Claims (15)

  1. Skischuh (1) für Skitouren, Folgendes beinhaltend:
    ein Paar vordere Stifte (P1), die im vorderen Abschnitt (A) des Skischuhs (1) an einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden vorgesehen und dafür ausgelegt sind, mit entsprechenden Löchern an einem Vorderbacken (K) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten;
    ein Paar vorderer Aufnahmen (2), die in dem vorderen Abschnitt (A) des Skischuhs (1) vorgesehen sind und jeweils einen der vorderen Stifte (P1) aufnehmen;
    wobei jeder vordere Stift (P1) in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (2) beweglich ist, um Folgendes einzunehmen: eine Aufstiegskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme (2) herausragt, um in nicht lösbarer Weise mit einem Loch an einem Vorderbacken (K) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten und dem Skischuh (1) eine Schwenkbewegung um die Achse desselben vorderen Stiftes (P1) zu ermöglichen; eine Abfahrtskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme (2) herausragt, um lösbar mit einem Loch an einem Vorderbacken (K) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten; eine Auslösekonfiguration, in der er sich in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (2) befindet, so dass er außer Eingriff vom Loch des Vorderbackens (K) ist;
    wobei der Skischuh (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er Folgendes beinhaltet:
    Betätigungsmittel (4);
    erste Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) die zumindest teilweise in dem Skischuh (1) untergebracht sind und mit den vorderen Stiften (P1) und den Betätigungsmitteln (4) verbunden sind;
    wobei die Betätigungsmittel (4) an den ersten Verbindungsmitteln (5, 50) festgelegt sind, so dass sie Folgendes einnehmen können: eine Arbeitsstellung, in der sie derart auf die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) wirken, dass die vorderen Stifte (P1) in die entsprechende Aufstiegskonfiguration bewegt werden; eine Zwischenstellung, in der sie derart auf die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) wirken, dass die vorderen Stifte (P1) in die entsprechende Abfahrtskonfiguration bewegt werden; und eine Nichtarbeitsstellung, in der sie derart auf die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) wirken, dass die vorderen Stifte (P1) in die entsprechende Auslösekonfiguration bewegt werden;
    wobei die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) derart geformt sind, dass, wenn sich die vorderen Stifte (P1) in der Abfahrtskonfiguration befinden und der Ski einer Belastung ausgesetzt wird, die einen kritischen Wert übersteigt, die vorderen Stifte (P1) außer Eingriff vom entsprechenden Loch am Vorderbacken (K) gelangen, um das Auslösen des Skischuhs (1) aus dem Vorderbacken (K) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Skischuh (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, erste Federmittel (3) beinhaltend, die mit den ersten Verbindungsmitteln (5, 50) verbunden sind.
  3. Skischuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) ein erstes stangenförmiges Element (5) beinhalten, das zumindest einen Endabschnitt (15) und einen Körperabschnitt (16) aufweist; wobei das erste stangenförmige Element (5) über den Endabschnitt (15) an den Betätigungsmitteln (4) festgelegt ist, so dass infolge der Bewegung der zuletzt genannten das erste stangenförmige Element (5) entsprechend entlang seiner eigenen Achse bewegt wird, um die Bewegung der vorderen Stifte (P1) zu bewirken.
  4. Skischuh (1) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, wobei die ersten Federmittel (3) mit dem ersten stangenförmigen Element (5) verbunden sind.
  5. Skischuh (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei das erste stangenförmige Element (5) ein Draht ist.
  6. Skischuh (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 oder 5, wobei die vorderen Aufnahmen (2) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und einen ersten Kanal (20) in dem vorderen Abschnitt (A) des Skischuhs (1) bilden; und wobei die ersten Verbindungsmittel (5, 50) ferner beinhalten: zwei erste Kolbenstangenelemente (50), die jeweils mit einem ersten Ende scharnierbeweglich an dem Körperabschnitt (16) des ersten stangenförmigen Elements (5) angelenkt sind und mit dem zweiten Ende mit einem vorderen Stift (P1) verbunden sind; wobei die ersten zwei Kolbenstangenelemente (50) derart angeordnet sind, dass infolge der Bewegung der Betätigungsmittel (4), die entsprechenden zweiten Enden sich in dem ersten Kanal (20) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegen, um die Bewegung der vorderen Stifte (P1) zu bewirken.
