- zumindest eine an der Außenseite der Wärmedämmung (5) mittels mindestens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) angeordnete Winddämmung (7), die zumindest zwei vertikal ausgerichtete Windabweiserelemente (701, 703) aufweist, die an einer Basis (705) befestigt sind und sich vertikal in entgegengesetzte Richtungen erstrecken, wobei das vertikal obere Windabweiserelement (701) über die Höhe des Schienenkopfs (305) hinausragt und das vertikal untere Windabweiserelement (703) unter das Niveau den Schienenfußes (301) hinunter ragt,
- wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) einen Befestigungsbügel (901) zum Fixieren der Wärmedämmung (5) und der Winddämmung (7) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3) und eine Halterung (903) für die Winddämmung (7) aufweist und
- wobei durch die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) die Winddämmung (7) mit einem horizontalen Abstand (A) von der Wärmedämmung (5) beabstandet und parallel zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) ausgerichtet ist.

- zumindest eine an der Außenseite der Wärmedämmung (5) mittels mindestens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) angeordnete Winddämmung (7), die zumindest zwei im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Windabweiserelemente (701, 703) aufweist, die an einer Basis (705) befestigt sind und sich vertikal in entgegengesetzte Richtungen erstrecken, wobei das vertikal obere Windabweiserelement (701) über die Höhe des Schienenkopfs (305) hinausragt und das vertikal untere Windabweiserelement (703) unter das Niveau den Schienenfußes (301) hinunter ragt,
- wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) einen Befestigungsbügel (901) zum Fixieren der Wärmedämmung (5) und der Winddämmung (7) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3) und eine Halterung (903) für die Winddämmung (7) aufweist und
- wobei durch die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) die Winddämmung (7) mit einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen Abstand (A) von der Wärmedämmung (5) beabstandet und parallel zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) ausgerichtet ist.

- a) Verbinden eines Schienenfuß-Dämmelements (503) mit einer Winddämmung (7) über eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (9),
- b) Anordnen zumindest eines Schienensteg-Dämmelements (501) an dem Schienensteg (303) der Eisenbahnschiene (3),
- c) Anordnen des zumindest einen Schienenfuß-Dämmelements (503) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3), so dass das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) den Schienenfuß (301) der Eisenbahnschiene (3) zumindest teilweise umgreift und ferner zumindest teilweise an dem Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) anliegt, wobei zumindest eine mittels einer Halterung (903) mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) verbundene Winddämmung (7) sich durch einen Scharniermechanismus (905) und/oder durch eine gelöste Schraubverbindung (908) von der Eisenbahnschiene (3) weg und in einem nach oben bewegten, nicht arretierten Zustand befindet,
- d) Anordnen zumindest eines Befestigungsbügels (901), so dass dieser mit einem Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an dem Schienenfuß (301) umgreift und mit dem anderen Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an das Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) andrückt,
- e) Verschieben der Winddämmung (7) in horizontaler Richtung zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) hin und gleichzeitig Klappen der Winddämmung (7) vertikal nach unten, so dass zumindest ein vertikal unteres Windabweiserelement (703) auf mindestens einer Schwelle (307), auf der die Eisenbahnschiene (3) befestigt ist, und/oder auf dem Schotterbett, in dem die Schwellen (307) liegen, unter Biegespannung aufliegt,
- f) Arretieren des Scharniermechanismus' (905) und/oder der Schraubverbindung (908), so dass die Winddämmung (7) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit der Wärmedämmung (5) verbunden ist und über die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) eine Federspannung in Richtung der Eisenbahnschiene (3) auf die Wärmedämmung (5) ausübt.

