FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the fields of jewelery and jewelery and in particular jewelery and / or jewelery articles, comprising accessories such as pendants, or accessories forming parts of a bracelet or necklace, or accessories of an article including leather goods.

Such jewelery items may be made from precious or non-precious metals and may include one or more ornaments made of precious or non-precious stones or even precious or non-precious metal pieces.

The invention also relates to such accessories for jewelery articles and / or jewelry and a method of manufacturing such accessories.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

We know of the European patent application 2,617,314 a jewelery and / or jewelery article comprising a first panel, formed by a plurality of individual pieces that are distinct from each other, and a second panel also formed by a plurality of individual pieces that are distinct from one another. The first panel and the second panel are arranged opposite one another.

Each individual piece of the first panel is provided with a plurality of first link members formed by pins. Each individual piece of the second panel is provided with a plurality of recesses which are configured to each receive a free end of one of the pins; so as to rigidly assemble together each individual piece of the first panel and an individual piece of the second panel which is opposite.

The article further comprises a plurality of second connecting members which are each formed by a frame having at least two eyelets configured to each surround a respective pin; so as to assemble between them individual parts of the first panel while maintaining a certain degree of freedom between these parts.

The article described in the European patent application 2,617,314 a for example the appearance of a crocodile skin and for this, the pins come flush with the outer surface of the second panel and the frames are provided with arms and several eyelets, which eyelets define circular openings of diameter similar to that section of the pimples; which allows to provide relative flexibility between the individual parts of the first and second panels of the article, while maintaining a particularly small and substantially constant gap between these parts. In other words, no longitudinal play is created and translational movement of the pins in the frames or in the eyelets is not allowed.

Also known from US Pat. No. 4,671,055 is a watch provided with a bracelet having a plurality of upper individual pieces and a plurality of lower individual pieces arranged opposite the upper individual pieces.

The individual upper pieces each have first connecting members formed by pillars while the lower individual pieces are each provided with notches in which are welded the ends of the pillars, which are flush with the outer surface of the lower individual pieces. .

This bracelet also has second connecting elements formed by meshes interposed between the individual lower and upper parts. The meshes each have a rectangular shape having a central opening sufficiently long to accommodate two pillars. These meshes are further configured to create a longitudinal clearance in this opening for moving the two pillars in this central opening.

The French patent application 1,228,216 discloses a jewelery article having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims to provide an item of jewelry and / or jewelry and an accessory for such an article, of a fairly similar kind, which are particularly simple and convenient to manufacture; as well as a method of manufacture of such an accessory, which is also particularly simple, convenient and economical to implement.

The invention thus has, in a first aspect, an article of jewelery and / or jewelry according to claim 1. The first connecting elements of the jewelery article and / or jewelry according to the invention allow the assembly an ornamental element, formed for example by a gemstone or a piece of precious metal, particularly simple, convenient while being safe.

These first connecting elements thus serve both the rigid assembly of the first and second individual pieces together and the mechanical fastening of the ornamental element on the second individual piece.

By mechanical subjection, it is understood here that this ornamental element is fixed integrally on the second individual part and that it can not separate itself, that is to say without external stress.

For the manufacture of the jewelery article and / or jewelery according to the invention, thanks to the configuration of its accessory, no welding operation is for example necessary for the mechanical fastening and the holding in position of a such an ornamental element; which can be for example easily crimped on the second individual part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

The Figures 1 and 2 show an accessory 1 for an item of jewelry and / or jewelry, formed by a pendant for example for a necklace or directly forming a portion of such a necklace.

This accessory 1 is here made from precious and non-precious metals and also precious stones.

The accessory 1 comprises a first face 2, also called lower face, and a second face 3, also called upper face, which is opposite to the first face 2 and facing the latter.

The first face 2 is here formed of a plurality of first individual pieces 4 while the second face 3 is formed of a plurality of second individual pieces 5 and a plurality of ornamental elements 6 each arranged and set on a second individual piece 5.

Each frame 11 is configured to receive in its central opening 31 one of the four pillars 10 of at least two first individual pieces 4 adjacent, ie at least two pillars 10.

