Le sélecteur 9 est adapté pour sélectionner la plus basse pression entre les deux circuits hydrauliques d'alimentation 71, 72. Les entrées du sélecteur 9 sont connectées aux deux circuits hydrauliques 71, 72 pouvant être chacun haute et basse pression. La sortie du sélecteur 9 est connectée au canal d'alimentation 55.
De façon préférentielle, le sélecteur 9 est un sélecteur à centre ouvert : en effet, en particulier au démarrage de l'appareil hydraulique, les deux circuits hydrauliques 71, 72 sont mis à une pression de gavage par la pompe 7 dite pompe de gavage, représentée schématiquement ( figures 3a et 3b ) comme une pompe hydraulique. Les pressions dans les deux circuits hydrauliques 71, 72 étant à ce moment-là quasi-équivalentes, le sélecteur 9 à centre ouvert permettra l'alimentation de la section additionnelle 54 dès le démarrage de l'appareil hydraulique 1.
Le canal d'alimentation 55 relie le sélecteur 9 à la section additionnelle 54. Pour des raisons d'encombrement, ledit canal d'alimentation 55 se situe avantageusement tout ou partie au moins dans un autre plan que la section additionnelle 54 (canal d'alimentation 55 représenté en pointillé sur la figure 2b ).

The supply duct 55 connects the selector 9 to the additional section 54. For reasons of space, said supply duct 55 is advantageously all or part at least in another plane than the additional section 54 (duct). feed 55 shown dotted on the figure 2b ).

Claims (11)

  1. Valve assembly (50) of a radial piston hydraulic apparatus (1), said apparatus comprising a cylinder block (4) insertable onto a shaft (2) by translation, said assembly (50) comprising:
    - a valve (51), in contact with said cylinder block (4),
    - a valve train cover (52),
    - a first (541) and a second (542) chamber that are respectively defined by a first (511, 521) and a second (512, 522) volume that are located at the interface between said valve (51) and said valve train cover (52), and intended for the pressurised fluids that enable the mechanical-pressure conversion,
    said assembly (50) being characterised in that it comprises an additional section (54) defined by a third volume (541, 542) located at the interface between said valve (51) and said valve train cover (52), said section (54) being intended to receive a pressurised fluid in order to enable the insertion of the cylinder block (4) onto the shaft (2).
  2. Valve assembly (50) according to claim 1, wherein the additional section (54) is located all or partially radially exterior to the first (511, 521) and second (512, 522) chambers, in such a way that the surface of said additional section (54) is more substantial.
  3. Valve assembly (50) according to one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the supply of the additional section (54) is done via a selection between the lowest pressure between the two pressures relative to the first (511, 521) and second (512, 522) chambers.
  4. Valve assembly (50) according to the preceding claim, wherein the valve assembly comprises a low-pressure selector (9) with an open centre suitable for carrying out the selection between the lowest pressure between the two pressures relative to the first (511, 521) and second (512, 522) chambers.
  5. Valve assembly (50) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the additional section (54) is not radially straight, but typically in the shape of an S or Z, in order to optimise the volume and the seal.
  6. Hydraulic apparatus (1) comprising a casing (6), a cylinder block (4) and a shaft (2) whereon the cylinder block (4) is suitable for being engaged by longitudinal translation, characterised in that it further comprises an assembly (50) in accordance with one of the preceding claims, said assembly (50) allowing in particular for the insertion of said cylinder block (4) onto said shaft (2).
  7. Hydraulic apparatus (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the valve train cover (52) and the casing (6) are integral or form a single part.
  8. Hydraulic apparatus (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the insertion of the cylinder block (4) onto the shaft (2) is part of an engagement and disengagement mechanism.
  9. Hydraulic apparatus (1) according to one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the apparatus (1) has radial pistons (42) and a multilobe cam (3).
  10. Hydraulic apparatus (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the pistons (42) are maintained in contact with the cam (3) by pressure springs.
  11. Method for the insertion of a cylinder block (4) of a hydraulic apparatus (1) onto a shaft (2), using a valve assembly according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein:
    a. the additional section (54) is pressurised by a fluid,
    b. the valve (51) is solicited consecutively to the pressurisation by a fluid of the additional section (54),
    c. the valve (51) solicits via contact the cylinder block (4) for the insertion of said cylinder block (4) onto the shaft (2).