- a) Verbinden eines Schienenfuß-Dämmelements (503) mit einer Winddämmung (7) über eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (9),
- b) Anordnen zumindest eines Schienensteg-Dämmelements (501) an dem Schienensteg (303) der Eisenbahnschiene (3),
- c) Anordnen des zumindest einen Schienenfuß-Dämmelements (503) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3), so dass das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) den Schienenfuß (301) der Eisenbahnschiene (3) zumindest teilweise umgreift und ferner zumindest teilweise an dem Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) anliegt, wobei zumindest eine mittels einer Halterung (903) mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) verbundene Winddämmung (7) sich durch einen Scharniermechanismus (905) und/oder durch eine gelöste Schraubverbindung (908) von der Eisenbahnschiene (3) weg und in einem nach oben bewegten, nicht arretierten Zustand befindet,
- d) Anordnen zumindest eines Befestigungsbügels (901), so dass dieser mit einem Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an dem Schienenfuß (301) umgreift und mit dem anderen Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an das Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) andrückt,
- e) Verschieben der Winddämmung (7) in horizontaler Richtung zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) hin und im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig Klappen der Winddämmung (7) vertikal nach unten, so dass zumindest ein vertikal unteres Windabweiserelement (703) auf mindestens einer Schwelle (307), auf der die Eisenbahnschiene (3) befestigt ist, und/oder auf einem Schotterbett, in dem die Schwellen (307) liegen, unter Biegespannung aufliegt,
- f) Arretieren des Scharniermechanismus' (905) oder der Schraubverbindung (908), so dass die Winddämmung (7) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit der Wärmedämmung (5) verbunden ist und über die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) eine Federspannung in Richtung der Eisenbahnschiene (3) auf die Wärmedämmung (5) ausübt.

- j) Anordnen zumindest eines Befestigungsbügels (901), so dass dieser mit einem Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an dem Schienenfuß (301) umgreift und mit dem anderen Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an das Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) andrückt,
- k) Befestigen des zumindest einen Wärmeübertragers (11) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3) über eine Befestigungsklemme (10),
- I) Verbinden einer Winddämmung (7) über eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) mit einer Befestigungsklemme (10) des Wärmeübertragers (11), wobei zumindest eine mittels einer Halterung (903) mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) verbundene Winddämmung (7) sich durch einen Scharniermechanismus (905) und/oder durch eine gelöste Schraubverbindung (908) von der Eisenbahnschiene (3) weg und in einem nach oben bewegten, nicht arretierten Zustand befindet,
- m) Verschieben der Winddämmung (7) in horizontaler Richtung zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) hin und gleichzeitig Klappen der Winddämmung (7) vertikal nach unten, so dass zumindest ein vertikal unteres Windabweiserelement (703) auf mindestens einer Schwelle (307), auf der die Eisenbahnschiene (3) befestigt ist, und/oder auf dem Schotterbett, in dem die Schwellen (307) liegen, unter Biegespannung aufliegt,
- n) Arretieren des Scharniermechanismus' (905) und/oder der Schraubverbindung (908), so dass die Winddämmung (7) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit der Wärmedämmung (5) verbunden ist und über die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) eine Federspannung in Richtung der Eisenbahnschiene auf die Wärmedämmung (5) ausübt.

