Claims (14)

  1. Fermeture (1) pour un récipient non reremplissable prévu pour servir un liquide (L) tel que de l'huile ou du vinaigre, qui comprend :
    une pièce de base (2) destinée à être insérée dans un goulot (4a) dudit récipient,
    un capuchon non amovible (3) qui est associé à ladite pièce de base (2) de sorte qu'il peut être déplacé verticalement par rapport à cette dernière, d'une position fermée à une position supérieure pour permettre au liquide (L) de sortir,
    dans laquelle ladite pièce de base (2) comprend deux corps coaxiaux (2a, 2b) avec une configuration sensiblement tubulaire qui sont agencés d'une manière concentrique à l'intérieur du goulot (4a) dudit récipient, une fois que la pièce (2) est insérée, ledit capuchon (3) pouvant être inséré, de manière non amovible, à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire (2a) qui occupe la position coaxiale interne, un espace ouvert entre les parois des deux corps coaxiaux (2a, 2b) définissant une ouverture (6) pour que le liquide sorte et que l'air entre simultanément, ledit capuchon non amovible (3) comprenant en outre un couvercle (9) qui est configuré pour empêcher la sortie du liquide (L) par ladite ouverture (6), ledit couvercle (9) pouvant être déplacé verticalement jusqu'à la position supérieure mentionnée précédent en tirant le capuchon (3) pour permettre au liquide (L) de sortir par l'ouverture (6), dans laquelle le corps coaxial (2b) de ladite pièce de base (2) qui occupe la position coaxiale externe est configuré de sorte qu'il fait saillie du goulot (4a) dudit récipient une fois inséré, caractérisée en ce que le corps coaxial (2a) de ladite pièce de base (2) qui occupe la position coaxiale interne, est configuré de sorte qu'il fait saillie du goulot (4a) dudit récipient une fois inséré, le bord supérieur du corps coaxial (2b) qui occupe la position coaxiale externe définissant un élargissement (10) avec un contour incurvé pour faciliter le déversement du liquide (L).
  2. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le couvercle (9) est configuré de sorte que, dans la position fermée du capuchon (3), ce couvercle (9) est en contact avec l'élargissement (10) du bord du corps coaxial externe (2b) pour fermer l'ouverture (6) et empêcher la sortie du liquide (L).
  3. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la face interne du couvercle (9) est prévue avec un corps tubulaire (11) configuré pour être inséré dans l'espace ouvert entre les deux corps coaxiaux (2a, 2b) de la pièce de base (2) lorsque ledit capuchon (3) est dans la position fermée, l'espace ouvert entre la paroi dudit corps tubulaire (11) et la paroi du corps coaxial externe (2b) de la pièce de base (2) définissant un canal anti-goutte (12) pour verser le liquide (L) lorsque le capuchon (3) est dans la position supérieure pour permettre au liquide (L) de sortir.

Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit corps tubulaire (11) du couvercle (9) présente un bord biseauté inférieur (11a) qui est disposé en face de l'élargissement incurvé (10) du corps coaxial externe (2b), lorsque le capuchon (3) est dans la position supérieure pour diriger la sortie du liquide (L) dans ledit canal anti-goutte (12).

Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit capuchon non amovible (3) comprend une pièce d'insertion (3a) destinée à être insérée dans le corps coaxial interne (2a), ladite pièce d'insertion (3a) étant prévue avec un ancrage (7) configuré pour venir en butée contre le bord (8) de ce corps (2a), la paroi tubulaire dudit corps coaxial interne (2a) servant de guide pour ladite pièce d'insertion (3a) du capuchon (3) lorsque ledit capuchon non amovible (3) est déplacé jusqu'à la mise en butée.
  6. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit capuchon non amovible (3) comprend un corps de blocage (18) dudit ancrage (7) pour empêcher efficacement l'extraction.
  7. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite pièce de base (2) est assemblée à un corps tubulaire (2c) pour se coupler à la paroi externe du goulot (4a) du récipient (4).
  8. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit corps coaxial externe (2b) de la pièce de base (2) comprend un segment (15) configuré pour être couplé sur la paroi interne du goulot (4a) d'un récipient en cristal, et une bague externe (16) prévue pour venir en butée contre la bouche d'entrée dudit goulot (4a).
  9. Fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui comprend un autre capuchon amovible (14) prévu pour recouvrir le couvercle (9) qui empêche la sortie du liquide (L), et un corps tubulaire externe (2d) associé à la pièce de base (2) sur laquelle ledit capuchon amovible (14) peut être vissé, ledit capuchon amovible (14) permettant de déplacer verticalement ledit couvercle (9) lorsqu'il est dévissé jusqu'à ce qu'il soit libéré.
  10. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits corps coaxiaux (2a, 2b) sont assemblés par une pluralité de nervures (5).
  11. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le couvercle (9) du capuchon non amovible (3) est assemblé à une bande de fixation (13) qui sert de joint d'étanchéité de protection du récipient (4).
  12. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ledit capuchon amovible (14) est assemblé à une bande de fixation qui sert de joint d'étanchéité de protection du récipient.
  13. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite pièce de base (2) et ledit capuchon non amovible (3) sont réalisés à partir de plastique.
  14. Fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite pièce de base (2) et ledit capuchon non amovible (3) sont réalisés à partir de métal.
