
- the reel plate is lowered in the direction of the winding roller or the guide device is moved in the radial direction toward the reel plate, so that the thread spanned by the guide device at an angle, in particular substantially transversely to the reel spool, is crossed between the two suction nozzles with the reel plate also ensures a fast and secure capture of the thread through the bobbin plate and a subsequent winding of the thread on the sleeve.
- the guide means can be formed very easily. In this case, a mobility of the guide means for supplying the thread to the bobbin plate is not required.
- the coil plate moves with the lowering of the sleeve on a winding roller for driving the sleeve at the same time also on the guide means and thus on the thread tensioned therein and seizes this.
- the guide device If the guide device is moved away from the reel plate after the thread has been applied to the empty tube, it is ensured that the guide device does not hinder the winding of the thread on the sleeve or the formation of the cross-wound bobbin. However, this movement takes place after the transfer of the thread to the reel plate and can be done after the beginning of the production of the thread or the rewinding of the thread and thus does not lead to an extension of the duty cycle.
- the thread from an auxiliary coil of a maintenance facility or from the previously at this workstation finished cross-wound bobbin or brought by the spinning device between the two suction nozzles and sucked by the two suction nozzles.
- the thread is in the two suction nozzles and can be clamped in accordance with the distance between the two suction nozzles.
- the thread comes from the spinning device and is further produced, it can be done a flying change of the full bobbin against an empty sleeve.
- the thread is first sucked in by the first suction nozzle and then by the second suction nozzle, then it can be positioned with predetermined lengths in the respective suction nozzle.
- the full bobbin is replaced with an empty tube.
- the piece of thread located in the two suction nozzles can then be used for re-spinning or for connecting to a thread of a supplied cop and for applying to the sleeve.
- the thread is inserted by the maintenance device in the two suction nozzles, the design complexity of the individual jobs of the machine is reduced. This relatively rare intervention can be made by the service facility be carried out, which has all the necessary handling facilities, without having to always be present at each workstation. If the thread is inserted into the two suction nozzles by a maintenance device, a targeted feeding of the thread from the auxiliary coil or from the cheese previously completed at this point of operation to the guide device can take place in order to ensure proper gripping by the catching device.
- the thread After the thread has been applied to the empty sleeve, the thread is separated and sucked the projecting into the second suction nozzle end of the thread. The thread is then wound onto the sleeve. This ensures that no thread end protrudes beyond the bobbin, which could damage the bobbin. In a preferred embodiment, the thread is guided through the first suction nozzle during winding onto the cross-wound bobbin.
- the normal winding of the coil can subsequently take place. If the thread is oscillated by means of the guide device, d. H. the guide device is part of the traversing device, this leads to a structurally very simple embodiment of the invention. A transfer of the guide device to the traversing device is not required. This can be done, for example, so that the guiding or traversing device is able to be moved beyond the normal traversing path, which is necessary for the winding of the coil, to stretch the thread between the two suction nozzles. Once the normal winding of the bobbin, the traversing yarn guide moves within the traverse path of the cheese.
- the guide device and the traversing device are separate components. As a result, a transfer of the thread from the guide device to the traversing device is required.
- a workstation according to the invention of a spinning and / or winding machine has a spinning device for producing a thread or a cop for supplying a thread and a winding device for producing a cross-wound bobbin on a sleeve.
- the winding device has a pivotally mounted reel holder with reel disc for receiving the sleeve and for catching the thread, a driven winding roller for rotating the sleeve or the reel, and a thread-changing device.
- the work station is arranged with a first, directed onto the coil circumference suction nozzle and further with a second, on the side facing away from the spool cheese from the side of the reel disc and directed substantially opposite to the first suction nozzle and spaced from this suction nozzle.
- the two suction nozzles are arranged relative to each other such that the thread located in the two suction nozzles can be clamped for application to an empty sleeve between the two suction nozzles by means of negative pressure in at least the second suction nozzle so that it can be detected by a catching device.
- the thread can be caught and then wound on the sleeve.
- the thread between the suction nozzles is tensioned.
- the two suction nozzles suck in the opposite direction to the thread, so that it is stretched between the two suction nozzles.
- the thread is clamped in the region of the first suction nozzle and is sucked in by the second suction nozzle, or vice versa is clamped in or in the region of the two suction nozzles. This also creates a tension on the Thread. By catching the thread is gripped and can be wound up on the sleeve.
