Claims (10)

  1. Deckel (5) für einen Metallbehälter (1), wobei der Deckel (5) einen Metall-Mittelteil (6) und einen daran befestigten und ihn umgebenden Kunststoffumfangsteil (7) umfasst, wobei der Umfangsteil (7) den Außenumfang des Deckels (5) bildet und einen äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) und einen inneren Umfangsabschnitt (9) sowie einen diese verbindenden Brückenabschnitt (10) aufweist, die zusammen eine nach unten geöffnete Rille (11) definieren, und bei dem der innere Umfangsabschnitt (9) des Umfangsteils (7) zumindest ein nach unten und zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) gerichtetes Dichtungselement (14) umfasst,
    wobei
    das Dichtungselement (14) eine erste schräge Oberfläche (15) umfasst, die zu einer Mittelachse (CL) des Deckels (5) hin und schräg von oben nach unten zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) des Umfangsteils (7) verläuft, und eine zweite Schrägfläche (16), die von der Mittelachse (CL) des Deckels (5) weg gerichtet ist und schräg von oben nach unten zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) des Umfangsteils (7) verläuft und im unteren Teil des Dichtungselements (14) eine Endfläche (17) die Unterkanten (15', 16') der Schrägflächen (15, 16) verbindet und die Unterseite (17) des Dichtungselements (14) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    auf der Unterseite (17) des Dichtungselements (14) eine erste Hilfsdichtung (20) vorhanden ist, die sich über den gesamten Umfang des Dichtungselements (14) erstreckt.
  2. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in vertikaler Richtung des Deckels (5) die Unterkante (15') der ersten Schrägfläche (15) so angeordnet ist, dass sie sich niedriger erstreckt als die Unterkante (16') der zweiten Schrägfläche (16), wobei die Unterseite (17) des Dichtungselements (14) von oben nach unten zur Mittelachse (CL) des Deckels (5) von der Unterkante (16') der zweiten Schrägfläche (16) zur Unterkante (15') der ersten Schrägfläche (15) schräg verläuft und einen Winkel (19) erzeugt, der zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) gerichtet ist.
  3. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verbindung zwischen der zweiten schrägen Oberfläche (16) und der Unterseite (17) des Dichtungselements (14) ein Rillenabschnitt (23) vorgesehen ist, der sich zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) hin öffnet, wobei an der Verbindung zwischen der zweiten schrägen Oberfläche (16) und dem Rillenabschnitt (23) ein zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) gerichteter Vorsprung (24) und an der Verbindung zwischen der unteren Oberfläche (17) und dem Rillenabschnitt (23) ein zum äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8) gerichteter Winkel (19) vorhanden ist.
  4. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen der zweiten schrägen Oberfläche (16) und der Unterseite (17) des Dichtungselements (14) 80 bis 100 Grad, vorzugsweise etwa 90 Grad beträgt.
  5. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Unterseite des Deckels (5) an der Verbindung zwischen dem Mittelteil (6) und dem Umfangsteil (7) des Deckels (5) eine zweite Hilfsdichtung (21) vorhanden ist, die sich über den gesamten Umfang der Verbindung erstreckt.
  6. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Rillenabschnitt (23) des Dichtungselements (14) eine dritte Hilfsdichtung (25) vorhanden ist, die sich über den gesamten Umfang des Dichtungselements (14) erstreckt.
  7. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Hilfsdichtung (20) und die zweite Hilfsdichtung (21) und die dritte Hilfsdichtung (25) aus geschlossenzelligem geschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen.
  8. Deckel für einen Metallbehälter nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (14) aus dem gleichen Material wie das Kunststoffumfangsteil (7) besteht und einen festen Bestandteil davon bildet.
  9. Deckel nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenumfang (6') des Metallmittelteils (6) innerhalb des Kunststoffumfangsteils (7) gegossen ist.
  10. Verwendung eines Deckels (5) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zum Verschließen eines mit einer gerollten Mündung (3) versehenen Metallbehälters (1), wobei eine Rollkante (3) der Mündung (2) des Metallbehälters (1) in einer Rille (11) positioniert wird, die durch einen äußeren Umfangsabschnitt (8), Innenumfangsabschnitt (9) und Brückenabschnitt (10) eines Umfangsteils (7) des Deckels (5) definiert ist, die sich nach unten öffnet, und ein Dichtungselement (14) gegen den Innenumfang des Behälters (1) positioniert wird.
