Claims (9)

  1. Brûleur à gaz (5) pour une table de cuisson (1), comprenant au moins une structure creuse (7) dans laquelle sont définies une chambre d'admission (7a) pour l'admission d'un mélange air/gaz, une chambre de détente (7b) pour la détente du mélange air/gaz agencée au-dessus de ladite chambre d'admission (7a), et une fente annulaire (17) pour la sortie du mélange air/gaz agencée au-dessus de ladite chambre de détente (7b) et configurée pour délivrer le mélange air/gaz à une flamme laminaire annulaire sortant du brûleur à gaz (5), ladite au moins une structure creuse (7) comprenant au moins une ouverture d'entrée (7c) pour l'entrée d'air secondaire, dans lequel ladite ouverture d'entrée (7c) est agencée sous ladite chambre d'admission (7a), dans lequel ladite au moins une structure creuse (7) comprend une membrane (7e) interposée entre ladite chambre de détente (7b) et ladite chambre d'admission (7a), caractérisé en ce que ladite chambre de détente (7b) est délimitée au niveau d'une partie inférieure de celle-ci par ladite membrane (7e) et au niveau d'une partie latérale de celle-ci par un premier écrou annulaire (7g) configuré pour être associé à ladite table de cuisson (1) et en butée sur ladite membrane (7e) et par un deuxième écrou annulaire (7h) agencé au niveau d'une position radialement intérieure par rapport audit premier écrou annulaire (7g) et en butée sur ladite membrane (7e).
  2. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite ouverture d'entrée (7c) pour l'entrée d'air secondaire est définie sur une face inférieure (7d) de ladite au moins une structure creuse (7).
  3. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant un collecteur (11) pour l'alimentation du mélange air/gaz, ledit collecteur (11) étant associé à ladite chambre d'admission (7a) et agencé à une hauteur non inférieure à celle de ladite chambre d'admission (7a) et/ou sur un côté de ladite chambre d'admission (7a).
  4. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite membrane (7e) comprend une pluralité de fentes angulairement adjacentes (7f) pour le passage du mélange air/gaz de la chambre d'admission (7a) à la chambre de détente (7b).
  5. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit deuxième écrou annulaire (7h) comprend une paroi radialement extérieure (7h') qui délimite ladite chambre de détente (7b) et une paroi radialement intérieure (7h") qui délimite une portion annulaire intérieure (7i) de ladite au moins une structure creuse (7), dans lequel ladite paroi radialement intérieure (7h") comprend une pluralité de chicanes de cloisonnement angulairement adjacentes (7h"') séparées par des ouvertures respectives (7h"") pour le passage dudit air secondaire vers ladite paroi radialement extérieure (7h').
  6. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon la revendication 5, comprenant un élément de fermeture circulaire (15) reposant sur la partie supérieure desdits chicanes de cloisonnement (7h"').
  7. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif d'allumage (9) et un capteur de flamme (10) tous deux associés audit deuxième écrou annulaire (7h) et ayant des extrémités supérieures respectives (9a, 10a) agencées au niveau d'une portion supérieure dudit deuxième écrou annulaire (7h) et ne faisant pas saillie vers le haut par rapport audit deuxième écrou annulaire (7h).
  8. Brûleur à gaz (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une fente annulaire (16) pour la sortie de l'air secondaire agencée au niveau d'une position radialement intérieure par rapport à la fente annulaire (17) pour la sortie du mélange air/gaz et en communication de fluide avec ladite ouverture d'entrée (7c) pour l'entrée de l'air secondaire, dans lequel, de préférence, ladite fente annulaire (16) pour la sortie d'air secondaire est délimitée au niveau d'une partie latérale de celle-ci par ledit élément de fermeture circulaire (15) et par ladite paroi radialement extérieure (7h') dudit deuxième écrou annulaire (7h).
  9. Table de cuisson (1) comprenant au moins un brûleur à gaz (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