- the second suction nozzle preferably both suction nozzles
- the two stationary suction nozzles provide for a very simple execution of the job according to the invention. Facilities for moving and guiding the suction nozzles are not required. Both suction nozzles can be fixed at the workplace and the thread is passed through the two suction nozzles. Of course, it is also possible that one or both suction nozzles are designed to be movable, for example pivotable or displaceable.
- the piece of thread located between the two suction nozzles is crossed with the reel plate and / or the sleeve.
- the reel disc and / or the sleeve are at least part of the catching device and the spanned thread can be caught and then wound onto the sleeve.
- the thread can be selectively brought into the region of the reel plate or the sleeve or, conversely, the reel plate or the sleeve in the region of the tensioned thread. The thread can thereby be detected and wound up on the sleeve.
- the thread can be arranged essentially transversely to the reel plate.
- the guide device ensures that the crossing angle between the catching device, for example the reel plate, and the opened thread is such that, according to the catching device, the thread is ideally positioned.
- the bobbin plate has a toothed circumference, wherein the teeth can engage in the tensioned thread and bring this towards the sleeve.
- the Sleeve or be provided between the sleeve and the reel disc, in which the thread is clamped. In this case, it is advantageous if the thread is aligned substantially parallel to the reel plate. The crossing angle is very low in this case.
- the guide device is arranged in the radial direction on the reel disc and / or movable away therefrom.
- the guide device can thus move the clamped thread either in the direction of the reel plate or moved out of the region of the reel disc after gripping the thread so as not to hinder the subsequent winding of the thread on the cross-wound bobbin.
- the guide device is arranged on the first suction nozzle or its housing.
- the guide device can be arranged in this case exactly with respect to the cross-wound bobbin, on the coil circumference of which the first suction nozzle is directed.
- the guide device is part of a movable mouth of the first suction nozzle, then the feeding of the thread to the catching device or the moving away of the guide device after the transfer of the thread to the catching device can be realized very easily.
- the thread can be placed in a very simple manner around the hook or hooks of the guide device and can be sucked in by at least the second suction device and thereby tightened.
- the guide device is at the same time a traversing yarn guide.
- the traversing yarn guide is from the traverse path led out for the cheese out and serves as a guide device for the thread.
- a maintenance device which serves to insert the thread into the two suction nozzles
- the piecing and setting of the thread can be done without a correspondingly required thread end is located at the workplace.
- the maintenance device which patrols along a plurality of jobs, leads this thread end of the entrained auxiliary coil of the job or the suction nozzles.
- a separating device is arranged at the work station in order to separate the thread after it has been applied to the empty sleeve, then the severed thread end can be sucked out through the second suction nozzle. There is no overhanging thread end on the cross-wound bobbin, which could damage the cross-wound bobbin.
- FIGS. 1a to 1c is a side view of a sketched job of a spinning / winding machine, such as a rotor spinning machine or an air-spinning machine, shown, in which two suction nozzles are shown in section.
- the following embodiments each relate to a catching device, which is equipped by means of a toothed coil plate.
- An interceptor located on the sleeve or between the sleeve and the reel disc operates analogously to the following description.
- the positioning of the thread with respect to the catching device can be modified so that the corresponding catching device can detect the thread well and reliably.
- FIG. 1a the spinning / winding machine is shown during production.
- a yarn 2 is produced and withdrawn from the spinning device 1 by means of driven take-off rolls 3.
- the yarn 2 passes through an opening 4 of a first suction nozzle 5 through this first suction nozzle 5 and passes to a winding device 6.
- the winding device 6 has a coil 7, on which the yarn 2 is wound.
- the coil 7 is held in a coil holder 8.
- the coil holder 8 is pivotally mounted according to the double arrow direction and adapts to the current diameter of the coil 7. In addition, he is able to raise or lower the coil 7 or the sleeve 18 shown in the following figures as needed.
- a coil plate 9 On the coil holder 8, which surrounds the coil 7 or sleeve 18 on both sides, a coil plate 9 is arranged, which has teeth 10. The teeth 10 serve to catch the thread 2, as will be described in detail later.
- the thread 2 For rotation of the spool 7 in the direction of the arrow, it rests on a winding roller 11, which is driven.
- the thread 2 is located in a yarn guide 11, which oscillates back and forth in front of the bobbin 7 and winds the yarn 2 crosswise on the bobbin 7.
- a second suction nozzle 12 is arranged, which is directed opposite to the first suction nozzle 5.
