Claims (8)

  1. Unterdrucksaugeinheit (1), die Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Abdeckung (10), die einen Lufteinlass (102) umfasst;
    ein Flügelrad (20) zum Bewegen von Luft, die durch den Lufteinlass (102) einströmt;
    einen Motor, der einen Stator (80) und eine Welle (72), die mit dem Flügelrad (20) verbunden ist und sich in Bezug auf den Stator (80) dreht, umfasst;
    ein Motorgehäuse (60), das den Motor aufnimmt und einen Luftauslass (602) umfasst;
    eine Leitvorrichtung (30), die einen Leitkörper (310), der eine zylindrische Gestalt aufweist und unter dem Flügelrad (20) angeordnet ist, und mehrere Leitschaufeln (330), die an dem Leitkörper (310) vorgesehen sind und entlang einer Umfangsrichtung des Leitkörpers (310) getrennt voneinander eingerichtet sind, um Luft, die von einem Auslass des Flügelrads (20) ausgestoßen wird, zu leiten, umfasst, und
    eine Strömungsleiteinrichtung (50), die unter der Leitvorrichtung (30) angeordnet ist und die Luft, die durch die Leitvorrichtung (30) geleitet wird, zu dem Stator (80) leitet, wobei eine Leitoberfläche (501), von der mindestens ein Teil einen Durchmesser aufweist, der nach unten kleiner wird, an einer unteren Oberfläche der Strömungsleiteinrichtung (50) gebildet ist;
    wobei ein erster Strömungsweg (P1) zwischen einer inneren Umfangsoberfläche (110) der Abdeckung (10) und dem Leitkörper (310) gebildet ist und der erste Strömungsweg (P1) enger wird, wenn er von dem Auslass des Flügelrads (20) näher zu einem oberen Endabschnitt der Leitschaufel (330) kommt,
    wobei die Leitschaufel (330) eine erste Leitschaufel (331) umfasst, die auf einer Seite des Leitkörpers (310) vorgesehen ist und die Luft, die von dem Flügelrad (20) ausgestoßen wird, leitet,
    wobei die Leitschaufeln (330) ferner eine zweite Leitschaufel (332) umfassen, die an einer unteren Oberfläche des Leitkörpers (310) vorgesehen ist, mit der ersten Leitschaufel (331) verbunden ist und die Luft, die durch die erste Leitschaufel (331) geleitet wird, leitet, und
    wobei ein Einlasswinkel (θ1) der ersten Leitschaufel (331) innerhalb eines Bereichs von 10 bis 25 Grad liegt.
  2. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Leitoberfläche (501) um die Welle (72) gebildet ist.
  3. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei ein Neigungswinkel (θ2) der Leitoberfläche (501) 10 bis 30 Grad beträgt.
  4. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei eine innere Umfangsoberfläche (110) der Abdeckung (10) in einer Gestalt gebildet ist, die sich unter einem bestimmten Winkel (θ) in Bezug auf eine obere Oberfläche (317) des Leitkörpers (130) neigt.
  5. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Motorhalterung (40) umfasst, die unter der Leitvorrichtung (30) angeordnet ist und mit der Abdeckung (10) gekoppelt ist,
    wobei ein zweiter Strömungsweg (P2), der mit dem ersten Strömungsweg (P1) verbunden ist, zwischen einer inneren Umfangsoberfläche der Motorhalterung (40) und dem Leitkörper (310) gebildet ist.
  6. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Abdeckung (10) einen ersten Kopplungsabschnitt (114) umfasst, der mit der Motorhalterung (40) gekoppelt ist, und die Motorhalterung (40) einen Halterungskörper (402) zum Bilden des zweiten Strömungswegs (P2) und eines zweiten Kopplungsabschnitts (410), der außerhalb des Halterungskörpers (402) vorgesehen ist und mit dem ersten Kopplungsabschnitt (114) verbunden ist, umfasst.
  7. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 6, wobei eine untere Oberfläche des ersten Kopplungsabschnitts (114) niedriger platziert ist als der obere Endabschnitt der Leitschaufeln (330).
  8. Unterdrucksaugeinheit nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7, wobei die Strömungsleiteinrichtung (50) mit der Motorhalterung (40) lösbar gekoppelt ist und die Strömungsleiteinrichtung (50) einen Kopplungsabschnitt (503) umfasst, der mit der Motorhalterung (40) verbunden ist.
