Claims (15)
- Trousse de pièces comprenant :une tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment présentant plusieurs ondulations (4),un panneau (2) d'isolation thermique présentant plusieurs creux allongés (3), les creux ayant une forme telle qu'ils engagent les ondulations (4) de la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment tout en laissant des ouvertures (5) entre le panneau (2) d'isolation thermique et la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment pour permettre un écoulement d'air sur les deux faces de la tôle en fibrociment.
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits creux (3) ont une profondeur (d, d1, d2) et la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment a une hauteur (Hf) et dans laquelle le rapport entre la profondeur (d, d1, d2) et la hauteur (Hf) est compris dans la plage de 15 % à 75 %.
- Trousse de pièces selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle lesdits creux (3) présentent une profondeur (d) essentiellement constante et une largeur (w) essentiellement constante, l'épaisseur maximale du panneau (2) d'isolation thermique variant d'une première épaisseur (T1) à une deuxième épaisseur (T2) dans le sens de la longueur (X) des creux (3), la deuxième épaisseur (T2) étant essentiellement égale à la somme de la première épaisseur (T1) et de l'épaisseur (Tf) de la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle l'épaisseur maximale (Ti) du panneau (2) d'isolation thermique est essentiellement constante dans le sens de la longueur (X) des creux (3) et dans laquelle la profondeur des creux (3) varie d'une première profondeur (d1) à une deuxième profondeur (d2) dans le sens de la longueur (X) des creux (3), la deuxième profondeur (d2) étant essentiellement égale à la somme de la première profondeur (d1) et de l'épaisseur (Tf) de la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle une dimension de la tôle ondulée (7) en fibrociment est plus grande qu'une dimension du panneau (2) d'isolation thermique pour permettre un agencement en superposition de deux ou plusieurs tôles ondulées (1) en fibrociment isolées dans le sens de la longueur.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la tôle ondulée en fibrociment comprend des fibres organiques et/ou des fibres synthétiques.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la tôle ondulée en fibrociment comprend des fibres organiques et/ou des fibres synthétiques sélectionnées dans l'ensemble constitué des fibres de cellulose, des fibres de poly(alcool vinylique), des fibres de polyacrylonitrile, des fibres de polypropylène, des fibres de polyamide, des fibres de polyester, des fibres de polycarbonate et leurs combinaisons.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle le panneau d'isolation thermique est réalisé en un matériau d'isolation rigide.
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle le panneau d'isolation thermique est constitué d'un matériau isolant sélectionné dans l'ensemble constitué du polyuréthane (PUR), du polyisocyanurate (PIR), du polystyrène extrudé (XPS) et du polystyrène expansé (EPS) .
- Trousse de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle le panneau d'isolation thermique comprend une couche étanche à la vapeur et/ou étanche à l'eau sur le côté essentiellement plat d'isolation.
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la couche étanche à la vapeur et/ou étanche à l'eau comprend un film d'aluminium, une feuille d'aluminium, un film en matière plastique, une plaque en matière plastique, une matière plastique ou une feuille de matière plastique.
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le film en matière plastique est un film de poly(chlorure de vinyle).
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la plaque en matière plastique est une plaque en poly(chlorure de vinyle).
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la matière plastique est un matériau de poly(chlorure de vinyle).
- Trousse de pièces selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la feuille en matière plastique est une feuille de poly(chlorure de vinyle).
