Bei bekannten Bohlenanbauteilen bzw. Einbaubohlen ist es so, dass für die Verbindung zwischen dem Bohlengrundkörper und dem Bohlenanbauteil ein Leitschutzblech, welches eine Seite des Bohlenanbauteils abdeckt, komplett abgeschraubt werden muss, damit die Befestigungselemente bzw. Kopplungselemente und Kupplungselemente erreichbar sind und gelöst bzw. befestigt werden können. Das Abschrauben und Anschrauben des Leitschutzblechs ist sehr zeitaufwendig und kann so beim Bau einer Straße zu erhöhten Kosten führen. Insbesondere beim Befestigen des Leitschutzblechs an dem Bohlenanbauteil muss eine untere Kante des Bohlenanbauteils an einem Bohlengleitblech des Bohlenanbauteils bzw. der Einbaubohle ausgerichtet werden. Dies führt zu zusätzlichen Zeitverzögerungen. Das Schwenken des Leitschutzbleches um die Achse kann dabei händisch erfolgen. Für die Montage eines Bohlenanbauteils an den Bohlengrundkörper oder an ein weiteres Bohlenanbauteil wird das Leitschutzblech bzw. ein Teil des Leitschutzbleches aufgeschwenkt, so dass diese Seite des Bohlenanbauteils freigegeben wird. Durch diese freigegebene Seite des Bohlenanbauteils können nun problemlos die Befestigungselemente bzw. die Kupplungselemente des Bohlenanbauteils erreicht werden und mit einem entsprechenden Werkzeug gelöst bzw. befestigt werden. Nach der Montage bzw. Demontage des Bohlenanbauteils kann das Leitschutzblech wieder in seine Ausgangsstellung geschwenkt werden, in der dieses die Seite des Bohlenanbauteils wieder verschließt. In dem verschlossenen Zustand sind insbesondere die Befestigungselemente sowie die Kupplungselemente vor äußeren Einwirkungen wie beispielsweise Verschmutzung geschützt. Des Weiteren wird so die Verletzungsgefahr für das Bedienpersonal reduziert. Es ist somit nicht mehr notwendig, das gesamte Leitschutzblech arbeitsintensiv und zeitaufwendig abzuschrauben. Vielmehr ist für die Montage bzw. Demontage des Anbauteils lediglich das Leitschutzblech, zumindest teilweise, wegschwenkbar. Dies führt zu einer Einsparung von Zeit und macht somit den gesamten Herstellungsprozess wesentlich effizienter. Außerdem besteht das Leitschutzblech mindestens aus zwei Teilen, nämlich mindestens aus einem Oberteil und mindestens einem Unterteil. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das Unterteil des Leitschutzbleches fest mit dem Bohlenanbauteil verbunden ist, insbesondere eine, einem unteren Bereich des Unterteils des Leitschutzblechs zugeordneten Abrichtkante oder Stampfermesser, in seiner Position relativ zu der Einbaubohle, insbesondere zu einer Gleitplatte, unveränderlich ist. Dadurch, dass die Abrichtkante in einer ständigen und festen Beziehung zu der Gleitplatte steht, ist eine Neuausrichtung der Abrichtkante bzgl. der Gleitplatte vor der Inbetriebnahme der Einbaubohle nicht notwendig. Das relative Größenverhältnis zwischen Oberteil und Unterteil kann je nach Ausführungsform des Bohlenanbauteils unterschiedlich sein. Claims (11)
- Paving screed fixture (20) for a paving screed (17) of a road paver (10), with at least one fastening element by means of which the paving screed fixture (20) can be releasably coupled together with an end side (21) of a screed basic body (19) of the paving screed (17) and/or of a further paving screed fixture (27), which in each case has at least one fastening element corresponding to the fastening element of the paving screed fixture (20), and with at least one coupling element for transmitting force between the screed basic body (19) and the paving screed fixture (20) and with a protective guide plate (34) which covers one side (33) of the paving screed fixture (20), wherein the protective guide plate (34) consists of at least one upper part (35) and at least one lower part (36), characterized in that the lower part (36) of the protective guide plate (34) is fixedly connected to the paving screed fixture (20), and the upper part (35) is mounted pivotably about an axis (37), which separates the upper part (35) from the lower part (36) of the protective guide plate (34), and can be brought from a position closing the side (33) of the paving screed fixture (20) into a position opening up the side (33).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to Claim 1, characterized in that a smoothing edge assigned to a lower region (38) of the lower part (36) of the protective guide plate (34) or the position of a tamper blade (39) is unchangeable relative to the paving screed (17), in particular to a paving screed sliding plate (28).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the axis (37) about which the upper part (35) of the protective guide plate (34) is pivotable lies opposite a separating line between upper part (35) and lower part (36).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the upper part (35) of the protective guide plate (34) is lockable to the paving screed fixture (20), in particular is releasably closable, by a closing means (48), preferably a hook or a clamping means.
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening elements are designed as threaded bolts (24) which are fixedly connected, preferably rotatably, to the paving screed fixture (20) and can be brought into a releasable connection with corresponding openings (25) on the paving screed basic body (19) and/or paving screed fixture (27).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a side plate (31), preferably an upper edge (40) of the side plate (31), of the paving screed fixture (20) is assigned at least two adjustment means (41), in particular adjusting screws (42), by means of which the height and/or the inclination is adjustable relative to the adjacent paving screed basic body (19) or to the further paving screed fixture (27).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to Claim 6, characterized in that at least one adjustment means (41) is assigned a holding element, preferably a hook (43), which can be brought into connection with a side plate (26) of the paving screed basic body (19) and/or of the further paving screed fixture (27).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a vibration unit (29) and/or a tamping unit (30) are/is integrated in the paving screed fixture (20) and are each connectable via a coupling element, in particular via an axially movable coupling sleeve (32), to a coupling element, in particular to a coupling hub (47) of the adjacent paving screed basic body (19) or of the further paving screed fixture (27).
- Paving screed fixture (20) according to Claim 8, characterized in that the vibration unit (29) and/or the tamping unit (30) of each paving screed fixture (20, 27) have/has coupling elements, in particular coupling sleeves (32) and/or coupling hubs (47) which are assigned, in particular captively, to the paving screed fixture (20, 27).
- Paving screed (17) for a road paver (10), with a paving screed basic body (19) and with at least one paving screed fixture (20) according to at least one of Claims 1 to 9.
- Road paver (10) with a chassis (12) having a drive (11) and with a paving screed (17) which is arranged behind the chassis (12) in the paving direction (13) and is extendable by means of at least one paving screed fixture (20, 27), characterized by a paving screed (17) according to Claim 10.
