    • a second handle (205) comprising a part for grasping of determined width (L1), pivot mounted on the hollow body via a fixing end (206) and about a pivot pin (207); and
    • a blade (209) fixed to the fixing end of the pivoting handle;
    characterized in that the fixing end (206) of the pivoting handle (205) has a width (L2) less than the width (L1) of the grasping part of the pivoting handle and comprises two fixing lugs (206a) connected to the grasping part of the pivoting handle by a curve (206b), spaced apart from one another by a distance (e) equal to the thickness (e) of the blade (209), and each comprising a through-hole (206c), facing one another, for the passage of a fixing pin (210),
    in that the blade (209) is inserted between the fixing lugs (206a),
    and in that two spacers (208) are positioned one on each side of the fixing end (206), one between each fixing lug (206a) and the hollow body (201),
    the blade, the fixing lugs, the spacers and the hollow body comprising holes facing one another in the position of use so as to constitute a passage for the pivot pin (207) .
  2. Tool according to Claim 1, in which the blade (209) comprises a cutting part (209a) provided with a cutting edge (209b), and a fixing part (209c), the latter part comprising:
    • an oblong slot (209d) having an open end, a closed end and a determined width, in which slot (209d) the pivot pin (207) is freely engaged when the blade is in the position of use; and
    • a through-hole (209e) intended to face two through-holes (206c) borne by the fixing end (206) of the pivoting handle, and in which a fixing peg (210) is reversibly engaged when the blade is in the position of use.
  3. Tool according to Claim 2, in which the oblong slot (209d) comprises an open end having a flared portion (209f), for guiding the pivot pin, of a width greater than the width of the slot.
  4. Tool according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, in which the blade has a flat cutting edge suited to the cutting of slate.
  5. Tool according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, in which the hollow body comprises a slot (201c) to allow the blade fixing peg to pass when the blade is in the closed position.
  6. Tool according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, in which the hollow body (201) comprises a first component (201a) equipped with a fixing part (201a1) for attaching the first handle (204) for grasping, and with two parallel side plates (201a2), and a second component (201b) intended to sit over the first component (201) in the position of use, and comprising the support surface (202) for supporting the sheet (A) that is to be cut, and two side plates (201b1) for attaching to the side plates (201a2) of the first component (201a).
  7. Blade (209) for a hand tool for cutting a sheet according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises a cutting part (209a) equipped with a cutting edge (209b), and a fixing part (209c), the latter part comprising:
    • an oblong slot (209d) having an open end, a closed end and a determined width, the slot being intended to accept the pivot pin (207) freely when the blade is in the position of use; and
    • a through-hole (209e) intended to accept a fixing peg (210) in the position of use.
  8. Blade according to Claim 7, in which the oblong slot (209d) comprises an open end exhibiting a flared portion (209f) for guiding the pivot pin (207), of a width greater than that of the slot.
  9. Blade support handle intended to be pivot mounted on the hollow body of a hand tool for cutting a sheet (A), comprising:
    • a hollow body (201), delimited by a support surface (202) for supporting the sheet (A) that is to be cut, and two parallel side plates (203, 201a2-201b1), which are perpendicular to the support surface (202); and
    • a first handle (204) for grasping, mounted fixedly with respect to the hollow body;
    characterized in that it comprises a part for grasping of determined width (L1) and a fixing end (206) of width (L2) less than the width (L1) of the part for grasping, the fixing end (206) comprising two fixing lugs (206a) connected to the grasping part by a curve (206b), spaced apart from one another by a distance (e) equal to a thickness (e) of a blade (209) intended to be inserted between the fixing lugs (206a), and each comprising a through hole (206c) facing one another, for the passage, in the position of use, of a fixing pin (210), and a through-hole (206d), facing one another, for the passage, in the position of use, of a pivot pin (207) on side plates of the hollow body.
  10. Method for changing the blade according to either one of Claims 7 and 8 of a tool according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
    f) taking hold of the tool (200) in one hand;
    g) with the other hand, taking hold of the fixing peg (210) that attaches the blade (209) and disengaging it from the blade (209) and from the rotary handle (205) ;
    h) extracting the blade (209) from the fixing part (206) of the rotary handle (205) by sliding it with respect to the pivot pin (207) in order to remove the blade from the handle without the need to detach the handle from the hollow body;
    i) inserting a new blade (209) according to either one of Claims 7 and 8 into the fixing part (206) of the rotary handle (205) while engaging the pivot pin (207) in the oblong slot (209d) until such point as the through-hole (209e) of the blade and the through-holes (206c) of the fixing end (206) of the rotary handle (205) are facing one another; and
    j) engaging the fixing peg (210) through the holes (206c-209e) in the fixing end (206) of the rotary handle (205) and in the blade (209) in order to fix the blade to the handle without the need to detach the handle from the hollow body.