- the two mouths of the first suction nozzle 5 and the second suction nozzle 12 are substantially opposite each other, even if they can be laterally offset from each other when viewed on the winding surface of the coil 7. As will be described later, according to the inventive method, the thread 2 is clamped between the two mouths.
- a holder 13 In the area of take-off rolls 3, a holder 13 is provided, which is rotatably mounted. On the holder 13, a seal 14 and an eyelet 15 are arranged.
- the seal 14 is intended to seal the opening 4 of the first suction nozzle 5, while the eyelet 15 is within the first suction nozzle 5 or when the first suction nozzle 5 at the mouth should have a suction force for attracting or holding the thread 2.
- the first suction nozzle 5 is connected to a first suction A1 and the second suction nozzle 12 to a second suction A2. Both aspirators A1 and A2 can be switched on and off independently of each other. In the presentation of the FIG. 1a the two suction devices are switched off, since the yarn 2 runs directly from the spinning device 1 through the opening 4 and the upper part of the first suction nozzle 5 to the winding device 6 and is wound there on the spool 7. A suction force of the first suction nozzle 5 on the yarn 2 is not required in this state.
- FIG. 1b In the presentation of the FIG. 1b is compared to FIG. 1 a, the holder 13 is pivoted upward and closes with the seal 14, the opening 4. Both suction A1 and A2 are turned on.
- the thread 2 is located with one end in the first suction nozzle 5 and with the other end in the second suction nozzle 12.
- the thread 2 extends through the eye 15 of the holder 13.
- the thread 2 in FIG. 1b originates, for example, from an auxiliary coil, which was brought by a maintenance car, not shown, to the appropriate job.
- the maintenance trolley has then introduced by means of appropriate handling elements a piece of thread in the two suction nozzles 5 and 12.
- the thread 2 is no longer in the yarn guide 16 and is therefore no longer shades.
- the insertion of the thread 2 in the two suction nozzles 5 and 12 may alternatively be done by hand.
- the coil 7 can already in the method step according to FIG. 1b or only in or after the method step according to Figure 1c be changed against an empty sleeve 18.
- FIGS. 2a to 2f and FIGS. 3 a to 3 h show a plan view of the winding device 6.
- FIG. 2a The presentation of the FIG. 2a is essentially the same as the situation in FIG. 1b is shown.
- the two suction A1 and A2 are turned on and the thread 2 is located with two ends in both the first suction nozzle 5 and in the second suction nozzle 12th
- a sleeve 18 is held between two coil plates 9.
- the reel plate 9 has on the circumference of teeth 10, with which the thread 2 can be caught.
- the opposite reel disc 9 ' has no teeth 10, since at this point the thread 2 does not have to be caught.
- the sleeve 18 is so far away from the first suction nozzle 5 that the reel plate 9 does not engage in a region in which the yarn 2 extends. For this purpose, the sleeve 18 is lifted from the winding roller 11 with the coil holder 8, not shown here for reasons of clarity.
- the thread 2 passes through the first suction nozzle 5 via a first hook 19 to a second hook 20 in the second suction nozzle 12 into it. He is not in the thread guide 16 ( FIG. 1a ) guided.
- the first hook 19 and the second hook 20 are part of a guide device 22, which guides the thread 2 for reapplication to the sleeve 18.
- the two hooks 19 and 20 are attached to one side of a plate 23, which in turn is in this embodiment on the housing of the first suction nozzle 5.
- the plate 23 may be a kind of mouthpiece of the first suction nozzle 5, which may have other functions, such as the suction of a thread end on a spool 7 or the lifting of the thread 2 from the yarn guide 16.
- the thread 2 is spanned as already described above between the two hooks 19 and 20.
- the first hook 19 is less curved than the second hook 20. The reason for this is that the thread 2 should slip off at a later time of the procedure over the first hook 19 in order to be introduced into the thread guide 16 can.
- the second hook 20, however, is bent more to ensure that the thread 2 can be inserted into the mouth of the second suction nozzle 12.
- the first hook 19 and the second hook 20 are so far apart from each other, that the reel disc 9 can engage between the two hooks 19 and 20 and can take the thread 2 there.
- FIG. 2b The gripping of the thread 2 by the teeth 10 of the reel disc 9 is shown in FIG. 2b.
- the sleeve 18 on the winding roller 11 FIG. 1 a lowered and starts to turn.
