Abstract

Système de pompage et procédé pour extraire des milieux visqueux ou partiellement visqueux d'un trou de forage. Le système de pompage comprend un tube de puits (3) installé dans le trou de forage, un moteur (5) couplé à une pompe à vis hélicoïdale excentrique (7), cette pompe à vis hélicoïdale excentrique (7) comprenant un ou plusieurs stators (13) et un ou plusieurs rotors (15, 15') logés dans le ou les stators (13) et tournant de manière excentrique. Le système comprend également un ou plusieurs moyens de liaison (20, 25) qui permettent de fixer la pompe à vis hélicoïdale excentrique (7) dans le tube de puits (3) à force et/ou par complémentarité de forme. Afin de pouvoir être extraite du trou de forage, la pompe à vis hélicoïdale excentrique (7) est maintenue par le ou les moyens de liaison (20, 25) avec une certaine liberté de mouvement axiale.