- j) Anordnen zumindest eines Befestigungsbügels (901), so dass dieser mit einem Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an dem Schienenfuß (301) umgreift und mit dem anderen Ende das Schienenfuß-Dämmelement (503) an das Schienensteg-Dämmelement (501) andrückt,
- k) Befestigen des zumindest einen Wärmeübertragers (11) an der Eisenbahnschiene (3) über eine Befestigungsklemme (10),
- I) Verbinden einer Winddämmung (7) über eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) mit einer Befestigungsklemme (10) des Wärmeübertragers (11), wobei zumindest eine mittels einer Halterung (903) mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) verbundene Winddämmung (7) sich durch einen Scharniermechanismus (905) und/oder durch eine gelöste Schraubverbindung (908) von der Eisenbahnschiene (3) weg und in einem nach oben bewegten, nicht arretierten Zustand befindet,
- m) Verschieben der Winddämmung (7) in horizontaler Richtung zu der Eisenbahnschiene (3) hin und im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig Klappen der Winddämmung (7) vertikal nach unten, so dass zumindest ein vertikal unteres Windabweiserelement (703) auf mindestens einer Schwelle (307), auf der die Eisenbahnschiene (3) befestigt ist, und/oder auf einem Schotterbett, in dem die Schwellen (307) liegen, unter Biegespannung aufliegt,

Die Einrichtung 1 umfasst ein Schienensteg-Dämmelement 501 und ein Schienenfuß-Dämmelement 503. Claims (16)
- Device (1) for the thermal and wind insulation of railway rails (3), comprising
at least one thermal insulation (5) for mounting on a railway rail (3) and having, situated parallel to one another, at least one rail web insulating element (501) and at least one rail foot insulating element (503), wherein the thermal insulation (5) at least partially covers the rail foot (301) and the rail web (303) along the railway rail (3), and at least one wind insulation (7) which is arranged on the outer side of the thermal insulation (5) by means of at least one fastening device (9) and which has at least two vertically oriented wind deflector elements (701, 703) which are fastened to a base (705) and extend vertically in opposite directions, wherein the vertically upper wind deflector element (701) projects beyond the height of the rail head (305) and the vertically lower wind deflector element (703) projects below the level of the rail foot (301),
wherein the fastening device (9) has a fastening bracket (901) for fixing the thermal insulation (5) and the wind insulation (7) on the railway rail (3) and a holder (903) for the wind insulation (7), and wherein, by virtue of the fastening device (9), the wind insulation (7) is spaced at a horizontal spacing (A) from the thermal insulation (5) and oriented parallel to the railway rail (3). - Device (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the holder (903) for the wind insulation (7) is connected in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner to the rail web insulating element (501) and/or the rail foot insulating element (503) and/or to a fastening clamp (10) of a heat exchanger (11).
- Device (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the holder (903) for the wind insulation (7) has at least one hinge mechanism (905) which is connected to the base (705) for the wind deflector elements (701, 703) via at least one bracket (909), with the result that, in an arrested state, the wind insulation (7) is connected in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner to the holder (903) and, in a non-arrested state, is mounted so as to be foldable vertically upwards and displaceable away from the thermal insulation (5).
- Device (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the holder (903) for the wind insulation (7) is connected to the base (705) and at least one bracket (909) via at least one screw connection (908), with the result that, with the screw connection (908) loosened, the wind insulation (7) is mounted so as to be foldable vertically upwards and displaceable away from the thermal insulation (5) and/or, with the screw connection (908) released, can be plugged on and unplugged in a pluggable manner.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, wherein brackets (909) are variably connected to the base (705) of the wind insulation (7) in the longitudinal direction, with the result that the wind insulation (7) is arranged symmetrically and/or asymmetrically with respect to a centre spacing (L3) between two adjacent sleepers (307).
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein, in an arrested state, the wind insulation (7) bears by way of the vertically lower wind deflector element (703) on at least one sleeper (307) on which the railway rail (3) is fastened, and/or on a track bed (309) in which the sleepers (307) are situated.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 6, wherein the rail web insulating element (501) has at least a length (L5) which corresponds to the largest centre spacing (L3) between two adjacent sleepers (307) of a track element, on which sleepers the railway rail (3) is fastened.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, wherein the rail foot insulating element (503) has a largest possible length (L4) which corresponds to the smallest clear spacing (L1) between two adjacent sleepers (307) of a track element, on which sleepers the railway rail (3) is fastened.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 8, wherein the rail foot insulating element (503) and the rail web insulating element (501) have, at their respective contact faces, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the railway rail (3), at least one respective projection and depression which are arranged in a mirror-inverted manner and which inter-engage in the mounted state and/or are designed in the form of a grid, with the result that the rail foot insulating elements (503) and rail web insulating elements (501) of a railway rail (3) are connected in a form-fitting manner and with the result that both slipping with respect to one another and/or with respect to the railway rail (3) is avoided.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 9, wherein the wind insulation (7) has at least a length (L2) which corresponds to the largest centre spacing (L3) between two adjacent sleepers (307) of a track element, on which sleepers the railway rail (3) is fastened.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 10, wherein the wind deflector elements (701, 703) are pivoted over their length (L2) parallel to the railway rail (3) through an angle (α) and/or at at least one end through an angle (β) with respect to the ideal parallel.