- the teeth 10 of the reel disc 9 are in the area between the two hooks 19 and 20 and detect the thread 2 clamped therebetween.
- the thread 2 is still sucked into the second suction nozzle 12.
- the other end of the thread 2 is meanwhile between the two take-off rolls 3 according to FIG. 1 c.
- Figure 2c shows the thread 2, as it was detected by the teeth 10 of the reel plate 9, pulled onto the sleeve 18 and clamped there between the sleeve 18 and the reel plate 9.
- the thread 2 is still running over the two hooks 19 and 20. If it is fixed at the lower end in the take-off rollers 3, the other end of the thread is pulled out of the second suction 12 against the suction force of the suction A2 and provides for clamping to the Sleeve 18 required length available.
- the required thread 2 can also be made available by the delivery from the take-off rolls 3.
- FIG. 2e how out FIG. 2e it can be seen, then the thread 2 to the yarn guide 16, which oscillates back and forth before the sleeve 18, passed.
- the thread guide 16 was previously positioned outside the engagement area of the thread 2, so as not to hinder the previous steps.
- the transfer can be done for example by a movement of the plate 23, whereby the thread 2 slips down from the hook 19 or by the movement of the thread guide 16, which is driven in the course of the thread 2 and there higher driving forces on the thread 2 exerts the hook 19 has retaining forces.
- the thread 2 now begins to oscillate on the sleeve 18 back and forth, as from FIG. 2f is apparent.
- the plate 23 with the hooks 19 and 20 is moved away from the sleeve 18.
- the housing of the first suction nozzle 5 serves as a guide.
- the re-starting of the thread in the spinning device 1 is preferably carried out during the process step 2d. After restarting the thread 2 in the spinning device 1 again thread 2 is produced, which according to the representations of FIGS. 2e and 2f is wound on the sleeve 18.
- FIGS. 3a to 3h is one opposite the FIGS. 2a to 2f modified method shown.
- An essential difference is that the thread end used to re-apply the thread 2 to a new sleeve 18 is taken from a coil 7 completed at this work site.
- the guide device 22 has a cutting block 21 and a movable guide element 25.
- Cutting block 21 and guide element 25 are arranged on the plate 23, which is located on the housing of the first suction nozzle 5.
- the guide element 25 has a cutting edge 26 and a guide groove 27.
- the cutting edge 26 is V-shaped and can thus detect the thread 2 and move the cutting block 21. During this movement, thread 2 is deflected between the spool 7 and the mouth of the first suction nozzle 5 and, as soon as the cutting block 21 is reached, cut. This is in FIG. 3b shown.
- suction A1 is turned on by the first suction nozzle 5. This is necessary, for example, when the thread on the finished coil 7 sought, found and deducted from the coil 7. In this case, the thread end found is sucked into the suction A1 and then, as in the Figures 1b and 1c shown and described, brought into engagement of the take-off rolls 3.
- a flying bobbin change take place in which the thread 2 is further produced.
- the thread 2 is conveyed through the take-off rolls 3 into the suction A2.
- the suction A1 is different in this case than in FIG. 3b shown, switched off.
- the thread 2 is either continuously fed into the suction 12 and disposed of there. Alternatively, it is possible that the thread 2 is stopped and then re-set in the spinning device 1 again.
- FIG. 3e the bobbin holder 8 with the sleeve 18 and the two bobbin plates 9 and 9 'on the winding roller 11 ( FIG. 1 ), begins to rotate and the teeth 10 of the reel disc 9 engage in the tensioned thread 2 between the guide member 25 and the second suction nozzle 12 a.
- the thread 2 is detected by the teeth 10 and pulled on the sleeve 18 and there between the sleeve 18 and the reel disc 9 according to FIG. 3f fixed.
- the projecting thread end, which still protrudes into the second suction nozzle 12 is cut off by means of the separator 24 and disposed of via the second suction A2.
- the yarn 2 lying in the guide groove 27 is now transferred to the yarn guide 16, which oscillates back and forth in front of the sleeve 18 ( FIG. 3g ).
- the transfer can for example be done by a movement of the plate 23, whereby the thread 2 slips out of the guide groove 27 or by the movement of the thread guide 16, which is driven in the course of the thread 2 and there exerts higher driving forces on the thread 2 as the guide groove 27.
- the plate 23 is moved with the guide member 25 and the cutting block 21 in a position which is further away from the coil 7, so as not to hinder the winding of the thread 2.
