Claims (10)
- Auslassvorrichtung (1) eines Rolladenkastens (C) für den Durchgang einer Stange (2) durch eine Planke (P) des Kastens (C), umfassend:- die besagte Stange (2), vorgesehen, um den Boden (P) des Kastens (C) zu durchqueren,- ein Trägerelement (3), vorgesehen, um an der Planke (P) des Kastens befestigt zu werden, außerhalb des besagten Kastens, und umfassend ein Gehäuse (30) für ein sphärisches Element (4) in Kugelgelenkverbindung mit dem besagten Trägerelement (3),- das besagte sphärische Element (4), eine Durchgangsbohrung (40) für den Durchgang der besagten Stange (2) aufweisend, dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:- eine erste Dichtung (5), vorgesehen, um zwischen dem besagten Träger (3) und der Außenfläche der Planke (P) des Kastens eingeklemmt zu werden, um die Luftdichtigkeit zwischen dem besagten Träger (3) und der besagten Planke (P) zu bewirken- eine zweite Dichtung (6), angeordnet zwischen der besagten Stange (2) und dem besagten sphärischen Element (4), um die Luftdichtigkeit auf der Ebene des Zwischenraums zwischen der Stange (2) und dem besagten sphärischen Element (4) zu bewirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, in welchem die besagte erste Dichtung (5) und/oder die besagte zweite Dichtung (6) in einem elastomeren Material sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, in welchem das besagte sphärische Element (4) einen Sitz (41) zur Unterstützung der zweiten Dichtung (6) aufweist, wobei der Sitz (41) auf besagtem sphärischen Element (4) an einem Ende der besagten Durchgangsbohrung (40) angeordnet ist, wobei der besagte Sitz eine laterale Unterstützung für die zweite Dichtung (6) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, in welcher das besagte sphärische Element (4) einen Sitz (41) zur Unterstützung der zweiten Dichtung (6) aufweist, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung (1) Gegenhaltemittel (7) umfasst, welche an der besagten Stange (2) und/oder auf dem besagten sphärischen Element (4) gesichert sind, sich auf der besagten zweiten Dichtung (6) der anderen Seite der zweiten Dichtung (6) relativ zu dem besagten Sitz (41) abstützend, um die Beibehaltung der zweiten Dichtung (6), welche zwischen den besagten Gegenhaltemitteln (7) und dem besagten Sitz (41) aufgenommen ist, zu erhalten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 4, wobei die besagten Gegenhaltemittel (7) durch Ohren gebildet sind, welche sich hervorstehend der Stange erstrecken, starr an der Stange befestigt, wobei die besagten Ohren sich auf der besagten zweiten Dichtung (6) abstützen, um die Beibehaltung der zweiten Dichtung (6), welches zwischen den besagten Gegenhaltemitteln (7) und dem besagten Sitz (41) gehalten wird, zu erhalten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher die besagte zweite Dichtung (6) ein O-Ring ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, bei welcher die besagte erste Dichtung (5) eine Flachdichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, bei welcher das besagte Trägerelement (3) ein Gehäuse für die Aufnahme der besagten ersten Dichtung (5) umfasst, in eng ineinandergreifendem Spiel.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 8, umfassend ein Kader (8) am Ende der Stange (2), vorgesehen um aus dem besagten Kasten (C) nach außen zu treten.
- Rollladenkasten umfassend eine Auslassvorrichtung eines Rollladenkastens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welcher den Durchgang der Stange (2) der besagten Vorrichtung (1) durch eine Bohrung einer Planke (P) des besagten Kastens (C) ermöglicht, wobei das besagte Trägerelement (3) an der besagten Planke (2) außerhalb des besagten Kastens (C) befestigt ist, wobei die besagte erste Dichtung (5) zwischen der besagten Planke (P) und dem besagten Trägerelement (3) eingeklemmt ist, um die Luftdichtigkeit zwischen dem besagten Trägerelement (3) und der besagten Planke (P) sicherzustellen, wobei die besagte zweite Dichtung (6) die Luftdichtigkeit zwischen der Stange (2) und dem besagten sphärischen Element (4) sicherstellt, wobei das Ende der besagten Stange (2), innerhalb des besagten Kastens, an den Eingang einer Winde des Rollladenmechanismus angeschlossen ist, wobei das Ende der Stange (2) außerhalb des Kastens vorgesehen ist, um an ein Bedienelement angeschlossen zu werden.