  7. Skischuh (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die ersten Kolbenstangenelemente (50) relativ zu der Ausdehnungsachse des ersten stangenförmigen Elements (5) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  8. Skischuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner beinhaltend: ein Paar hinterer Stifte (P2), die im hinteren Abschnitt (R) des Skischuhs (1) an einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden vorgesehen und dafür ausgelegt sind, mit entsprechenden Löchern an einem Fersenteil (T) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten;
    ein Paar hinterer Aufnahmen (6), die in dem hinteren Abschnitt (R) des Skischuhs (1) vorgesehen sind und jeweils einen hinteren Stift (P2) aufnehmen;
    wobei jeder hintere Stift (P2) in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) beweglich ist, um Folgendes einzunehmen: eine Abfahrtskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) herausragt, um lösbar mit einem Loch an einem Fersenteil (T) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten; eine Auslösekonfiguration, in der er außer Eingriff vom Loch des Fersenteils (T) ist und sich in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) befindet; eine Aufstiegskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) herausragt, außer Eingriff vom Loch des Fersenteils (T) ist und auf diesem aufliegen kann;
    wobei der Skischuh (1) ferner zweite Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) beinhaltet, die in dem Skischuh (1) untergebracht sind und mit den hinteren Stiften (P2) und den Betätigungsmitteln (4) derart verbunden sind, dass sie: wenn die zuletzt genannten in die entsprechende Arbeitsstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Aufstiegskonfiguration bewegt werden; wenn die Betätigungsmittel (4) in die entsprechende Zwischenstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Abfahrtskonfiguration bewegt werden; und wenn die Betätigungsmittel (4) in die entsprechende Nichtarbeitsstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Auslösekonfiguration bewegt werden;
    wobei die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) derart geformt sind, dass, wenn sich die hinteren Stifte (P2) in der Abfahrtskonfiguration befinden und der Ski einer Belastung ausgesetzt wird, die einen kritischen Wert übersteigt, die hinteren Stifte (P2) außer Eingriff vom entsprechenden Loch am Fersenteil (T) gelangen, um das Auslösen des Skischuhs (1) aus dem Fersenteil (T) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Skischuh (1) für Skitouren, Folgendes beinhaltend:
    ein Paar hinterer Stifte (P2), die im hinteren Abschnitt (R) des Skischuhs (1) an einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden vorgesehen und dafür ausgelegt sind, mit entsprechenden Löchern an einem Fersenteil (T) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten;
    ein Paar hinterer Aufnahmen (6), die in dem hinteren Abschnitt (R) des Skischuhs (1) vorgesehen sind und jeweils einen hinteren Stift (P2) aufnehmen;
    wobei jeder hintere Stift (P2) in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) beweglich ist, um Folgendes einzunehmen: eine Abfahrtskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) herausragt, um lösbar mit einem Loch an einem Fersenteil (T) für Skitourengehen in Eingriff zu treten; eine Auslösekonfiguration, in der er außer Eingriff vom Loch des Fersenteils (T) ist und sich in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (6) befindet; eine Aufstiegskonfiguration, in der er aus der entsprechenden Aufnahme herausragt, außer Eingriff vom Loch des Fersenteils (T) ist und darauf aufliegen kann;
    wobei der Skischuh (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er Folgendes beinhaltet:
    Betätigungsmittel (4);
    zweite Verbindungsmittel (7, 70), die in dem Skischuh (1) untergebracht sind und mit den hinteren Stiften (P2) und den Betätigungsmitteln (4) derart verbunden sind, dass sie: wenn die zuletzt genannten in die entsprechende Arbeitsstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Aufstiegskonfiguration bewegt werden; wenn die Betätigungsmittel (4) in eine entsprechende Zwischenstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Abfahrtskonfiguration bewegt werden; und wenn die Betätigungsmittel (4) in eine entsprechende Nichtarbeitsstellung gebracht werden, so auf die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) wirken, dass die hinteren Stifte (P2) in die entsprechende Auslösekonfiguration bewegt werden;
    wobei die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) derart geformt sind, dass, wenn sich die hinteren Stifte (P2) in der Abfahrtskonfiguration befinden und der Ski einer Belastung ausgesetzt wird, die einen kritischen Wert übersteigt, die hinteren Stifte (P2) außer Eingriff vom entsprechenden Loch am Fersenteil (T) gelangen, um das Auslösen des Skischuhs (1) aus dem Fersenteil (T) zu ermöglichen.
  10. Skischuh (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, zweite Federmittel (8) beinhaltend, die mit den zweiten Verbindungsmitteln (7, 70) verbunden sind.
  11. Skischuh (1) nach einem der Ansprüche von 8 bis 10, wobei die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) ein zweites stangenförmiges Element (7) beinhalten, das zumindest einen Endabschnitt und einen Körperabschnitt aufweist; wobei das zweite stangenförmige Element (7) über den Endabschnitt an den Betätigungsmitteln (4) festgelegt ist, so dass infolge der Bewegung der zuletzt genannten das zweite stangenförmige Element (7) entsprechend entlang seiner eigenen Achse bewegt wird, um die Bewegung der hinteren Stifte (P2) zu bewirken.
  12. Skischuh (1) nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, wobei die zweiten Federmittel (8) mit dem zweiten stangenförmigen Element (7) verbunden sind.
  13. Skischuh (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei das zweite stangenförmige Element (7) ein Draht ist.
  14. Skischuh (1) nach einem der Ansprüche von 11 bis 13, wobei die hinteren Aufnahmen (6) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und einen zweiten Kanal (60) im hinteren Abschnitt (R) des Skischuhs (1) bilden; wobei die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (7, 70) zwei zweite Kolbenstangenelemente (70) beinhalten, die jeweils mit einem ersten Ende scharnierbeweglich an dem zweiten stangenförmigen Element (7) angelenkt sind und mit dem zweiten Ende mit einem hinteren Stift (P2) verbunden sind, um die Bewegung des zuletzt genannten zu bewirken; wobei die zwei zweiten Kolbenstangenelemente (70) derart angeordnet sind, dass infolge der Bewegung der Betätigungsmittel (4) die entsprechenden zweiten Enden sich in dem zweiten Kanal (60) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegen, um die Bewegung der hinteren Stifte (P2) zu bewirken.
  15. Skischuh (1) nach einem der Ansprüche von 11 bis 14, ferner beinhaltend ein Drahtelement (72), das die Betätigungsmittel (4) und das zweite Stangenelement (7) miteinander verbindet.