- FIG. 4 an alternative guide element 25 is shown.
- the guide groove 27 is arranged so that the thread 2 before the sleeve 18 can be alternated back and forth.
- the guide groove 27 thus has the additional function of the thread guide 16. Accordingly, the guide member 25 also remains in the area immediately in front of the coil 7 and is not corresponding FIG. 3h pushed back from this area.
- Advantageous in this Embodiment is that no transfer of the guide member 25 must be made to the yarn guide 16.
- FIG. 5 a further alternative embodiment of the guide device 22 is shown.
- the guide element 25 has only one cutting edge 26. It is rotatably supported with respect to the cutting block 21. As soon as the thread 2 reaches the area between the cutting edge 26 and the cutting block 21, the cutting edge 26 is rotated in the direction of the cutting block 21 and cuts through the thread 2.
- This embodiment can be advantageous because of the smaller space requirement.
- the present invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiments.
- the components shown are merely outlined and may look different in a specific embodiment.
- the coil plate 9 and its teeth 10 can be designed differently.
- the tensioning of the thread 2 is to be carried out in such a way that the thread 2 comes to lie in this groove when the bobbin holder 8 lowers the sleeve 18 into the tensioned thread 2.
- Further modifications within the scope of the claims are possible as well as a combination of features, even if they are shown and described in different embodiments.

Object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus with which a thread can be applied to an empty shell of a spinning and / or winding machine quickly and structurally simple.
The object is achieved with a method and a workstation according to the features of the independent claims.
The inventive method for operating a job of a spinning and / or winding machine, is used for applying a thread to an empty sleeve. A suitable spinning machine may be an open-end rotor spinning machine or an air-spinning machine. Also, a winding machine, which instead of a spinning device for producing a thread has a cop from which yarn is supplied and is wound on a cross-wound bobbin, is suitable for the application of the method according to the invention. The work station has a spinning device for producing a thread or a cop for supplying a thread and a winding device for producing a cross-wound bobbin on a sleeve. The winding device has a pivotally mounted reel holder with reel disc for receiving the sleeve and for catching the thread, a driven winding roller for rotating the sleeve or the reel, and a thread-changing device. The workstation is arranged with a first, directed onto the coil circumference suction nozzle and further with a second, arranged on the side facing away from the cross-wound side of the reel disc and substantially directed against the first suction nozzle and spaced therefrom suction nozzle.
According to the invention, the thread is arranged for application to an empty sleeve in the two suction nozzles and clamped therebetween in particular by means of negative pressure in at least the second suction nozzle. The other end of the thread can pass through the first suction nozzle and also be held by means of vacuum or by means of a clamping device, for example between pinch rollers. Instead of the negative pressure, the clamping of the thread can also be done on both sides by means of a clamping device, which is arranged for example in or in the region of the suction nozzles. In addition, it is possible that the thread through the two suction nozzles is in motion, especially if the spinning device continues to produce during the application of the method and the thread is sucked through the second suction nozzle.
The spanned between the two suction nozzles thread is detected by a catching device to catch the thread and then wind on the sleeve. The catcher engages the tensioned thread and moves it toward the sleeve as soon as the spool plate rotates. Through the two fixed suction nozzles, the thread can be clamped in a very simple manner. If the thread is then crossed with the winding unit, the catching device intercepts the thread and can then fix it on the sleeve in such a way that the thread is wound onto the sleeve. The process can be very fast, since only a few movements are required. The productivity of the job can thus be significantly increased compared to corresponding methods of the prior art.
Der Verfahrensablauf ist hierdurch vereinfacht und schneller durchzuführen als beim Stand der TechnikIf at least the second suction nozzle is not moved when winding and applying the thread to the empty tube, then a significant simplification of the device and in particular an even faster handling and winding of the thread on the empty tube is possible. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, both suction nozzles are not moved, that is, fixedly and stationarily arranged at the work site. This is an even faster Fixation of the thread on the empty sleeve possible. The procedure is thereby simplified and faster to carry out than in the prior art
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the reel plate and / or the sleeve are at least part of the catching device. In this case, the spanned thread is crossed with the reel plate and / or the sleeve to catch the thread and then wind on the sleeve. By the coil plate and / or the sleeve and the thread crossing each other, the coil plate and / or the sleeve can take the thread and ensure that the thread is then wound onto the sleeve. For this purpose, the reel plate may have various known features. It is suitable, for example, a hook-shaped design on the reel disc, wherein the corresponding hook can engage in the tensioned thread and moves it in the direction of the sleeve as soon as the reel disc rotates. If the thread is then crossed with the winding unit, the hook catches the thread and can then fix it on the sleeve in such a way that the thread is wound onto the sleeve. Alternatively, the thread can also be crossed with the sleeve. He is either clamped in appropriately prepared, for example, slotted or roughened sleeves, clamped on this or again alternatively between the sleeve and the coil plate and thereby caught.
