  • the partition element 15 may be obtained from a continuous strip of wrapping material with similar processing to that performed for obtaining the collar; therefore the manipulation of the partition element 15 is simple (fully using known technologies and components) and less cumbersome.
  • the filler element uses a modest amount of material with a low impact on the economic and environmental production and disposal costs (after the use) of the packet 1 of cigarettes; consider, for example, that the mass of the filler element is a reduced fraction of the total mass of the wrapping material used to form the container 2 and the collar 12.

Claims (9)

  1. Paquet rigide (1) d'articles à fumer comprenant :
    un contenant parallélépipédique (2) comportant une paroi avant (9), une paroi arrière (10), une paroi inférieure (8), et deux parois latérales (11) ; un seul emballage interne (3), qui enferme un groupe d'articles à fumer, est logé à l'intérieur du contenant (2), et présente une dimension transversale plus petite que la dimension transversale du contenant (2) ; et
    un élément formant cloison (15), qui est agencé à l'intérieur du contenant (2) et divise le volume interne du contenant (2) en une chambre principale ouverte sur le dessus (16) logeant l'emballage interne (3), et en une chambre secondaire ouverte sur le dessus (17) qui peut être utilisée pour loger d'autres objets ;
    l'élément formant cloison (15) comprenant une paroi de séparation (18) séparant les deux chambres (16, 17) ; et deux appendices (19) qui sont agencés sur des côtés opposés de la paroi de séparation (18) et perpendiculaires à la paroi de séparation (18)
    le paquet (1) d'articles à fumer étant caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cloison (15) a une forme tubulaire et comprend une paroi arrière de séparation reliée aux deux appendices (19), sur le côté opposé de la paroi de séparation (18).
  2. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément formant cloison (15) est orienté longitudinalement, et est agencé parallèlement à la paroi avant (9) et à la paroi arrière (10) du contenant (2), et est perpendiculaire aux parois latérales (11) du contenant (2).
  3. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la chambre principale (16) est agencée au niveau de la paroi avant (9), et la chambre secondaire (17) est agencée au niveau de la paroi arrière (10).
  4. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément formant cloison (15) est orienté dans le sens de la largeur, et est agencé perpendiculairement aux parois avant (9) et arrière (10) du contenant (2), et parallèlement aux parois latérales (11) du contenant (2).
  5. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les appendices (19) de l'élément formant cloison (15) sont collés à l'intérieur du contenant (2).
  6. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, et comprenant :
    un couvercle (5) articulé sur le contenant (2) pour fermer une extrémité supérieure ouverte (4) du contenant (2) ; et
    une collerette (12), qui est agencée à l'intérieur du contenant (2), de manière à faire saillie partiellement vers l'extérieur de l'extrémité supérieure ouverte (4), et comprenant une paroi avant (13) qui est agencée en contact avec la paroi avant (9) du contenant (2) ; et deux parois latérales (14) agencées sur des côtés opposés de la paroi avant (13) et qui sont agencées en contact avec les parois latérales (11) du contenant (2).
  7. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les deux appendices (19) de l'élément formant cloison (15) reposent sur les parois latérales (14) de la collerette (12) et sont collés auxdites parois.
  8. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les deux appendices (19) de l'élément formant cloison (15) reposent sur, et sont collés à, la paroi arrière (10) du contenant (2) et la paroi avant (13) de la collerette (12).
  9. Paquet (1) d'articles à fumer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, et comprenant :
    un couvercle (5) articulé sur le contenant (2) pour fermer une extrémité supérieure ouverte (4) du contenant (2) ; et
    une collerette (12), qui est agencée à l'intérieur du contenant (2) de manière à faire saillie partiellement vers l'extérieur de l'extrémité supérieure ouverte (4), et comprenant une paroi avant (13) qui est agencée en contact avec la paroi avant (9) du contenant (2) ; et deux parois latérales (14) agencées sur des côtés opposés de la paroi avant (13) et qui sont agencées en contact avec les parois latérales (11) du contenant (2) ;
    l'élément formant cloison (15) se terminant plus bas que les parois latérales (14) de la collerette (12).
