The
- an
oblong slot 209d; and - a through
hole 209e intended to be opposite the two throughholes 206c carried by the attachment end 206 of the pivotingsleeve 205, and in which is reversibly engaged an axis or anattachment pin 210 when the blade is in position d 'use.
The
De préférence, le trou est agencé à une extrémité de la partie de fixation 209c.Thus, according to the invention, with reference to the use position in which the
Cet agencement permet la fixation réversible de la lame tout en permettant le pivotement de l'ensemble lame 209/manche pivotant 205.This arrangement allows the reversible attachment of the blade while allowing the pivoting of the
Depending on the axis or the pin used as the locking (or fixing)
In order to facilitate the insertion of the
- a) Saisir l'outil 200 dans une main ;
- a) Grasp the
tool 200 in one hand; - b) With the other hand, grasp the pin or the
attachment pin 210 of theblade 209 and disengage it from theblade 209 and therotary handle 205; - c) Remove the
blade 209 from the attachment portion 206 of therotary handle 205 by sliding relative to the axis ofrotation 207 to remove theblade 209 from thehandle 205 without having to disassemble the handle of the hollow body; - d) Inserting a
new blade 209 according to the invention in the attachment portion 206 of therotary handle 205 by engaging the axis ofrotation 207 in theoblong slot 209d until the throughhole 209e of theblade 209 and the throughholes 206c of the fixing end 206 of therotary handle 205 are facing each other; Advantageously, the length of theoblong notch 209d is chosen so that theholes 206c-209e of the fixing end 206 and of theblade 209 are facing each other when the axis of rotation abuts against the closed end 209d1 of theoblong slot 209d; and - e) Engage the pin or the
attachment pin 210 through theholes 206c-209e of the attachment end 206 of therotary handle 205 and theblade 209 to fix the blade on the handle without having to disassemble the handle of the body hollow.
There is therefore no risk of losing, for example, the spacers during the change of blade.
The tool itself is no longer disassembled, as in the state of the art, but only the blade is removed.
The double guide of the blade is however maintained thanks to the presence of the spacers between the handle and the hollow body.
In order to ensure optimum fixation, the oblong notch has a length between the open end and the closed end greater than 0.5 cm.
The tool according to the invention is of simple design because only the rotary handle is modified and can be substituted without further modification to the tools already on the market.
According to other non-illustrated embodiments:
The illustrated blade is suitable for cutting natural or synthetic slates. The shape of the cutting edge of the blade can be adapted to any other type of cutting, as long as the fixing portion of the blade is in accordance with the invention, that is to say that it comprises an oblong slot and a closed through hole offset from the oblong light. For example, the blade may be a blade for a metal nibbler, of the type used to cut metal wall rails for plaster wall, and equipped with two handles and a blade adapted to shear the metal, the sleeves being according to the invention.