If the thread is guided between the two suction nozzles by means of a guide device, then it can be clamped in a suitable manner in order to be reliably and easily grasped by the coil plate. The guide device can also be provided that the thread is sufficiently tensioned to ensure a secure gripping of the thread through the reel plate.
If the thread is clamped substantially transversely to the reel disc by means of the guide device, the reel disc, in particular if it has hooks on the circumference, can grasp the thread easily and securely.
If the reel plate is lowered in the direction of the winding roller or the guide device is moved in the radial direction toward the reel plate, so that the thread spanned by the guide device at an angle, in particular substantially transversely to the reel spool, is crossed between the two suction nozzles with the reel plate also ensures a fast and secure capture of the thread through the bobbin plate and a subsequent winding of the thread on the sleeve. Especially when the bobbin holder is lowered, the guide means can be formed very easily. In this case, a mobility of the guide means for supplying the thread to the bobbin plate is not required. The coil plate moves with the lowering of the sleeve on a winding roller for driving the sleeve at the same time also on the guide means and thus on the thread tensioned therein and seizes this. This makes it possible that both the two suction nozzles and the guide device can be performed stationary or at least the guide device after the transfer of the thread only slightly out of the range of the coil plate has to be moved out.
If the guide device is moved away from the reel plate after the thread has been applied to the empty tube, it is ensured that the guide device does not hinder the winding of the thread on the sleeve or the formation of the cross-wound bobbin. However, this movement takes place after the transfer of the thread to the reel plate and can be done after the beginning of the production of the thread or the rewinding of the thread and thus does not lead to an extension of the duty cycle.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the thread from an auxiliary coil of a maintenance facility or from the previously at this workstation finished cross-wound bobbin or brought by the spinning device between the two suction nozzles and sucked by the two suction nozzles. Thus, the thread is in the two suction nozzles and can be clamped in accordance with the distance between the two suction nozzles. In particular, when the thread comes from the spinning device and is further produced, it can be done a flying change of the full bobbin against an empty sleeve.
If the thread is first sucked in by the first suction nozzle and then by the second suction nozzle, then it can be positioned with predetermined lengths in the respective suction nozzle.
When using the thread from an auxiliary coil of the maintenance device, it is possible to carry out a setting of the thread, even if at the corresponding job no thread is available. This method is thus very flexible. On the other hand, when the yarn is used coming from the previously completed at this work cross chuck, the job is able to perform a change of the coil to an empty shell, without a corresponding maintenance device would be required. The job can thus independently, without relying on a maintenance facility, start the coils on a new sleeve. In this case, the thread is removed from the finished cross-wound bobbin and inserted into the first and second suction nozzle, or if it is already in the first suction nozzle only in the second suction nozzle. After separating the thread, the full bobbin is replaced with an empty tube. The piece of thread located in the two suction nozzles can then be used for re-spinning or for connecting to a thread of a supplied cop and for applying to the sleeve.
If the thread is inserted by the maintenance device in the two suction nozzles, the design complexity of the individual jobs of the machine is reduced.
After the thread has been applied to the empty sleeve, the thread is separated and sucked the projecting into the second suction nozzle end of the thread. The thread is then wound onto the sleeve. This ensures that no thread end protrudes beyond the bobbin, which could damage the bobbin. In a preferred embodiment, the thread is guided through the first suction nozzle during winding onto the cross-wound bobbin.
If the thread is changed after application to the empty shell by means of the guide device or transferred to a traversing device, the normal winding of the coil can subsequently take place.
Alternatively, it is also possible that the guide device and the traversing device are separate components. As a result, a transfer of the thread from the guide device to the traversing device is required.
This can be done by a corresponding geometry of the guide means, d. H. that the thread falls out of the guide device as soon as it has been separated. Alternatively it can be dropped onto the traversing device by a corresponding movement of the guide means of the thread.
