Definitions
- the invention relates to a fall arrest of a tapeless self-loading pistol with a movable securing element, which can take a securing position in which it engages in the trajectory of a firing pin before firing shot, and a release position in which it is outside the trajectory of the firing pin.
- the invention also relates to a self-loading pistol equipped with such a fall arrester.
- position designations such as “top”, “bottom”, “front”, “rear”, etc. always refer to the view of a shooter who keeps the self-loading pistol in normal firing position with horizontal axis of the soul.
- Hahneless self-loading pistols - also called pistols with firing pin lock - are known in various designs.
- the shutter slide When loading these guns, the shutter slide is released from its rear position and the closing spring drives the shutter slide forward.
- the leading shutter slide compresses the firing pin spring in it surrounding the firing pin and thereby tension the firing pin. If the shooter then actuates the trigger mechanism in the handle, the latter releases the prestressed firing pin.
- the firing pin spring In the case of tapeless self-loading guns with a clamping trigger system, however, the operation of the trigger mechanism in addition to the firing pin release function, the firing pin spring also still quite or partially tension.
- Fall arrest serves to prevent inadvertent firing upon dropping or other stress on the self-loading gun.
- US 2011/0289811 A1 shows a tapeless self-loading pistol with a fall arrester. In its securing position is a two-armed safety lever with a first lever arm on a standing with the firing pin engaged safety slide and holds with its second lever arm the preloaded firing pin.
- the safety lever is coupled to the trigger via the trigger rod. Upon actuation of the trigger to the rear this moves the trigger rod backwards, which in turn pivots the safety lever, so that the first lever arm moves the safety slide up to its release position.
- the safety slide comprises a complementary to the outer dimension of the firing pin recess, so that in the release position of the firing pin can slide past the safety slide.
- EP 1 281 924 B1 shows a firing pin safety device of a self-loading pistol with cock ignition with a rotating and sliding safety slide.
- the safety slide represents the firing pin.
- US 7,703,230 B2 discloses a firing pin safety device of a tapeless self-loading pistol.
- the firing pin safety device comprises a securing element, which is arranged vertically laterally on the firing pin and retains this together with the trigger lever in the securing position in its cocked position.
- the firing pin comprises lateral projecting contact surfaces on which the securing element engages.
- the trigger bar pivots a lever arm, which in turn acts on the fuse element and this moves axially upward. In this case, the securing element comes out of engagement with the contact surfaces and releases the firing pin in the release position.
- US Pat. No. 7,810,268 B1 discloses a tapeless gun with a trigger bar coupled to the trigger. At the rear end of the trigger bar an extended arm is provided which captures the striker on an extension on its underside, tensioned and held in its cocked position. For firing the trigger is actuated, which in turn pivots the trigger bar and the rear extension of the path of the firing pin and so releases.
- an ejector is provided, which is coupled via a sliding connector with the trigger bar. The fitting prevents the trigger bar from moving downward when the trigger is not actuated, thereby slipping the extended arm of the trigger bar away from the extension of the firing pin, thereby preventing shot firing in the event of unintentional dropping of the gun.
- US 5,157,209 A which forms the starting point of the present invention discloses a tapeless self-loading pistol with a firing pin safety and a vertically slidable in the carriage fuse element.
- the securing element engages with its upper side in a recess on the firing pin in engagement and prevents it from further forward.
- a trigger provided on the trigger acts on the securing element and displaces it upward in its release position, so that a firing is possible.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an improved and functionally reliable fall protection of a self-loading pistol and a self-loading pistol equipped with this fall arrester.
- the generic fall protection is therefore characterized in that the securing element in the securing position the firing pin only after its flow over a defined distance.
- the defined distance is of course shorter than the distance required for firing shot, but such that the firing pin spring is fully or almost completely relaxed and therefore the energy of the previously strained firing pin spring is completely or almost completely consumed in the trapped positions. Therefore, the firing pin spring can no longer drive the firing pin to fire a shot, even if a shooter in this relaxed position of the firing pin should release the trigger and press again.
- the claimed fall protection is characterized in that the securing element of the fall arrest between its securing position and its release position is arranged horizontally rotatable or pivotable and formed.
- the fall protection also includes a particular pin-like storage element which is rotatably mounted with a first end in a recess in the closure slide.
- a two-armed locking lever is provided at a second end of the bearing element of the fall arrester, which projects in its securing position with a free end of the fuse to a first lever arm for catching the firing pin in its trajectory.
- the generic self-loading pistol of claim 11 is characterized in that it is provided with a fall arrester according to one of claims 1 to 10.
- a firing of a self-loading gun according to the invention is only possible if the fall arrest is in its release position, so that the securing element passes out of the range of motion of the firing pin.
- the fall arrest prevents accidental firing if the self-loading pistol is dropped or otherwise shaken.
- the striker spring may be partially relaxed with any unintentionally deployed firing pin, but because the fuse captures the firing pin and contacts the primer of a cartridge located in the chamber prevented, no shot can solve.
- the device is due to the relatively simple and robust technology with pollution-prone components less prone to failure. This even with strong mechanical loads from the outside, so that the self-loading pistol is therefore also more reliable and reliable than known tapeless self-loading pistols.
- the present invention provides that the firing pin travels a defined distance in case of unintentional release, and is then collected, the present invention of the known principle to hold a cocked firing pin on a securing element in the tensioned state and secure, from.
- the present invention prevents the fall arrester, for example, due to soiling from unintentionally remaining in the release position, thus allowing an accidental ignition of a cartridge in the event of a fall.
- a rotating about an axis rotation lock can be made neutral to the mass with respect to a spring-loaded sliding safety and is as safe as possible together with the force acting on them spring force.
- a rotatable mounting of the bearing element allows a rolling movement of the fall arrest on the firing pin guide sleeve during pivoting.
- the storage element may, for example, as a pin, bolt or other suitable axle be formed, which is then inserted via a plug-in connection in a recess in the closure slide.
- the recess can be provided, for example, by simple means as a bore in the shutter slide.
- the two arms of the safety lever can be perfectly balanced with respect to one another and designed to be largely mass-balanced to one another. This measure counteracts mass acceleration, as occurs in case of collision or shock.
- the securing element in its securing position, the firing pin only shortly before a shot firing on (claim 2).

