Claims (5)

  1. Machine-outil manuelle comportant :
    un mandrin (2) pour recevoir un outil sur un axe de travail (11),
    un moteur (5),
    un mécanisme de percussion pneumatique (6) comportant un piston excitateur (13) déplacé de manière forcée par le moteur (5) périodiquement le long de l'axe de travail (11) et un percuteur (14) couplé au piston excitateur (13) par l'intermédiaire d'une chambre pneumatique (18), dans laquelle le piston excitateur (13) comporte un corps principal cylindrique (21) constitué d'un polymère, caractérisée en ce que
    une ou plusieurs bagues contenant du cuivre (24) entourent le corps principal (21) et les bagues (24) font saillie dans une direction radiale par rapport au corps principal (21).
  2. Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un diamètre extérieur (26) des bagues contenant du cuivre (24) est supérieur de 0,2 mm à 1,0 mm qu'un diamètre extérieur (27) du corps principal (21).
  3. Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les bagues (24) couvrent entre 25 % et 70 % d'une enveloppe (22) du corps principal (21).
  4. Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre les bagues (24) est prévu un espace (29) le long de l'axe de travail (11).
  5. Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le piston excitateur (13) est guidé dans un tube de guidage (15) constitué d'un polymère.