A workstation according to the invention of a spinning and / or winding machine has a spinning device for producing a thread or a cop for supplying a thread and a winding device for producing a cross-wound bobbin on a sleeve. The winding device has a pivotally mounted reel holder with reel disc for receiving the sleeve and for catching the thread, a driven winding roller for rotating the sleeve or the reel, and a thread-changing device. The work station is arranged with a first, directed onto the coil circumference suction nozzle and further with a second, on the side facing away from the spool cheese from the side of the reel disc and directed substantially opposite to the first suction nozzle and spaced from this suction nozzle. According to the invention, the two suction nozzles are arranged relative to each other such that the thread located in the two suction nozzles can be clamped for application to an empty sleeve between the two suction nozzles by means of negative pressure in at least the second suction nozzle so that it can be detected by a catching device. As a result, the thread can be caught and then wound on the sleeve.
The inventive arrangements of the suction nozzles, the thread between the suction nozzles is tensioned. The two suction nozzles suck in the opposite direction to the thread, so that it is stretched between the two suction nozzles. Alternatively, it is also possible that the thread is clamped in the region of the first suction nozzle and is sucked in by the second suction nozzle, or vice versa is clamped in or in the region of the two suction nozzles. This also creates a tension on the Thread. By catching the thread is gripped and can be wound up on the sleeve.
It is particularly particularly advantageous if at least the second suction nozzle, preferably both suction nozzles, are arranged immovably. The two stationary suction nozzles provide for a very simple execution of the job according to the invention. Facilities for moving and guiding the suction nozzles are not required. Both suction nozzles can be fixed at the workplace and the thread is passed through the two suction nozzles. Of course, it is also possible that one or both suction nozzles are designed to be movable, for example pivotable or displaceable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the piece of thread located between the two suction nozzles is crossed with the reel plate and / or the sleeve. The reel disc and / or the sleeve are at least part of the catching device and the spanned thread can be caught and then wound onto the sleeve. As a result, the thread can be selectively brought into the region of the reel plate or the sleeve or, conversely, the reel plate or the sleeve in the region of the tensioned thread. The thread can thereby be detected and wound up on the sleeve.
If a guide device for guiding the thread is provided between the two suction nozzles, then the thread can be arranged essentially transversely to the reel plate. The guide device ensures that the crossing angle between the catching device, for example the reel plate, and the opened thread is such that, according to the catching device, the thread is ideally positioned. Preferably, the bobbin plate has a toothed circumference, wherein the teeth can engage in the tensioned thread and bring this towards the sleeve. As an alternative to such teeth can also be a longitudinally oriented recess on the reel disc, the Sleeve or be provided between the sleeve and the reel disc, in which the thread is clamped. In this case, it is advantageous if the thread is aligned substantially parallel to the reel plate. The crossing angle is very low in this case.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the guide device is arranged in the radial direction on the reel disc and / or movable away therefrom. The guide device can thus move the clamped thread either in the direction of the reel plate or moved out of the region of the reel disc after gripping the thread so as not to hinder the subsequent winding of the thread on the cross-wound bobbin.
It is particularly advantageous if the guide device is arranged on the first suction nozzle or its housing. The guide device can be arranged in this case exactly with respect to the cross-wound bobbin, on the coil circumference of which the first suction nozzle is directed.
If the guide device is part of a movable mouth of the first suction nozzle, then the feeding of the thread to the catching device or the moving away of the guide device after the transfer of the thread to the catching device can be realized very easily.
If the guide device is hook-shaped, then the thread can be placed in a very simple manner around the hook or hooks of the guide device and can be sucked in by at least the second suction device and thereby tightened.
In order to provide a particularly simple embodiment of the invention, it is advantageous if the guide device is at the same time a traversing yarn guide. In this case, the traversing yarn guide is from the traverse path led out for the cheese out and serves as a guide device for the thread.
If a maintenance device is provided which serves to insert the thread into the two suction nozzles, it is also possible, for example, to supply a thread from an auxiliary coil which is located on the maintenance device. The piecing and setting of the thread can be done without a correspondingly required thread end is located at the workplace. The maintenance device, which patrols along a plurality of jobs, leads this thread end of the entrained auxiliary coil of the job or the suction nozzles.
If a separating device is arranged at the work station in order to separate the thread after it has been applied to the empty sleeve, then the severed thread end can be sucked out through the second suction nozzle. There is no overhanging thread end on the cross-wound bobbin, which could damage the cross-wound bobbin.
