Claims (15)

  1. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) pour un appareil de cuisson au gaz, en particulier pour une plaque de cuisson au gaz, dans lequel:
    l'ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) comprend une partie de brûleur supérieure (12), une partie de brûleur inférieure (14) et un injecteur de gaz (20),
    la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) est agencée au-dessus de la partie de brûleur inférieure (14),
    la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) comprend une partie centrale et un certain nombre de parties périphériques,
    les parties périphériques s'étendent radialement et horizontalement à partir de la partie centrale,
    un tube de Venturi (44) s'étend entre la partie centrale et chaque partie périphérique, et
    une pluralité d'orifices de formation de flamme (36, 38) sont agencés à la circonférence des parties périphériques,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un cône d'impact (40) est formé au niveau d'un côté inférieur de la partie centrale de la partie de brûleur supérieure (12), dans lequel l'injecteur de gaz (20) est agencé en dessous du cône d'impact (40) et est orienté vers ledit cône d'impact (40), de telle sorte qu'un jet de gaz en provenance de l'injecteur de gaz (20) frappe le cône d'impact (40) et que ledit jet de gaz accompagné d'air atmosphérique entraîné soit dirigé vers les parties périphériques, et dans lequel un mélange de gaz et d'air est accéléré par le tube de Venturi (44) jusqu'aux parties périphériques.
  2. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) est commandé ou peut être commandé par la pression du jet de gaz.
  3. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) comprend un certain nombre de déflecteurs (42) agencés dans la partie centrale et entre deux entrées de parties périphériques voisines, de telle sorte que le jet de gaz accompagné d'air atmosphérique entraîné soit dirigé dans les parties périphériques, dans lequel de préférence au moins un des déflecteurs (42) comprend une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure, dans lequel la partie supérieure du déflecteur (42) est une partie intégrée de la partie de brûleur supérieure (12), alors que la partie inférieure du déflecteur (42) est une partie intégrée de la partie de brûleur inférieure (14).

Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) comprend une paroi supérieure (30) et une paroi latérale circonférentielle (32), dans lequel de préférence ladite partie de brûleur supérieure (12) est une partie d'une seule pièce.
  5. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) comprend une paroi latérale inclinée (34) qui entoure au moins partiellement les parties périphériques, dans lequel de préférence au moins une partie des orifices de formation de flamme (36, 38) sont agencés au niveau de ladite paroi latérale inclinée (34).
  6. L'ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale inclinée (34) est agencée entre la paroi latérale circonférentielle (32) et la paroi supérieure (30), c'est-à-dire au-dessus de la paroi latérale circonférentielle (32) et en dessous de la paroi supérieure (30), dans lequel de préférence les orifices de formation de flamme (36, 38) sont agencés en série au niveau de ladite paroi latérale inclinée (34).
  7. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) comprend une partie centrale et un certain nombre de parties périphériques qui s'étendent radialement et horizontalement à partir de ladite partie centrale, dans lequel de préférence les surfaces de base de la partie centrale et des parties périphériques de la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) sont identiques à ou marginalement plus grandes que la partie centrale et les parties périphériques, respectivement, de la partie de brûleur supérieure (12).
  8. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une entrée d'air (48) est formée dans la partie centrale de la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) .
  9. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) comprend une couronne (46) qui entoure l'entrée d'air (48), dans lequel de préférence ladite couronne (46) s'étend vers le bas.
  10. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) comprend un dispositif de support (16) pour supporter la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) et la partie de brûleur inférieure (14).
  11. Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support (16) comprend un certain nombre d'éléments de support de casserole (18), dans lequel de préférence le dispositif de support (16) et les éléments de support de casserole (18) forment une partie d'une seule pièce.

Ensemble de brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) et/ou la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) comprend(-nnent) quatre parties périphériques en forme de languette, de telle sorte que la partie de brûleur supérieure (12) et/ou la partie de brûleur inférieure (14) présente(nt) une surface de base en forme de feuille de trèfle.
  15. Appareil de cuisson au gaz, en particulier une plaque de cuisson au gaz, comprenant au moins un ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10), caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de cuisson au gaz comprend au moins un ensemble de brûleur à gaz (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