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 10, wherein the wind deflector elements (701, 703) are arranged over their length (L2) parallel to the railway rail (3) and alternately with a different spacing (A) from the railway rail (3).
- Device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 12, wherein the wind deflector elements (701, 703) are embodied as brushes and/or lamellae.
- Method for mounting a device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 13 on a railway rail (3), comprising the following steps:a) connecting a rail foot insulating element (503) to a wind insulation (7) via a fastening device (9),b) arranging at least one rail web insulating element (501) on at least one part of the rail web (303) of the railway rail (3),c) arranging the at least one rail foot insulating element (503) on the railway rail (3) such that the rail foot insulating element (503) at least partially engages around the rail foot (301) of the railway rail (3) and further at least partially bears against the rail web insulating element (501), wherein at least one wind insulation (7) connected to the fastening device (9) by means of a holder (903) is situated away from the railway rail (3) by means of a hinge mechanism (905) and/or by means of a released screw connection (908) and in an upwardly moved, non-arrested state,d) arranging at least one fastening bracket (901) such that it engages around the rail foot insulating element (503) on the rail foot (301) by one end and presses the rail foot insulating element (503) onto the rail web insulating element (501) by the other end,e) displacing the wind insulation (7) in the horizontal direction towards the railway rail (3) and at the same time folding the wind insulation (7) vertically downwards such that at least one vertically lower wind deflector element (703) lies under bending stress on at least one sleeper (307) on which the railway rail (3) is fastened, and/or on a ballast bed in which the sleepers (307) are situated,f) arresting the hinge mechanism (905) and/or the screw connection (908) such that the wind insulation (7) is connected to the thermal insulation (5) in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner and exerts a spring loading in the direction of the railway rail on the thermal insulation (5) via the fastening device (9).
- Method for mounting a device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 13 on a railway rail (3) having at least one temperature control unit, comprising the following steps:g) arranging at least one heat exchanger (11) on the rail web (303) of the railway rail (3),h) arranging at least one rail web insulating element (501) on at least one part of the rail web (303) of the railway rail (3),i) arranging at least one rail foot insulating element (503) on the railway rail (3) such that the rail foot insulating element (503) at least partially engages around the rail foot (301) of the railway rail (3) and further at least partially bears against the rail web insulating element (501),j) arranging at least one fastening bracket (901) such that it engages around the rail foot insulating element (503) on the rail foot (301) by one end and presses the rail foot insulating element (503) onto the rail web insulating element (501) by the other end,k) fastening the at least one heat exchanger (11) to the railway rail (3) via a fastening clamp (10), 1) connecting a wind insulation (7) via a fastening device (9) to a fastening clamp (10) of the heat exchanger (11), wherein at least one wind insulation (7) connected to the fastening device (9) by means of a holder (903) is situated away from the railway rail (3) by means of a hinge mechanism (905) and/or by means of a released screw connection (908) and in an upwardly moved, non-arrested state,m) displacing the wind insulation (7) in the horizontal direction towards the railway rail (3) and at the same time folding the wind insulation (7) vertically downwards such that at least one vertically lower wind deflector element (703) lies under bending stress on at least one sleeper (307) on which the railway rail (3) is fastened, and/or on a ballast bed in which the sleepers (307) are situated,n) arresting the hinge mechanism (905) and/or the screw connection (908) such that the wind insulation (7) is connected to the thermal insulation (5) in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner and exerts a spring loading in the direction of the railway rail on the thermal insulation (5) via the fastening device (9).
- Railway rail (3) having a device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 13 mounted thereon.