More generally, each frame 11 is dimensioned so that four pillars respectively of four first individual pieces 4 adjacent are received in its central opening 31.

Each frame 11 is thus configured to connect at least two pairs of individual parts 4 and 5, preferably four pairs, so that the assembled couples are movable in translation and in rotation relative to each other.

The accessory 1 is furthermore formed by the plurality of ornamental elements 6, which are also arranged according to the predetermined pattern since here each second individual piece 5 carries an ornamental element 6.

The method comprises the step of providing a plurality of frames 11 as described above and of positioning them on the first individual pieces 4.

Each frame 11 is here mounted on the inner face 16 of four adjacent first bodies (arranged in a square), with a pillar 10 of each first body 15 which is introduced into the central opening 31 of the frame 11.

Note that the inner wall 33 of the frame 11 partially surrounds the circular base 14 of each pillar 10 which is trapped and can come into contact with these bases 14 when the first individual parts 4 are spaced apart as far as possible.

The method comprises the step of mechanically securing each ornamental element 6 to the respective second individual part 5 by crimping and deforming the free deformable ends 13 of the pillars 10 surrounding this ornamental element 6.

This crimping step thus makes it possible to hold each ornamental element 6 in position on the respective individual second part 5, but also to rigidly assemble each pair of individual pieces by virtue of the deformation of the free deformable ends 13 of the pillars 10 which can not thus more out of the orifices 26. The frames 11 are in turn imprisoned between the pairs of individual parts.

Note that the pillars 10 allow the mounting of the ornamental element 6 in a particularly simple and convenient, while being safe.

These pillars 10 thus serve both to the rigid assembly of the first and second individual parts 4 and 5 together and to the mechanical fastening of the ornamental element 6 to the second individual part 5.

Here, the first and second individual pieces 204 and 205 are arranged in staggered arrangements, each arrangement thus having four lateral pairs of individual pieces 204 and 205 and a central pair of individual pieces 204 and 205.

The individual pieces 204 and 205 of each of these pairs are assembled to one another in the manner described above, by means of pillars 210 whose free ends 213 are crushed to crimp the ornamental elements 206 and to rigidly assembling these individual pieces 204 and 205 together.

Each frame 211 here receives in its central opening 231 four pillars 210, including two pillars 210 which belong to a first individual piece 204 called central, another pillar 210 which belongs to a first individual piece 204 said side and another pillar 210 which belongs to another first individual piece 204 also called lateral.

The Figures 24 to 27 represent a third variant embodiment of the accessory described with reference to Figures 1 to 16 .

In general, for similar elements, the same reference numerals as those used for the accessory 1 were used, but the number 300 was added.

The accessory 301 shown on the Figures 24 to 27 is distinguished from the accessory 1 in that it is provided with ornamental elements 306 both on its on its first face 302 and on its second face 303, while only the second face 3 of the accessory 1 presents ornamental elements 6.

The individual piece pairs 304 and 305 are assembled together in the manner described above with reference to the individual piece pairs 4 and 5.

The first individual pieces 304 differ from the first individual pieces 4 in that they are each further provided with four protuberances 350 extending from the outer face 317 of the first body 315 to a deformable free end 351.

Thus, an ornamental member 306 is mounted on each second individual piece 305, as described above, and an ornament member 306 is also mounted on each individual first piece 304, on the side of its outer face 317.

The mechanical fastening of the ornamental elements 306 on the respective individual pieces 304 and 305 is done by crimping, that is to say by crushing the free ends 313 and 351, respectively of the pillars 310 and protuberances 350.

In a variant not illustrated, the accessory may comprise first individual parts having pillars projecting from both of these inner and outer faces, and second individual parts arranged on either side of the first individual parts, that is, that is to say facing each of the inner and outer faces of the first individual pieces. Claims (14)