- the control contour 77 is bent tab-like from the trigger bar 27 to the top left and thus forms a control bar, which corresponds in height approximately to the length of the control pin 73.
- the trigger 5 end facing the control contour 77 extends semicircular in the direction of the right side of the shutter slide 7, not shown here.
- the adjacent to the control contour 77 portion of the trigger bar 27 has in the direction of the trigger 5 an approximately perpendicularly extending approximately slot-like recess 78. This is due to manufacturing technology.
- the recess 78 is followed in the direction of the trigger 5 in the trigger bar 27 by a second control contour 79 which is approximately perpendicular to the top. This is formed at its recess 78 facing the end approximately wedge-shaped, wherein the rear part of the upper side of the control contour 79 in the direction of the recess 78 slopes downwards. - the firing pin 17 is then slid forward with its projection 17a over the step 19f of the sear 19 away in the direction of the cartridge chamber and finally caught by the securing end 67a of the securing element 61.
- the firing pin 17 sets a defined distance, which corresponds to the distance between the step 19f and the securing end 67a located in the securing position.
- the firing pin 17 is thus collected only at the last moment shortly before hitting the firing pin tip 17c on a cartridge bottom of a possibly located in the cartridge chamber cartridge.
- the securing element 61 can not turn in his captive firing pin caught by him and thus release the firing pin 17 unintentionally.

- the control contour 79 acts on the control pin 73 such that the securing end 67a is pivoted out of the path of movement of the firing pin projection 17a against the resistance of the securing leg spring 69. In this case, the recess 75 rolls on the firing pin guide sleeve 18a. This ensures that the securing element 61 is in its release position before the sear 19 is triggered via the release latch 45 and the withdrawal rod 27.
- the way for the firing pin lug 17a is free and the triggered and knocked firing pin 17 can touch with his firing pin tip 17c the primer of any cartridge located in the chamber.

- the securing element 61 is pivoted by the securing spring 69 in its securing position. During the movement of the interrupter rod 21 and thus the trigger bar 27 down the trigger rod 27 slides down out of engagement with the control pin 73 of the fuse element 61. With again leading closure 7 and released trigger the trigger rod 77 comes with its control contour 79 in contact with the Underside of the control pin 73 of the securing element 61 until the leading trigger rod 27 assumes its front end position, is pushed up by the spring 37 and after overrunning the control pin 73 with its first control contour 77 behind the control bolt 73 again.

