Claims (10)
- Leuchtmodul (1) zur Beleuchtung und/oder Signalisierung eines Kraftfahrzeugs, das mindestens eine Lichtemittereinheit (2), einen elliptischen Reflektor (3), von dem ein erster Brennpunkt sich in der Nähe der Lichtemittereinheit (2) befindet, konvergierende optische Einrichtungen (4) zur Fokussierung des emittierten Strahls, von denen eine Fokalebene in der Nähe des zweiten Brennpunkts des elliptischen Reflektors (3) verläuft, und ein Gehäuse (7) aufweist, in dem die Lichtemittereinheit (2), der elliptische Reflektor (3) und die konvergierenden Fokussiereinrichtungen (4) aufgenommen werden, wobei das Leuchtmodul außerdem eine Abdeckung (6) aufweist, die auf der optischen Achse (8) des Leuchtmoduls zwischen dem elliptischen Reflektor (3) und den konvergierenden Fokussiereinrichtungen (4) eingefügt ist, so dass ein Begrenzungsrand (18) der Abdeckung (6) einen Teil der von der Lichtemittereinheit (2) emittierten und von einer ersten Reflexion durch den elliptischen Reflektor (3) kommenden Strahlen auffängt, wobei die Abdeckung (6) innerhalb des Gehäuses (7) befestigt ist, wobei das Leuchtmodul (D) Verformungseinrichtungen (24) der Abdeckung (6) aufweist, um die Position des Begrenzungsrands (18) bezüglich der Lichtemittereinheit (2) und des elliptischen Reflektors (3) zu verändern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leuchtmodul (1) eine Basis (9) aufweist, auf die die Lichtemittereinheit (2) und verschiedene Steuerelemente von dieser montiert sind, und dass die Abdeckung (6) aus einer Platte besteht, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (9), im Wesentlichen waagrecht erstreckt. - Leuchtmodul (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung eine zentrale Reflexionszone (10) und Endzonen (12) aufweist, die sich zu beiden Seiten der zentralen Zone erstrecken.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) auf einen hinteren Rand (17) der Abdeckung (6) entgegengesetzt zum Begrenzungsrand (18) einwirken.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einwirkung der Verformungseinrichtungen (24) auf die Abdeckung (6) sich durch eine leichte Translations- oder Drehverschiebung mindestens eines Teils des Begrenzungsrands (18) äußert.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) an der Basis (9) befestigt sind, auf die mindestens die Lichtemittereinheit (2) montiert ist.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach dem einen oder anderen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) von einem Stellantrieb (26) gesteuert werden, der einen Schieber (28) steuert.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) auf den hinteren Rand (17) der Abdeckung (6) in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur optischen Achse einwirken.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) auf den hinteren Rand (17) der Abdeckung (6) in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen lotrecht zur optischen Achse in entgegengesetzter Richtung zur gewünschten Verschiebung des Begrenzungsrands einwirken.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach dem einen oder anderen der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungseinrichtungen (24) einen piezoelektrischen Stellantrieb (30) aufweisen.
- Leuchtmodul (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Stellantrieb (30) zumindest teilweise von der Abdeckung (6) getragen wird.