1. An article of jewelry and/or of lapidary work comprising at least one accessory (1) having at least one first individual piece (4), at least one second individual piece (5) disposed facing said at least one first individual piece (4), and a plurality of first linking parts (10) which are configured to assemble rigidly together said at least one first individual piece (4) and at least one second individual piece (5) which are in facing relationship; said accessory (1) further comprises at least one ornamental part (6) disposed on said at least one second individual piece (5), which is thus interposed between said at least one ornamental part (6) and said at least one first individual piece (4), and said accessory (1) is configured such that at least two said first linking parts (10) make it possible to mechanically fasten and hold in position said at least one ornamental part (6) on said at least one second individual piece (5); and said at least one first individual part (4) has a first body (15) having an inside face (16) and said at least one second individual piece (5) has a second body (22); said article being characterized in that said second body (22) is provided with a plurality of through apertures (26), and each said first linking part, configured to mechanically fasten said at least one ornamental part (6), is formed by a pillar (10) which projects from said inside face (16) of said first body (15), which passes through a said aperture (26) of said second body (22), and which has a deformable free end (13) extending beyond said second body (22).

An article according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one said pillar (10) comprises a base (14) having a first cross-section and extending from said inside face (16) of said first body (15), and a rod (12) having a second cross-section distinct from said first cross-section and extending from said base (14) to said free end (13).
3. An article according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one said rod (12) has a bearing face (21) turned towards said at least one ornamental part (6) and configured to hold it in position.
4. An article according to claim 3, characterized in that at least one said bearing face (21) is formed by a flat.
5. An article according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that said base (14) is circular, said rod (12) is semi-circular and said apertures (26) are circular or semi-circular.
6. An article according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said at least one first individual piece (4) and at least one second individual piece (5) each have an outer contour at least partially circular.
7. An article according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said at least one first individual piece (4) and at least one second individual piece (5) are annular, and said at least one ornamental part (6) is at least inserted into a central hole (27) of said at least one second individual piece (5).
8. An article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said at least one first individual piece (4) and at least one second individual piece (5) in facing relationship are rigidly assembled together by four first linking parts (10) which are disposed so as to face each other pairwise.
9. An article according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that said accessory (1) comprises a plurality of first individual pieces (4), a plurality of second individual pieces (5), each first individual piece (4) is disposed facing a said second individual piece (5) and is rigidly assembled thereto by said first linking parts (10) to form a pair, and said accessory further comprises a plurality of second linking parts (11) which are each configured to join at least two said pairs such that the two said pairs are movable relative to each other in terms of translation and rotation.
10. An article according to claim 9, characterized in that each said second linking part (11) is formed by a frame with a closed contour defining a central opening (31) in which are inserted said first linking parts (10).
11. An article according to claim 10, characterized in that said frame (11) is formed by arms (32) having a cross-section that is at least partially circular.
12. An accessory configured to equip an article of jewelry and/or of lapidary work according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising a plurality of first individual pieces (4), a plurality of second individual pieces (5), a plurality of first linking parts (10), each said first individual piece (4) is disposed facing a said second individual piece (5) and is rigidly assembled thereto by said first linking parts (10) to form a pair, and a plurality of second linking parts (11) which are each configured to join at least two said pairs such that the two said pairs are movable relative to each other in terms of translation and rotation; said accessory (1) further comprising a plurality of ornamental parts (6) disposed on said second individual pieces (5), which are then each interposed between a said ornamental part (6) and a said first individual piece (4), and said accessory (1) is configured such that said first linking parts (10) make it possible to mechanically fasten and hold in position said ornamental parts (6) on said second individual pieces (5).
13. A method of manufacturing an accessory according to claim 12, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

    - providing a plurality of first individual pieces (4) each having first linking parts (10);

    - providing a plurality of second individual pieces (5);

    - providing a plurality of second linking parts (11) and mounting them on said first linking parts (4) to assemble at least two adjacent first individual pieces (4);

    - disposing each said second individual piece (5) facing a said first individual piece (4) to form a pair and assembling each said pair via said first linking parts (10);

    - providing a plurality of ornamental parts (6) and disposing them on said second individual pieces (5), which are then each interposed between a said ornamental part (6) and a said first individual piece (4);

    - mechanically fastening and holding in position said ornamental parts (6) on said second individual pieces (5) via said first linking parts (10); whereby each said pair is rigidly assembled.
14. A method according to claim 13, characterized in that said step of mechanically fastening said ornamental parts (6) on said second individual pieces (5) is carried out by clamping.