Description
The invention relates to a fall arrest of a tapeless self-loading pistol with a movable securing element, which can take a securing position in which it engages in the trajectory of a firing pin before firing shot, and a release position in which it is outside the trajectory of the firing pin.
The invention also relates to a self-loading pistol equipped with such a fall arrester.
In these documents, position designations such as "top", "bottom", "front", "rear", etc. always refer to the view of a shooter who keeps the self-loading pistol in normal firing position with horizontal axis of the soul.
Hahneless self-loading pistols - also called pistols with firing pin lock - are known in various designs. When loading these guns, the shutter slide is released from its rear position and the closing spring drives the shutter slide forward. When tapeless self-loading gun without jaw system while the striker is arranged in the closing slide of a sling - also called trigger lever - caught in the handle and therefore can not slide with the shutter slide forward. The leading shutter slide compresses the firing pin spring in it surrounding the firing pin and thereby tension the firing pin. If the shooter then actuates the trigger mechanism in the handle, the latter releases the prestressed firing pin. In the case of tapeless self-loading guns with a clamping trigger system, however, the operation of the trigger mechanism in addition to the firing pin release function, the firing pin spring also still quite or partially tension.
Even safeties for self-loading pistols are known in different versions. Fall arrest serves to prevent inadvertent firing upon dropping or other stress on the self-loading gun.
The safety lever is coupled to the trigger via the trigger rod. Upon actuation of the trigger to the rear this moves the trigger rod backwards, which in turn pivots the safety lever, so that the first lever arm moves the safety slide up to its release position. The safety slide comprises a complementary to the outer dimension of the firing pin recess, so that in the release position of the firing pin can slide past the safety slide.
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved and functionally reliable fall protection of a self-loading pistol and a self-loading pistol equipped with this fall arrester.
This object is achieved by the subject-matter of
In accordance with
Furthermore, the claimed fall protection is characterized in that the securing element of the fall arrest between its securing position and its release position is arranged horizontally rotatable or pivotable and formed. The fall protection also includes a particular pin-like storage element which is rotatably mounted with a first end in a recess in the closure slide. In this case, a two-armed locking lever is provided at a second end of the bearing element of the fall arrester, which projects in its securing position with a free end of the fuse to a first lever arm for catching the firing pin in its trajectory.
The generic self-loading pistol of claim 11 is characterized in that it is provided with a fall arrester according to one of
A firing of a self-loading gun according to the invention is only possible if the fall arrest is in its release position, so that the securing element passes out of the range of motion of the firing pin. Thus, the fall arrest prevents accidental firing if the self-loading pistol is dropped or otherwise shaken. In the backup position, although the striker spring may be partially relaxed with any unintentionally deployed firing pin, but because the fuse captures the firing pin and contacts the primer of a cartridge located in the chamber prevented, no shot can solve.
The device is due to the relatively simple and robust technology with pollution-prone components less prone to failure. This even with strong mechanical loads from the outside, so that the self-loading pistol is therefore also more reliable and reliable than known tapeless self-loading pistols.
A rotating about an axis rotation lock can be made neutral to the mass with respect to a spring-loaded sliding safety and is as safe as possible together with the force acting on them spring force.
A rotatable mounting of the bearing element allows a rolling movement of the fall arrest on the firing pin guide sleeve during pivoting. The storage element may, for example, as a pin, bolt or other suitable axle be formed, which is then inserted via a plug-in connection in a recess in the closure slide. The recess can be provided, for example, by simple means as a bore in the shutter slide.
The two arms of the safety lever, for example, can be perfectly balanced with respect to one another and designed to be largely mass-balanced to one another. This measure counteracts mass acceleration, as occurs in case of collision or shock.
Vorzugsweise fängt bei der Fallsicherung das Sicherungselement in seiner Sicherungsstellung den Schlagbolzen erst kurz vor einer Schussauslösung auf (Anspruch 2).Preferably, in the fall protection, the securing element in its securing position, the firing pin only shortly before a shot firing on (claim 2).
This measure allows the longest possible distance of the firing pin.
Vorzugsweise ist bei der Fallsicherung das Sicherungselement an einer den Schlagbolzen umgebenden Schlagbolzenführungshülse bewegbar gelagert (Anspruch 3).Preferably, in the case of securing the securing element is movably mounted on a firing pin guide sleeve surrounding the firing pin (claim 3).
The storage of the securing element on the firing pin guide sleeve can be accomplished with manufacturing technology simple means. In addition, this arrangement allows a compact and space-saving design of fall protection.
The elastic element can be provided, for example, as an elastomer or a correspondingly suitable spring element, for example a leaf or leg spring. The bias of the fuse element in its backup position increases the safety of the fall arrest and prevents inadvertent firing.
A one-piece design ensures a high stability of the fall arrester. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to provide a fall arrester comprising a plurality of components, which are correspondingly coupled to one another via suitable fastening means or, for example, via plug-in, latching or other connections. The latter allows the replacement of individual components of fall protection.
Vorzugsweise weist die Fallsicherung am freien Ende eines zweiten Hebelarms des Sicherungshebels ein Steuerelement für einen Wirkeingriff mit wenigstens einer Steuerkontur einer mit dem Abzug gekoppelten Abzugsstange auf (Anspruch 6).Preferably, the fall arrestor at the free end of a second lever arm of the safety lever on a control for an operative engagement with at least one control contour of a trigger rod coupled to the trigger on (claim 6).
The control may be provided, for example, as a projection, pins, bolts or other formations of suitable geometry. The control contour on the trigger bar can be provided with correspondingly suitable geometries, for example as a tab, projection or other suitable design. In a simple embodiment, the control contour is provided as a survey. A projecting component interacts with the control contour in a simple manner in terms of movement.
Vorzugsweise hinterstellt bei der Fallsicherung in Ruhestellung des Abzugs die Abzugsstange mit wenigstens einer ersten Steuerkontur das Steuerelement in dessen Sicherungsstellung und verhindert dadurch eine Bewegung des Sicherungselements in seine Freigabestellung (Anspruch 7).Preferably, in the fall arrest in the rest position of the trigger the trigger bar with at least a first control contour behind the control in its securing position and thereby prevents movement of the fuse element in its release position (claim 7).
Due to this positive background, the securing element can not rotate out of the securing position with a relaxed trigger, which ensures a high level of security of the fall arrester.
During the backward movement of the closure, the trigger bar tilts out of engagement with the anti-rotation device.
In particular, with any contamination of the fuse element or the fall arrest ensures the at least one control contour a return of the fuse element in its securing position.
When the trigger is actuated, it is known that the closing slide slides backwards after firing. In addition, it is known to take place during the closing of the shutter re-loading a cartridge from the magazine into the cartridge chamber. Since the fall protection projects back into the path of movement of the firing pin by the action of the spring already at shutter return, unintentional firing can be effectively prevented.
Vorzugsweise umfasst die Abzugsstange der Fallsicherung wenigstens eine zweite Steuerkontur, um bei Abzugsbetätigung das Steuerelement zu beaufschlagen und das Sicherungselement in seine Freigabestellung zu verbringen (Anspruch 8).Preferably, the trigger bar of the fall arrest comprises at least a second control contour in order to apply the control element in the case of trigger actuation and to transfer the securing element into its release position (claim 8).
Also, the second control contour can be provided in a simple configuration as a survey or tab with or without control slope to pressurize the control at trigger actuation. This measure ensures that with deliberate deduction actuation also firing is possible.
In addition, a known Züngelsicherung known per se may be provided on the trigger, which prevents unwanted actuation of the trigger and thus the trigger bar. During the withdrawal movement then the trigger bar rotates about its control contour, the fall arrester in the open position and ensures a firing. After firing the mass balanced fall arrest during backward movement of the closure is subject only to the force of the spring.
After completion of the shutter advance the control pin is located with its underside on top of the second control contour of the trigger bar. When the trigger is released, the control contour and the trigger bar move forward, with the spring-loaded trigger bar being pushed upwards and resuming its original position as soon as the control contour comes out of contact with the underside of the control pin.
In this initial position of the trigger bar, the trigger connected to the trigger rod is secured by the trigger tongue and forced the control of the fall arrest by the first control contour on the trigger rod, whereby the fall arrest is locked in its securing position and the cocked striker at Triggering of the sear by fall or shock acceleration is caught safely from the end of the fall arrestor.
The first and / or the second control contour exclude via the positive control of the securing element from any unwanted own movement of the securing element. The Applicant reserves the right to claim independent protection for such a trigger bar.
Vorzugsweise umfasst das Lagerungselement der Fallsicherung eine wenigstens teilweise in ihren Abmessungen zur Schlagbolzenführungshülse komplementär ausgebildete Aussparung für dessen Lagerung an der Schlagbolzenführungshülse, derart, dass sich das Sicherungselement mit seiner Bewegung aus der Sicherungsstellung in die Freigabestellung und umgekehrt um die Schlagbolzenführungshülse verschwenkt (Anspruch 9).Preferably, the storage element of the fall arrest comprises a recess at least partially complementary in size to the firing pin guide sleeve for the bearing on the firing pin guide sleeve, such that the fuse element pivots with its movement from the securing position to the release position and vice versa to the firing pin guide sleeve (claim 9).
If the bearing element is designed, for example, as an axle pin, pin or pin, for example, the recess may extend in the upper, lower region or middle region of the bearing element and penetrate this approximately in a range of 10 to 50% of its maximum diameter. In order to enable pivoting, in addition, the outer edge regions of the recess are rounded to the outside to allow a corresponding movement of the firing pin guide sleeve.
Vorzugsweise umfasst die Fallsicherung und insbesondere der Schlagbolzen einen daran ausgebildeten Ansatz zum Wirkeingriff mit dem Sicherungselement in dessen Sicherungsstellung (Anspruch 10).Preferably, the fall arrester and in particular the firing pin comprises a projection formed thereon for the operative engagement with the securing element in its securing position (claim 10).
Such an approach can protrude, for example, from the firing pin down and can be realized with manufacturing technology simple means. The approach provides a suitable engagement surface for the fuse end of the safety lever.

The
Further, at the rear end of the

For re-tensioning the

The securing
The
The adjacent to the

In the release position, the way for the
The securing
